This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of bare copper crimping terminals (hereinafter referred to as terminals) for connecting conductors with a diameter of 10 to 300 mm. This standard applies to terminal products used as cold-pressed connections for electrical connection wires in electrical complete sets of equipment such as electric control, power distribution, and power electronics. 2

3.1 Model compilation should comply with ZBK62002, see Appendix A. 3.2 Specifications are: 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120, 150, 185, 240, 300mm2. 3.3 This standard gives the structural diagram and dimensions of TO1, T03, TL1 type terminals (see Appendix B), and other series of products are under consideration. 4 Crimping tools and wires
4.1 Crimping tools
The cold extrusion crimping pliers used for terminal crimping must be certified by a professional organization. When crimping, the specifications of the jaws, wire and terminal must match. The performance of the terminal after crimping should comply with the provisions of this standard. 4.2 Wires
The wires should be clean multi-strand round copper insulated wires, and their cores should be free of pollution or corrosion. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Material and processing
5.1.1 The material of the terminal shall be pure copper T2 or T3 in GB5231 and shall comply with the provisions of GB2040, approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on December 9, 1994 and implemented on June 1, 2000

5.1.2 The crimping parts of the machined terminals shall have chamfers and indentations, and welding shall be performed at the joints, and then the surface shall be coated (such as tinning, silver plating or other coating methods).
5.2 Appearance and size
a. The surface of the terminal shall not have defects such as burrs, cracks, spots, blackening, peeling, solder overflow or lack of solder; b. The size and tolerance of the terminal shall comply with the product drawing requirements of industry management; C. The terminal products should have marks, trademarks or factory marks and main parameters that are not easy to wear and clear. 5.3 Crimping resistance
When tested according to Article 6.3, the resistance of the terminal crimping part should not be greater than twice the resistance of the connected wire of the same length. 5.4 Thermal cycle
When tested according to Article 6.4, the temperature rise of the terminal crimping part shall not be greater than 8K compared with the temperature rise at 0.5m from the connected wire, and the resistance of the crimping part after the 125th thermal cycle shall not be greater than 1.5 times the resistance before the test. 5.5 Salt spray resistance
After the test according to Article 6.5, there should be no defects such as exposed substrate, flooding or pitting on the coating. At the same time, the change in resistance of the crimping part after the test shall not be greater than 20% of the resistance before the test. 5.6 Short-time withstand current
When tested according to Article 6.6, the terminal should not have defects such as deformation, welding, melting, wire detachment, etc. that hinder use. At the same time, the change in resistance of the crimped part after the test shall not be greater than 20% of the resistance before the test. 5.7 Tensile strength
When testing according to Article 6.7, there should be no slip between the terminal and the wire, the wire should not break or pull out at the crimping part, the terminal should not be deformed, etc.
6 Test method
6.1 Test preparation
6.1.1 The terminal used for testing should be new and clean. The wire and crimping pliers used should comply with the provisions of Chapter 4. 6.1.2 Test conditions: temperature: 15~35℃; relative humidity: 45%~75%; air pressure: 86~106kPa. The environmental conditions when conducting the test in Article 6.4 should also comply with Article 5.2.3 of GB998. 6.2 Appearance and size inspection
Inspect according to the provisions of test 1a (visual inspection) and 1b in GB5095.2, and it should comply with the provisions of Article 5.2. 6.3 Crimping resistance test
The wiring is shown in Figure 1. The torque of the fastener shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the resistance between AB and BC shall be measured according to the test current specified in Table 1 according to the method of GB5095.2 test 2b (accurate to 10-). Calculate the contact resistance and the change in resistance according to the following formula. 2E

6.4.1 Wiring is as shown in Figure 2. The length of the connecting wire should not be less than 1m. The torque of the fastener should comply with the provisions of Table 2. The thermal cycle test is carried out 125 times in total, and each test cycle is: according to the thermal cycle power-on time specified in Table 1, the test current is turned on, and then the power is turned off for the same time. Measure the temperature of the front end test point and the connecting wire 0.5m away at the end of the 50th, 100th and 125th cycles. 6.4.2 The sample should be placed horizontally, more than 300mm away from the wall, more than 600mm away from the ceiling and the ground, and the wires should be more than 200mm apart.
6.4.3 The temperature is measured by thermocouple method, and the wire diameter of the thermocouple baseline is 0.2~0.4mm. 6.4.4 The temperature test point can be soldered to make the thermocouple temperature sensing part close to the terminal crimping part and the wire core. 6.4.5 The test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4. ≥1m

6.5 Salt spray resistance test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.17. Before the test, the sample is degreased and decontaminated with alcohol or acetone, and placed in a test chamber at 35 ± 2°C, with continuous spraying for 24 hours. The test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.5. 6.6 Short-time withstand current test
Wiring is shown in Figure 2. Power on for 1S according to the test current value (effective value) specified in Table 1. It is allowed to reduce the test current and increase the power-on time or vice versa under the condition that the current (instantaneous) square multiplied by the time integral value remains unchanged. The test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.6. 6.7 Tensile test
Tensile test is shown in Figure 3. Apply the tensile load value specified in Table 1. The tensile load should be consistent with the axis of the conductor. The tensile speed is 25mm/min and maintained for 10s. The test results should comply with the provisions of Article 5.7. Tensile direction
7 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into type inspection, periodic inspection and factory inspection. 7.1 Type inspection
The purpose of type inspection is to verify whether the design and performance of the terminal product meet the requirements of the standard. Type inspection must be carried out in the following cases: a. When the trial sample is just completed;
b. When the product performance is affected by changes in design and process; when the national quality supervision department puts forward type inspection requirements. c.
The type inspection grouping items, sequence and number of samples for each specification of terminal are shown in Table 3. Table 3

7.1.2 Only when all test items in the type inspection are passed can the type inspection of the terminal of this specification be considered qualified. Only products that have passed the type inspection can be identified. If 2 out of the 3 test specimens in each group of tests fail, it is considered that the test of this item has failed. If 1 fails, double retest is allowed. If the retest still fails, the type inspection of this specification is judged to have failed. 7.2 Periodic inspection
Periodic inspection is an inspection to verify whether the finalized product can maintain stable performance during the production process. The finalized product should be subject to regular inspection every 5 years. The specimens for regular inspection must be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. 7.2.1

7.2.2 Periodic inspections are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2829, using a single sampling plan. Unqualified
In the periodic inspection, if one test fails, the product of this specification is judged to have failed the periodic inspection. 7.2.3
7.3 Factory inspection
7.3.1 Products must undergo factory inspections before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. The inspection items for each specification of terminal are shown in Table 5. Determination array

7.3.2 According to the provisions of GB2828, adopt one or two sampling plans. When a product is judged as unqualified, it is allowed to be screened and the unqualified items are rechecked according to the stricter sampling plan.
