5.5.1 Production of fish for feeding
NY/T5167-2002
On the day when the fish eggs hatch, a sufficient number of bream, bream, dace, etc. should be induced to lay. The hatching of fertilized eggs should be synchronized with the opening of fish fry to feed, providing the fry with sufficient palatable bait. 5.5.2 Specifications and requirements for bait fish
Feed palatable fry within 3 to 5 days after the fry start to feed. When the fry are 9 mm long, the total length of the bait fish should be controlled below 60% of the total length.
Bait fish should be screened to meet uniform specifications, be in good health and free of disease; they should be disinfected before feeding. 5.5.3 Feeding amount
Hatching ring culture fry and cement pool culture fry should be fed 2 to 3 times a day, and the feeding amount each time should be about 4 to 5 times the number of fry. Actual feeding The amount of bait fish should be adjusted according to the remaining number of bait fish in the pond. The pond seedlings can be fed once every three days, and the feeding amount each time is about 7 to 8 times the number of mandarin fish seedlings.
The mandarin fish grows from an average total length of 6mm to 50mm, and each mandarin fish seedling needs to eat an average of 400 to 500 bait fish. 5.6 Daily management
5.6.1 Regularly inspect the seedlings under a microscope. If any disease is found, take preventive measures in time. 5.6.2 During the cultivation process, the fish should be separated and cultivated according to size specifications in a timely manner. 5.6.3 There should be a dedicated person responsible for management, strengthen supervision, observe changes in water color in the fish pond and the activities of the breeding fish, and flush and add oxygen in time. In the evening, Ling Observe the feeding of mandarin fish and the remaining bait fish in the morning. When bait fish are insufficient, bait fish should be replenished in time. 5.6.4 Under normal circumstances, the aerator should be turned on once in the early morning and at noon, for 2h3h each time; before a storm, when the air pressure is low, the start time should be appropriately increased. Cement pools for seedling cultivation should be aerated and oxygenated continuously for 24 hours a day. 5.6.5 The filter screens of the net cages and hatching channels should be cleaned once in the morning and afternoon every day. Cleaning should be done carefully and briskly to prevent the screens from being scratched and fish from escaping. 5.7 Fish disease prevention and control
5.7.1 Spray alcohol and bleaching powder once every 15 days or so to make the drug concentration in the water body 1×10-°. The concentration required for feeding bait fish is 0.7×10- copper sulfate, ferrous sulfate mixture (5:2) soak for 10min~15min disinfection. 5.7.2 See Table 3 for the prevention and control of common diseases of fish fry. 6.1.2.1 Pond cleaning
Ponds should be cleaned and disinfected before stocking fish. The pond cleaning method and the amount of pond cleaning drugs should comply with the provisions of SC/T1008. 6.1-2.2 Quality and specifications of fish
The total length of stocked fish should be 6cm-10cm, the tail weight should be more than 2.5g, the physique should be strong and the specifications should be uniform. The quality of stocked fish should comply with the provisions of SC/T1032.5.
6.1.2.3 Stocking density
The stocking density is determined according to the pond conditions, the supply of bait fish, the feeding method, the yield index and the management technology level. Generally, single breeding is the main method, and the stocking rate is 1 fish/m~1.5 fish/m*. 6.1.3 Feeding Management
6.1.3.1 Feeding
The following aspects should be paid attention to in the feeding management of edible fish in ponds: Bait fish species and quality: Live long-bodied fish species such as bream, dace, etc. are used as bait. Bait fish should be strong and disease-free, and their total length should be 50% to 60% of the total length of the fish species; 1. Source of bait fish: Small fish species bred in batches in the supporting bait fish breeding pond or purchased from outside; 1. Feeding method: Bait fish are released at the same time as the trembling fish species are released in the iron breeding pond. The bait fish should be disinfected with 3% to 5% salt before being released into the pond. The feeding period can be set at 3d, 5d, or 7d, but it is better to feed once every 3d. The amount of bait each time is 5 to 7 times the amount of mandarin fish stocked;
Regularly check the remaining amount of bait fish in the breeding pond and the growth of mandarin fish: the ratio of bait fish to mandarin fish should be maintained at 4~5:1: When the size of bait fish in the pond is the same as or larger than that of mandarin fish, the bait fish should be removed in time. Supplement the bait fish that meet the specifications.
6.1.3.2 Water quality management
The water quality of the breeding pond should be kept fresh, the dissolved oxygen content should be above 5mg/, and the transparency should be greater than 30cm. The main methods of water quality adjustment are: drain part of the pond water every week and add fresh water. When the temperature is high in summer, water should be added or changed in the early morning or evening, and the aerator should be turned on all night and at noon, with the start-up time at noon being 2h~3h: in weather with low air pressure, the start-up time of the aerator can be appropriately extended;
When the pH value of the pond water is below 7, quicklime can be poured into the whole pond, with the dosage of 225kg/hm*~375kg/hm each time, until the pH value of the pond water is 7.5~8.5.
Each pond should be stocked with 0.25kg0.5kg of silver carp and 200~300 fish to control the reproduction of plankton and regulate water quality.
6.1.4 Fish disease prevention and control
6.1.4.1 When stocking mandarin fish, soak them in 3%~5% salt for 5min~10min, or soak them in 1% povidone-iodine (PVP-I) for 10min~15min for disinfection
6.1.4.2 During the breeding period, sprinkle the whole pond with quicklime once a month, with a dosage of 225kg/hm2~375kg/hm2 each time; or sprinkle alcohol bleaching powder throughout the pond every half a month or so, so that the drug concentration in the pond water is 1×10-". 6.1.4.3 When fish diseases are found, they should be correctly diagnosed and treated in time. The use of drugs for the prevention and control of mandarin fish diseases shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of NY5071. 6.2 Cage breeding
