Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on June 13, 1994, G4 Implementation on January 1, 1995 CB/T4354-94 4.1.3 Wire rods of other grades and chemical compositions can be supplied with agreement between the supplier and the screener and with indication in the contract. 4.2 Smelting method Steel is smelted in open hearth, oxygen converter or electric furnace. 4.3 Delivery status Wire rods are delivered in hot rolled state. Www.bzxZ.net 4.4 Decarburization layer Wire rods with 60 (60 mm) steel or 60 (60 Mn) steel or above shall be inspected for the depth of decarburization layer. The total decarburization layer (the depth of the ferrite layer) on the edge of the wire rod is divided into three groups: one group is not more than 2%D, the second group is not more than 2.5%D, and the first group is not more than 3%D (D represents the nominal diameter of the wire rod). If three groups of decarburization layers are required, it should be indicated in the contract. According to the requirements of the purchaser, wire rods with 30 (30 mm) steel or 30 (30 Mn) steel or above can be inspected for the depth of decarburization layer. Decarburization layer depth inspection is carried out, and the indicators are in accordance with the agreed regulations of the supplier and the supplier. 4.5 High-magnification organization The wire rod shall not have flat structure (martensite and troostite area). If the supplier can guarantee the process, no inspection is required. 4.6 Surface quality 4.6.1 The harmful defects at the head and tail of the wire rod shall be removed, and the cross section shall not have shrinkage holes, delamination and impurities. 4.6.2 The surface of the wire rod shall be smooth, without cracks, folds, ears, scars, delamination and inclusions. Indentations and local bulges are allowed. The depth or height of the scratch surface (calculated from the actual size) of B and C precision shall not exceed 0.10mm, and the precision of other grades shall not exceed 0.20mm. 4.7 Special requirements According to the requirements of the purchaser, after the agreement between the supply and demand parties, the mechanical properties, cold bending test, cold upsetting test, torsion test, actual grain size, austenite grain size, non-metallic inclusions, metallographic structure and other tests can be carried out. The indicators of each test shall be stipulated in the agreement between the supply and demand parties and shall be indicated in the contract. 5 Test methods Each The inspection items, sampling methods and locations of batch wire rods.
