5 Technical requirements
Mathematical basis
The 2C09 national geodetic coordinate system is used. If necessary, an independent coordinate system approved by law may also be used. The Gauss-Kruger projection is used, and the zone is divided according to the longitude difference of 3°. 5.2

The edge joining error of the image data of the digital orthophoto map should not be greater than 2 pixels, and the edge joining accuracy of the band change map can be relaxed to 3 pixels: the vector data should be seamlessly joined.
Image color mode
The image color mode of the digital orthophoto map is 8 bits for full color and 24 bits for color. 5.6
Image Positioning
Digital orthophoto map images are raster data composed of two-dimensional pixels, arranged in rows from top to bottom in the horizontal direction and in columns from left to right in the vertical direction: the raster coordinate of the first image in the upper left corner is set as (0.0), and the corresponding Gaussian plane coordinate (X-start, Y-start) (see Figure 1) is the starting point. In general, the raster coordinate system is parallel to the plane coordinate system, and the plane coordinate value of the raster should be an integer multiple of the pixel resolution 2

Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of image positioning
GB/T33182—2016
Digital orthophoto map data should be stored in vector and raster layers, and the storage format should meet the requirements of GB/T17798. Data organization and file naming
The data organization and file naming of digital orthophoto maps shall comply with the provisions of CH/T9012. 5.9 Metadata
The structure and record of metadata of digital orthophoto maps shall comply with the provisions of CII/T1007. For metadata content and filling examples, please refer to Appendix A.
6 Content and expression
6.1 Content
The content of orthophoto maps shall include images, vector elements, annotations, map outline decoration, etc. Vector elements shall include public single network and internal map lines, and lost land features such as roads, railways, and boundary lines may be added as needed. The annotation should indicate the seat of the government, and other annotations can be selected according to the scale, importance, and information load of the map. The map outline decoration content shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T20257.2, excluding the slope scale, and the following modifications shall be made: a) Change "Basic Scale Topographic Map of the People's Republic of China" to "Basic Scale Orthophoto Map of the People's Republic of China": b) After the topographic map graphic annotation in the lower right corner of the map, the number and name of this standard shall be marked in a new line. 6.2 Expression
6.2.1 Image
Orthophoto map The images in the entire map should have moderate contrast, uniform color, clear texture, rich layers, no obvious distortion, and the grayscale histogram is generally normally distributed. There should be no obvious grayscale or color changes at the image mosaic, and the image information cannot be interpreted and the accuracy loss due to image defects (such as unclear image texture, noise, image blur, image distortion, offset, cracks, holes, stains, scratches, etc.) should be avoided.
GB/T33182—2016
6.2.2 Quantity elements
The vector elements of the orthophoto map should be semi-transparent in principle of not completely blocking the image base map, or some elements should be uniformly processed according to the principle of overall image beauty. The line type, symbol, and representation method are shown in Appendix B, and the examples are shown in Appendix C. The graphics and annotations of vector feature elements should be complete, the lines should be continuous, the fit should be accurate, and the edges should be well connected. 6.2.3 Overlay principles
When vector elements are overlaid with images, the loss elements should be overlaid on the images in the order of points, lines, and surfaces from top to bottom; after overlaying, the relationship between vector elements and images and between vector elements should be properly handled. The connection between vector elements and images should be natural and reasonable. The overlay order of vector elements can be adjusted according to their importance. The continuity of linear and surface loss elements can be adjusted according to their purpose. The relationship between loss elements shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of GB/T20257.2. 6.2.4 Map outline decoration
The expression form of map outline decoration shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T20257.2, with the following modifications: a) "Basic scale orthophoto map of the People's Republic of China" shall be expressed in the font, font size and font spacing of the original "Basic scale topographic map of the People's Republic of China";
b) The number and name of this standard added in the lower right corner of the map shall be expressed in the font, font size and font spacing of the adjacent annotation content. 6.2.5 Printing
The medium used for printing orthophoto maps shall meet the basic requirements for the use of image maps and shall not lose the basic characteristics of the image. Information; the surface of the medium should not be damaged, dirty or folded: the size of the medium used should be able to completely contain the orthophoto map, and the minimum circumscribed rectangle of the map outline should be expanded by no less than 1cm
When printing the map, the maximum error between the actual and theoretical size of the map outline side length should not exceed ±0.2mm, and the maximum error between the actual and theoretical size of the map outline diagonal should not exceed ±0.3mm; the overprint error should not exceed 0.1mm; the vector line thickness deformation rate should not exceed 15%; the printing ink color should comply with the batch printing companion or color standard.
7 Quality Inspection
Quality Inspection of Orthophoto Maps The inspection requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T18316. 8 Marking
The achievement marking shall be used on the outer packaging of the achievement and the achievement label. The achievement marking shall include the achievement name, the standard number of the adopted standard, the achievement scale, the classification code, the map frame number, the ground resolution, the latest production time, etc. The version number can also be identified as needed. Taking the color image orthophoto map that complies with GBT33182-2016, the frame number is J50G015010, and the resolution is 1m as an example, its marking is:

Edition This version number, the integer digit in the version number represents the number of re-measurements, and the decimal digit represents the number of revisions. The orthophoto map data uses CDs as the main storage medium, and disks can also be used. The outer packaging should include the results mark, production unit, distribution unit and other content.
The production, distribution and use of orthophoto maps must comply with national laws, regulations and relevant provisions on confidentiality. 5
