Take out two samples. After cooling, if they are not sticky when touched by hand, it is the dryness test result and used as the standard sample. 5.7.4.3 Take out one sample at 30 minutes and compare the color change with the standard sample. 5.7.4.4 Heat resistance evaluation standard: Level 5 Alternating with the standard color sample, Level 4 Severe color change. 5.8 Boiling resistance test method 5.8.1 Test principle Slight color change, Level 3 Light color change: Level 2 Test to determine whether the boiling resistance of the ink is suitable for the trademark printing of food cans. 5.8.2 Instruments and tools 5.8.2.1 High-pressure steam sterilizer. The sample shall be divided into two parts, one of which shall be sealed for reference and the other shall be used as a sample for inspection. 6.3 Judgment of unqualified batches: Each batch of products shall be sampled and inspected according to GB3186. If one or more technical indicators are unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6.4 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and it shall be ensured that all products leaving the factory shall meet the technical indicators of this standard; the product shall have a certificate of conformity, and instructions for use or precautions shall be attached when necessary. 6.5 The receiving unit has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the product quality does not meet the provisions of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and inspect according to GB3186; if it still does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified and the receiving unit shall have the right to return the products. 6.6 Both the supplier and the buyer shall check and verify the product packaging and quantity. If the packaging is leaking or the quantity is out of stock, the relevant departments shall be notified in time. 6.7 When there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 6.8 Inspection classification 6.8.1 The four quality indicators of color, tinting strength, fineness and fluidity are the factory inspection items. 6.8.2 The five performance requirements of viscosity, dryness, impact strength, heat resistance and boiling resistance are the type inspection items. Type inspection shall be carried out in the following cases. Trial determination and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance: after normal production, the type inspection cycle is three months, c. d, long-term suspension of production, when resuming production. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Lithographic iron oil is packed in iron boxes and iron barrels, and then packed in outer packaging boxes. 7.2 The iron boxes, iron barrels and outer packaging should be labeled with the manufacturer's name, address, product name, model, standard number, quantity, batch number, manufacturing date and the "Do not invert" mark. 7.3 This product can be transported by vehicles, airplanes and other means of transportation under the packaging conditions in accordance with Article 7.1. 7.4 During transportation and loading and unloading, it must not be thrown, dropped or collided to prevent the packaging from breaking and ink from spilling. 7.5 The product must not be stored in the open air, and the warehouse must be dry, ventilated and prevented from moisture. 7.6 This product is valid for two years from the date of manufacture. 90 Additional instructions: QB/T2025--1994 This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Association.
