Emission standard of air pollutants
Emission standard of air
pollutants for industrial kiln and furnaeeGB9078 -1996
replaces the industrial protection case part of 5 standards including GB4286-84.GB4911-85
GB4912-85, GR4913-85
and GB9078-88
This standard stipulates the maximum allowable emission concentration of industrial furnace smoke, production dust, harmful pollutants, and emission limits of flue gas illumination.
This standard is applicable In addition to the management of industrial furnaces using solid, solid, gaseous fuels and electric heating other than smelting furnaces, furnaces and cement plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion management of industrial furnace construction projects Emissions management, 2 cited standards
The provisions contained in the following standards are deemed to be provisions of this standard by being quoted in this standard GB3095-1996 Environmental Air Quality Standards
GB/T16157— 1996 Particulate Matter Determination and Gaseous Pollutant Sampling Methods for Exhaust from Stationary Pollution Sources 3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions! || tt | Thermal equipment for other processes. 3.2 Standard state
refers to the state of flue gas at a temperature of 273K and a pressure of 101325Pe, referred to as "standard state". The emission levels specified in this standard refer to the values ??in dry air under standard conditions.
3.3 Fugitive Emissions
Any smoke, production dust and harmful pollutants that are not leaked through the smoke trap or exhaust system are called fugitive emissions. 3.4 Excess air coefficient
The ratio of actual air demand to theoretical air demand during feed explosion. 3.5 Air carrying coefficient
The cupola air carrying coefficient refers to the ratio of the amount of air entering the furnace body from the charging port and other places to the theoretical air requirement of the cupola process, 4 technical inner cellar
4.1 Emission standards Applicable areas
4.1.1 This standard is divided into first-level, second-level and third-level standards, which are respectively opposite to the ambient air quality functional areas in GB3095: The first-level area is divided into first-level standards: ||tt ||Approved by the National Environmental Protection Bureau on 1996-03-07
Implemented on 1997-01-01
The second-category area implements the second-level standard;
The third-category area implements the third-level standard|| tt | |tt||4.2 Various industrial secrecy installations installed before January 1, 1997 (including those that have not yet been installed, but the environmental impact report (form) has been approved), have high dust and productive powder production and are allowed to emit dense smoke and smoke The gas blackness limit shall be implemented according to the provisions of Table 1, Table 1

GB9078-1996
4.6.1 Various industries The minimum allowable height of the furnace smoke window (or exhaust pipe) is 15m. 4.6.2. For industrial furnaces that are newly built, renovated or expanded since January 1, 1997 and emit smoke (powder) dust and harmful pollutants, the minimum allowable height of smoke (or exhaust pipe) shall be in accordance with 4.6.1 In addition to the provisions of 4.6.3 and 4.6.3, the requirements of the approved environmental impact report should also be determined. 4.6.3 When there is a building within a radius of 200m around the bacon (or exhaust pipe), the provisions of 46.1 and 46.2 should be followed. The flue (or exhaust pipe) should also be more than 3m higher than the tallest building. 4.6.4 If the height of various industrial furnace smoke brushes (or exhaust pipes) does not reach 4.6.1, 4.6.2 and 4.6.3, the maximum allowable emission concentration of smoke (powder) dust or harmful calcium substances shall be 50% of the corresponding regional emission standard value. 4.6.5 Starting from January 1, 1997, permanent sampling, monitoring holes and platforms for incoming sample monitoring will be installed in newly built, renovated or expanded industrial security smoke stations (or exhaust gas logs).
5 Monitoring
5.1 Test conditions, the test is conducted under the maximum heat load. When the furnace density does not reach or exceeds the design capacity, it must also be measured under the heat load of the maximum production capacity. , that is, it is carried out during the stable heating stage when fuel consumption is large. The general auxiliary test time shall not be less than 2h5.2. The measured smoke (powder) dust and harmful pollutant emission concentration of industrial furnace density should be converted into the specified air connection coefficient. Or the value when the excess air coefficient is:
Cupola (cold blast furnace, blast temperature ≤ 400℃) air mixing coefficient is specified as 4.0 Cupola (hot blast furnace, blast temperature > 400°C) air carrying coefficient is specified as 2.5: The excess air coefficient of other industrial furnaces is stipulated as 1.7 for smelting furnaces, and the iron ore sintering furnace is connected to a measured concentration meter. 5.3 The monitoring point for unorganized emission dust and production dust shall be set at the emission outlet of the door and window of the factory building where the industrial furnace is located, and the maximum rolling value shall be selected. If the industrial furnace is installed in the open air (or has a roof but no walls), the monitoring point should be selected at any high point 5m away from the smoke (inspection) source and the minimum height is 1.5m, and the maximum tension value should be selected, ||tt| |6 Standard Implementation
6.1 This standard is supervised and implemented by the environmental protection administrative department of the people's government at or above the provincial level. 6.2 Various industries located in the melting rain control area and the dioxide pollution detection rack control area approved by the State Council In addition to complying with this standard, the emission of furnace density and SO should also comply with the total quantity control standard.
