3 Position operation
3.1 Drilling platform operation
3.1.1 Brake handle

3.1.6 Lift the column out of the drill pipe box

3.1.11 Friction cathead loosening and unbuckling

3.2.1 Operation preparation
Wear the safety belt, check the fixing of the drill rod hook, signal stick and various ropes, and whether the railings and finger beams of the operating platform are firm. 3.2.2 Drilling
When the column is raised to the finger beam of the second-floor platform, send a stop signal. After parking, wind up the rope, and when the wellhead personnel pull the upright into the drill pipe box, pull the rope at the same time, so that the column is close to the platform and tie the rope. When the elevator is lowered and leaves the joint, quickly open the elevator and pull the column into the finger beam. After the daily travel car passes the finger beam, arrange the column. 3.2.3 Drilling
Pull out the column, lean it against the front end of the finger beam, wind up the rope, fix the live end, and send a parking signal when the elevator is raised to the finger beam. After parking, use the left or right hand to push the column into the coin card, and quickly hold the elevator valve handle with the left or right hand: buckle the elevator and send a start signal. When the driller lifts the upright, slowly loosen the rope and cooperate with the wellhead personnel to buckle. 3.2.4 Second-level platform signal agreement
Knock the drill tool with a signal convex rod or drill pipe hook: knock once when starting; knock twice when lowering; knock three times when stopping; knock continuously in an emergency.
3.3 Wellhead operation
3.3.1 Operating posture
Inside and outside fitters stand upright and opposite to each other outside the rotating surface of the turntable. 3.3.2 Operation of \B' type tongs
Hold the tongs head handle of the outside or inside tongs with the left or right hand, hold the tongs handle of the outside or inside tongs with the right or left hand, bend the left or right leg forward, and push the right or left leg backward. Column is lifted from the internal threaded joint of the drilling tool in the well factory. The outside fitter hooks the drilling tool body with the left or right hand, stands with both feet forward and backward, and pulls inward with force. The inside fitter pushes the column into the drill pipe box, arranges them neatly, and the outside fitter numbers the columns. 3.3.6 Column out of the drill pipe box
The outside fitter holds the column with the drill pipe hook, and the inside fitter stabilizes the column, puts it to the wellhead, and straightens the drilling tool. 3.3,7 Lifting the slip
The inner fitter holds the drill with his left hand, with his right palm facing upward: hold the slip handle: The outer fitter holds the slip at the handle with both hands, clamps the slip on the drill, lifts the drill together with the drill, separates the slip and pushes it forward, the inner fitter pulls hard and places the slip on the turntable. 3.3.8 Placing the slip

3.3.9 Clamp the safety slip
The outside fitter holds the safety slip handle with both hands, and puts the end flat around the drill chain body (0.05-0.08m from the lower end). The inside fitter inserts the pin and tightens the safety slip bolt. The outside fitter taps each connection with a hammer to make the tooth plate bite flat: the inside fitter continues to tighten the bolt. 3.3.10Remove the safety slip
The inside fitter uses a lever to remove the safety slip. The outside fitter holds the handle with both hands. When the inside fitter pulls out the pin, take out the safety slip and put it outside the turntable.
3.3.11Drilling and hanging the empty elevator
The inside and outside fitters stand on one side of the lifting ring, pull out the lifting pin, pull the lifting ring out of the wellhead elevator: move it to the earring of the empty elevator, and insert the pin. Support the ring. Wait for the elevator to pass the wellhead drilling tool joint and loosen it. 3.3.12Drilling and hanging the wellhead elevator
