1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T 7152.1-93
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of cycloidal rotary full hydraulic power steering gear for tire loaders.
This standard applies to cycloidal rotary full hydraulic steering gear for tire loaders (hereinafter referred to as steering gear). Other tire-type engineering machinery may refer to it for adoption.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements

Method for determining the cleanliness of construction machinery parts Test method for cycloidal wide closed center hydrostatic steering gear 3.1.1 Steering gear shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 Parts should be inspected and qualified before they can be assembled or put into storage; outsourced parts and purchased parts should have inspection certificates and be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before they can be put into storage or assembled. 3.1.3 The joints of the external oil ports of the steering gear should be rust-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion, and the painted surface should comply with the provisions of JB/T5946.

Factory inspection items are divided into full inspection and sampling inspection (see Table 7). Sampling inspection is carried out in accordance with GB2828. The qualified quality level (AQL) of the steering gear sampling inspection is 2.5, and the inspection level is the general inspection level. A single sampling plan is used. The sample size code is determined by the manufacturer according to the production batch according to Table 2 of GB2828 or by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.2.2 See Table 8 for type inspection items.Inspection samples are taken from trial samples and batch products. The steering gear shall be stored in a ventilated and dry environment. The manufacturer shall ensure that the product will not be rusted, damaged or lose parts due to improper packaging within 12 months from the date of delivery under the conditions that meet the product storage and transportation requirements.
