This standard specifies the structural type, specifications, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene ball valves (hereinafter referred to as ball valves). This standard applies to glass fiber reinforced polypropylene ball valves with a nominal pressure PN of 0.3~0.6MPa, an operating temperature of -14~80℃, and a nominal diameter of DN15~100mm.

3 Structural type, specification, basic parameters and marking 3.1 Structural type
The structural type is divided into flange connection and threaded connection, see Figure 1. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 5, 1995, implemented on March 1, 1996.

3.3 Marking
HG/T2737---1995
The marking method shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB308, and the surface shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of JB308. Example:
A ball valve with flange connection and nominal pressure of 0.6MPa is marked as Q41F-6FRP; a ball valve with thread connection and nominal pressure of 0.6MPa is marked as QI1F-6FRP.

..1 Material
4.1.1 The physical and mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene injection molding specimens shall comply with the requirements of Table 4. Table 4 Physical and mechanical properties

4.1.2 Other materials of ball valves and materials of purchased parts shall meet the design requirements and the corresponding warranty, certificate of conformity and the relevant standards.
4.2 Parts
4,2.1 The surface of injection molded parts shall be smooth and free of defects such as bubbles and cracks. 4.2.2 The sealing surface of the ball shall be smooth and free of defects such as pores, scratches and cracks. 4.2.3 The spherical surface of the ball and the end face of the channel mouth shall be transitioned with a circular arc, the arc shall be smooth and shall not cut into the ball, see Figure 2. 4.2.4 The size series of "0\" shaped sealing rings shall comply with the provisions of GB1235. 4.2.5 The flatness tolerance of the sealing surfaces at both ends of the ball valve connected with flanges shall be <0.8mm: the verticality between the flange planes at both ends and the center line of the hole shall be <0.02mm.
4.2.6 The thread sizes of the ball valves at both ends of the threaded connection shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and GB7306. 4.2.7 The handle shall have arrows indicating the opening and closing directions and the words "open" and "close". 4.3 Assembly
The assembled ball valve shall be flexible to open and close without obstruction. 4.4 Pressure resistance
4.4.1 The ball valve shall be subjected to a sealing test of 1.1 times the nominal pressure before leaving the factory, and its strength test pressure shall not be less than 1.5 times the nominal pressure and there shall be no leakage.
4.4.2 The hydraulic bursting pressure of the ball valve shall not be less than 4 times the nominal pressure. 5.
Test method
5.1 The physical and mechanical properties test of the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene injection molding specimen shall be carried out in the following manner. 5.1.1 Tensile strength shall be tested in accordance with GB1447.
5.1.2 Bending strength shall be tested in accordance with GB1449
5.1.3 Impact toughness shall be tested in accordance with GB1451.
5.1.4 Martin heat resistance shall be tested in accordance with GB1035.
5.1.5 Hardness shall be tested in accordance with GB3398:
5.2 Dimension and appearance measurement method.
5.2.1Steel measuring fixtures are used for dimension measurement, 5.2.2Appearance quality is visually inspected.
5.3Sealing pressure test and strength test shall be carried out in accordance with GB4981, and the test pressure holding time shall be in accordance with Table 5. Table 5 Test pressure holding time

5.4Hydraulic pressure burst test shall be carried out in accordance with GB5351. 6.Inspection rules
6.1Material inspection
Material inspection of ball valves shall be carried out in accordance with 4.1, and materials that do not meet the requirements shall not be used. 6.2Parts inspection
6.2.1Parts shall be inspected piece by piece according to drawings and technical requirements. 6.2.2 The surface quality and geometric dimensions of parts shall comply with the requirements of 4.2 and drawings. 6.3 Factory inspection

The ball valves shall be subjected to sealing test and strength test before leaving the factory. The assembled ball valves shall have smooth surface, flexible opening and closing, and no jamming. 8.4 Type inspection
6.4.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in the following cases: a. When new products are put into production;
b. When there are major changes in materials, formulas, processes and structures that affect product performance; c. When the superior inspection department requires type inspection, 5

d. During normal production, the number of type inspections for each specification shall not be less than 1 per year. 6.4.2 Each specification of ball valves is counted as a batch of 2,000. When the annual output is less than 2,000, it is also counted as a batch. Three balls are selected from the batch to check the bursting pressure and hardness.
6.4.3 Type inspection is all the contents specified in Chapter 4 of this standard. 6.4.4 If 4.1 of the type inspection items fails, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified products. If 4.2 or 4.3, 4.4 fails, double sampling inspection is required. If it still fails to meet the requirements, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 6.5 If the user has special requirements for the product, or requires a burst test, it must be negotiated by both parties and indicated in the order agreement. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The nominal pressure (PN), nominal diameter (DN), manufacturer's name or trademark should be marked on the ball valve body. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The packaging of the products leaving the factory shall meet the requirements of transportation. The product name, model, specification, net weight, manufacturer name and date of sale shall be marked on the packaging box.
7.2.2 The product certificate and product manual shall be attached to the packaging box. 7.2.2.1 The product certificate shall include the following contents: a. Manufacturer name and date of manufacture; b. Product name and model; c. Nominal pressure and nominal diameter; d. Standard, inspection conclusion and date of inspection; e. Factory number: f. Signature and seal of the inspector and the person in charge of inspection; 7.2.2.2 The product manual shall include the following contents: a. Manufacturer name: b. Application and main performance specifications; c. Function principle and structural description; d. Main external dimensions and connection dimensions, e. Main component materials: f. Installation and use requirements, g. List of accessories. 7.3 Transportation During transportation, the ball valve shall be in full open state, and both ends of the channel shall be closed and protected. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry room and stacked neatly. It is not allowed to be stored in the open air to prevent damage. 6
