ICS75.020 Record number: 3080—1999 Petroleum and natural gas industry standard of the People's Republic of China SY/T5168—1999 Classifying and coding system for the parts of oil drilling & production equipment Published on 17 May 1999 Implemented on 12 December 1999 SY/T5168—1999 1 Scope· 2 Reference standards· 3 Definitions 4 General principles 5 Basic structure of the classification and coding system for parts of oil drilling & production equipment·6 Coding principles 7 Coding examples Appendix A (Appendix to the standard) Appendix B (Appendix to the standard) Appendix C (Appendix to the standard) Classification and coding system for parts of oil drilling & production equipment Definition, description and correct legend of coding system Method of compiling drawing numbers for general product drawings and component drawings Detailed description of the classification and compilation method for product specifications·1 SY/T5168--1999 This standard is based on GB/T1.1--1993, and is revised to SY5168--87 "Classification and Coding System for Parts of Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment" (SYBM-1) in accordance with GB/T7026--1986 "Regulations on the Preparation of Information Classification and Coding Standards for Standardization Work Guidelines" and GB/T7027--1986 "Basic Principles and Methods for Information Classification and Coding for Standardization Work Guidelines". According to the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993, this standard adds "Foreword", adjusts the code structure of the coding system, so that the part code and part number are expressed with the same 21 code positions; realizes the unification of code (code) number (part number), so that the part number contains both information related to processing technology and a lot of information related to design, which is convenient for the use of unified coding in the design and manufacturing fields, and can also be used as a retrieval mark for computer-aided design; partially merges the external overall shape of non-rotating parts and special-shaped rotating parts, avoiding some code positions that are prone to error due to non-unique coding; adds bending parts to non-rotating parts, thereby expanding the coverage of non-rotating parts; modifies some standards cited in the original standard that are inconsistent with the current standard. Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are all appendices to the standard. This standard replaces SY5168-87 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Petroleum Information and Computer Application Professional Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Xi'an Petroleum Institute. The participating drafting units of this standard are Baoji Petroleum Machinery Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Dong Pengmin, Wang Jiangping, Zhang Yurong. This standard was first issued on August 12, 1987. Huang Yanan, Li Yaodong 1 Scope Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Classifying and Coding System for Parts of Oil Drilling & Production Equipment for the parts of oil drilling & production equipment SY/T5168—1999 Replaces SY5168—87 This standard specifies the definition, basic structure and coding rules of the classification and coding system for parts of oil drilling & production equipment. This standard is applicable to the classification and coding of oil drilling equipment, including the classification and coding of mechanical and non-mechanical parts. Other mechanical equipment and instruments can be used for reference. This standard can also be applied to the entire production system (product design, manufacturing and production management), and each enterprise is allowed to add some auxiliary code positions according to actual conditions. 2 Referenced standards The clauses included in the following standards constitute the clauses of this standard by being referenced in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. Approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry on May 17, 1999, and implemented from December 1, 1999 SY/T5168—1999 5 Basic structure of the classification and coding system for oil drilling equipment parts 5.1 Structure of the classification and coding system for oil drilling equipment parts The classification and coding system for oil drilling equipment parts is classified according to the face classification method. Among them, the rotating body parts are composed of 12 faces, and the non-rotating body parts are composed of 11 faces. The specific structure is shown in Table 1.
