3.11 The design, manufacture and inspection of pressure vessels in compressors should comply with relevant regulations such as GB150, GB151 and "Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations"||tt| |3.12 Each stage of the compressor should be equipped with a safety valve. The safety valve should comply with the regulations of GB12241 and GB12243, and the action should be sensitive and reliable. The compression medium and fuel gas are not colonized. Compressors whose oxygen content does not meet the above regulations shall be subject to the regulations agreed between the supplier and the buyer.
3.23 Cooling water quality should comply with the regulations of GBJ29. . The lubricating oil temperature of the crankcase should not be higher than 71°C for the pressure lubrication system, and should not be higher than 82°C for the fly lubrication system. The accuracy of the oil filter 3.24

4Test methods
4.1. The performance test of the compressor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3853: the single-cylinder gas engine test of the compressor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ99001: the measurement of gas consumption and volumetric flow rate of the compressor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ99001 and other relevant standards. 4.2 The measurement of compressor noise shall follow the provisions of GB7022. 4.3 The measurement of compressor perturbation intensity shall follow the provisions of GB7184. 4.4 The annual operation rate of the compressor is calculated according to the following formula: annual operation rate = 7440 - fault downtime (h) 7440
5 inspection rules

5.1 Compressor Each spare part, component and the entire compressor and its ancillary devices shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard and the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The newly designed drive device must be inspected. For single-cylinder gas engine testing, power and gas consumption are calibrated, and the calibration values ??should comply with the provisions of relevant technical documents.
5.3 Before type inspection of the compressor, a start-up test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of relevant documents. 5.4 Type inspection
The first prototype of the compressor trial production can be type inspected at the manufacturer or user unit in accordance with the agreement. The continuous operation time of the type inspection should not be less than 500h. During operation, check the working condition of the compressor, measure the compressor's volume flow, gas consumption, rotation speed, circulating lubricating oil and cooling water temperature, gas pressure and temperature at all levels, cooling water and lubricating oil consumption, vibration Intensity and noise, etc. After operation, check the wear of vulnerable parts, components and friction surfaces. The results should comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant technical documents. 5.5 Factory inspection
5.5.1 All compressors officially put into production shall be inspected by the manufacturer one by one. The factory inspection method is:
