GB4404.5-1999 In order to protect agricultural production, safeguard the interests of seed producers, operators and users, avoid the losses caused by the use of unqualified seeds in production, and make the cultivated fine varieties obtain high quality and high yield, a unified quality standard must be used for standardization, and this standard is specially formulated. This standard is based on a large number of experimental studies and typical surveys, and comprehensively formulates the quality standards of oat seeds (i.e., purity, clarity, germination rate, and moisture). At present, there are no hybrids of oats. According to unified regulations, the quality of conventional seeds is not graded, and the purity, clarity, and germination rate are set as the minimum indicators, and the moisture is set as the maximum line. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Crop Seeds. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center, Shanxi Provincial Seed Station, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Seed Station. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhang Shumin, Su Juping, Gong Fuchang, Zhao Jianzong, and Liu Xiaoyan. This standard is entrusted to the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center of the Ministry of Agriculture for interpretation. 295 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Seeds of food crops--Oats This standard specifies the quality requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules for oat seeds. If the purity does not meet the original seed index, it will be downgraded to a good seed. If it does not meet the good seed index, it will be an unqualified seed. Set an index for each of purity, germination rate and moisture. If one of them does not meet the index, it will be an unqualified seed. When comparing the measured values of purity, clarity and germination rate with the specified values in the standard, the allowable error used for comparison with the specified values in GB/T3543.1~~3543.6-1995 will not be implemented for the time being. 297 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
