3 Position operation
3.1 Drilling platform operation
3.1.1 Brake handle
Stand upright, about 0.30m1 away from the brake handle, hold the handle or support rod with your left hand, hold the brake handle with your right hand with your palm facing down and your thumb facing the operating table. When drilling, visually observe the drilling instrument and the wellhead: During other operations: observe the up and down movement direction of the traveling block system. 3.1.2 Lifting the empty traveling block
Hold the brake handle with your right hand. Close the platform release handle with your left hand and shift to low gear, observe the wellhead: advance intermittently. 3.1.4 Lift the drilling column and other pipes
Hold the brake handle with your left hand, close the clutch handle with your left hand and shift to low gear. Look at the parallel port, hang the elevator, and slowly lift the traveling block. Wait for the big hook spring to be tightened: lift the drilling tool, visually check the weight gauge, look at the wellhead, wait for the single joint of the vertical Du to come out of the turntable, reduce the throttle, remove the clutch, and lock the wellhead elevator or slip. Slowly lower the drilling tool to sit on the product card or slip. 3.1.5 Lower the drilling column
Hold the brake handle with your right hand and close the low-speed clutch handle with your left hand. Lift the drilling tool 0.2011, remove the low-speed gear, and brake. After the wellhead personnel remove the elevator (slip), look at the weight gauge, look at the wellhead with peripheral vision, lower the drilling tool, slow down the elevator about 5m away from the turntable surface, and sit the elevator (slip) on the turntable surface steadily.
3.1.6 Lift the column out of the drill pipe box
and the rigger buckles the elevator. After the start signal is given, hold the brake handle with the right hand. The left hand clutch handle is in low gear. Intermittent air intake lifts the column to 0.20m above the upper end of the wellhead drilling tool and brakes. 3.1.7 Lift the column into the drill pipe box
Lift the column about 0.201m away from the internal threaded joint of the drilling tool. With the cooperation of the inner and outer fitters, slowly lower the column into the drill pipe box and arrange them neatly: after the rigger opens the elevator, slowly release the traveling carriage to pass the finger beam. 3.1.8 Hang the faucet

3.1.9 Unloading square drill pipe into the rat hole

Stand 0.80m away from the brake handle and outside the danger zone of the cathead rotation: diagonally face the cathead at an angle of 45°, with the left foot in front and the right foot behind, visually look at the cathead and the lifting mouth, wind the rope with the left hand and organize the rope with the right hand (for the inside cathead, the right foot is in front and the left foot is behind, wind the rope with the right hand and organize the rope with the left hand), and place the remaining rope on the left (right) side of the body.
3.1.11 Friction cathead loosening and unbuckling
Hold the cathead brake handle with your left hand and the friction cathead handle with your right hand, look at the wellhead, intermittently inhale air, wait for the tongs to be tightened, and increase the air pressure. After loosening or tightening, remove the friction cathead handle immediately. When loosening, close the brake handle and brake at the same time. 3.1.12 Drilling
Hold the brake handle with your right hand and the rotary clutch handle with your left hand, look at the drilling instrument and rollers, and feed the drill evenly according to the specified parameters. 3.1.13 Unbuckling the rotary table

When pulling the revolving rope and unbuckling, line up the circles. Tighten and withdraw the rope quickly. 3.1.15 Tighten and loosen the lifting clamp
Use a circle of cathead rope to make the lifting clamp bear, line up the circles one by one, tighten, and quickly withdraw the rope after tightening or loosening. 3.1.16 Kelly entering the rat hole
After the Kelly is put on the rope loop, use the cathead to pull the Kelly to the rat hole, stabilize the cathead rope, and quickly withdraw the rope after entering the rat hole. 3.1.17 Kelly exiting the rat hole
When the Kelly joint is out of the rat hole, put the rope on it, stabilize the cathead rope, and after exiting the rat hole, slowly loosen the rope to put the Kelly to the wellhead. 3.2 Second-floor platform operation
3.2.1 Operation preparation
Wear the safety belt, check the fixing of the drill rod hook, signal stick and various ropes, and whether the railings and finger beams of the operating platform are firm. 3.2.2 Drilling
When the column is raised to the finger beam of the second-floor platform, send a stop signal. After parking, wind up the rope, and when the wellhead personnel pull the upright into the drill pipe box, pull the rope at the same time, so that the column is close to the platform and tie the rope. When the elevator is lowered and leaves the joint, quickly open the elevator and pull the column into the finger beam. After the daily travel car passes the finger beam, arrange the column. 3.2.3 Drilling
Pull out the column, lean it against the front end of the finger beam, wind up the rope, fix the live end, and send a parking signal when the elevator is raised to the finger beam. After parking, use the left or right hand to push the column into the coin card, and quickly hold the elevator valve handle with the left or right hand: buckle the elevator and send a start signal. When the driller lifts the upright, slowly loosen the rope and cooperate with the wellhead personnel to buckle. 3.2.4 Second-level platform signal agreement
Knock the drill tool with a signal convex rod or drill pipe hook: knock once when starting; knock twice when lowering; knock three times when stopping; knock continuously in an emergency.
3.3 Wellhead operation
3.3.1 Operating posture
Inside and outside fitters stand upright and opposite to each other outside the rotating surface of the turntable. 3.3.2 Operation of \B' type tongs
Hold the tongs head handle of the outside or inside tongs with the left or right hand, hold the tongs handle of the outside or inside tongs with the right or left hand, bend the left or right leg forward, and push the right or left leg backward. Buckle the tongs on the drill bit joint, push the tongs in the clockwise or clockwise direction, and the angle between the two tongs should be less than 90'. After the tongs are tightened, immediately retreat to the outside of the turntable. After tightening or loosening, pull the tongs up against each other and support the tongs to reset them. 3.3.3 Operating the hydraulic tongs

The inside fitter holds the rope loop with his left hand, and supports the remaining rope with his hand. After the buckle is put on and unbuckled, the remaining rope is withdrawn. 3.3 .5 Column into drill pipe box
Column is lifted from the internal threaded joint of the drilling tool in the well factory. The outside fitter hooks the drilling tool body with the left or right hand, stands with both feet forward and backward, and pulls inward with force. The inside fitter pushes the column into the drill pipe box, arranges them neatly, and the outside fitter numbers the columns. 3.3.6 Column out of the drill pipe box
The outside fitter holds the column with the drill pipe hook, and the inside fitter stabilizes the column, puts it to the wellhead, and straightens the drilling tool. 3.3,7 Lifting the slip
The inner fitter holds the drill with his left hand, with his right palm facing upward: hold the slip handle: The outer fitter holds the slip at the handle with both hands, clamps the slip on the drill, lifts the drill together with the drill, separates the slip and pushes it forward, the inner fitter pulls hard and places the slip on the turntable. 3.3.8 Placing the slip
When the drill is 0.5011 away from the turntable: the outer fitter pulls the slip with both hands, and the inner fitter pushes the slip , clamp the slip on the drill tool, put it into the turntable with the drill tool, and clamp the drill tool.
3.3.9 Clamp the safety slip
The outside fitter holds the safety slip handle with both hands, and puts the end flat around the drill chain body (0.05-0.08m from the lower end). The inside fitter inserts the pin and tightens the safety slip bolt. The outside fitter taps each connection with a hammer to make the tooth plate bite flat: the inside fitter continues to tighten the bolt. 3.3.10Remove the safety slip
The inside fitter uses a lever to remove the safety slip. The outside fitter holds the handle with both hands. When the inside fitter pulls out the pin, take out the safety slip and put it outside the turntable.
3.3.11Drilling and hanging the empty elevator
The inside and outside fitters stand on one side of the lifting ring, pull out the lifting pin, pull the lifting ring out of the wellhead elevator: move it to the earring of the empty elevator, and insert the pin. Support the ring. Wait for the elevator to pass the wellhead drilling tool joint and loosen it. 3.3.12Drilling and hanging the wellhead elevator
The empty elevator is lowered to about 2m from the drilling tool joint: the outside fitter pushes the lifting ring with his hands, and the inside fitter pulls the elevator, cooperates with the driller to put the empty elevator on the turntable surface, pull out the safety pin, pull the lifting ring out of the empty elevator, hang it in the earring of the wellhead elevator, and catch the safety pin. 3.3.13 When drilling and opening the wellhead, the drill is often stuck

3.4 Operation of well control equipment
3.4.1 Close the blowout preventer
3.4.1.1 Close the blowout preventer at the driller's console
