This standard applies to the simple diesel pile driver (hereinafter referred to as the pile driver) consisting of the simple diesel pile driving hammer specified in GB8515 (hereinafter referred to as the diesel hammer) and the pile frame specified in JG/T5006 (hereinafter referred to as the pile driver). 2 Reference Standards GB8515 Simple Diesel Piling Hammer Classification GB5144 Construction Tower Crane Safety Regulations JG/T5006 Pile Frame Technical Conditions 3 General Requirements 3.1 Operators You must undergo special training to understand the structure, principle, operation and maintenance methods of the pile driver you are operating, and must hold an operating certificate before you can operate it. 3.2 Operators must have a clear division of labor. 3.3 The power device, hoist, hydraulic device, electrical device, etc. equipped with the pile driver should be operated in accordance with their operating procedures. 3.4 Choose a pile driver suitable for the project requirements to ensure construction safety. 3.5 If the machine needs to be shut down for a long time, the diesel hammer should be put down and the pile driver should be in a safe state. 3.6 The operation should be stopped when encountering severe weather such as thunder, rain, snow, fog, and winds above level 6. When the wind speed exceeds level 7 or there is a strong typhoon warning, the pile driver should be parked facing the wind, the diesel hammer should be lowered and a windproof cable should be installed. If necessary, the pile frame should be lowered. The pile driver must take lightning protection measures. When lightning occurs, personnel must stay away from the pile driver. 3.7 The assembly and disassembly of the pile driver should be strictly carried out in accordance with the procedures specified in the instruction manual. 3.8 When raising or lowering the pile driver, you should first check whether the winch drum brake is reliable, and then raise and lower the rack according to the procedures specified in the instruction manual. 4 Operating conditions 4.1 The slope of the construction site should meet the stability requirements of the pile driver, and the soil bearing capacity should not be less than 0.085MPa. 4.2 Track laying should comply with the instructions for use. 4.3 When the soil bearing capacity of the construction site cannot meet the requirements of Article 4.1, subgrade boxes or sleepers or steel plates should be laid. 4.4 When working in foundation pits and cofferdams, adequate drainage equipment should be provided. 4.5 The safe distance between the pile driver and surrounding overhead transmission lines should comply with the relevant regulations in GB5144, and the operating area should have obvious signs or fences. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on 1992-11-05 Implemented on 1993-05-01 5 Inspection before operation GB13749—92 5.1 The cooling water of water-cooled diesel hammer should be clean soft water. 5.2 Diesel hammer lubricating oil should comply with the provisions of the instruction manual. 5.3 Check that the contact surface of the buffer pad, anvil and buffer pad is less than two-thirds of the original area, or when the gap between the lower cylinder flange and the anvil is less than 7mm, the buffer should be replaced. pad. 5.4 Check the working condition of the landing gear and lubricate it. The contact line between the starting hook and the upper piston should be between 5 and 10mm. 5.5 Check and adjust the rope buckle of the pile cap according to the instructions. 5.6 Check the wear gap of the guide plate and it should comply with the regulations of the instruction manual. 5.7 Check whether all bolts are tight and complete. 5.8 Check whether the piston lubrication on the diesel hammer is normal. 5.9 The column guide rod should be coated with grease according to the instructions for use. 5.10 Check and replace the wire rope according to the relevant regulations of GB5144. 6 Safety operating procedures during operation 6.1 If any abnormality is found during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately. 6.2 When using a pile driver to lift piles, the piles should be transported to the specified distance directly in front of the pile frame in accordance with the instructions for use. When using double guide columns to lift piles, the guide rods should be rotated and locked before lifting. 6.3 The pile position should be corrected in time when inserting piles. After the pile is 3m into the soil, it is strictly prohibited to use the pile driver to walk or rotate to correct the angle of the pile. 6.4 When driving piles in soft soil layers, the throttle should be closed first and the hammer driven coldly. When the penetration per blow is less than 100mm, the throttle should be opened to start the diesel hammer. 6.5 When the jumping height of the upper piston reaches the maximum height specified in the instruction manual, the throttle should be reduced and the stroke controlled. 6.6 When the upper piston does not stop beating, it is strictly prohibited to drop the landing gear and hit the lower bumper block. 6.7 Add lubricating oil to the lower cylinder according to the instructions. 6.8 When premature combustion occurs in the diesel hammer, the hammer should be stopped for cooling. 6.9 When the water level in the cylinder water jacket is lower than the lower cylinder suction and exhaust port, it should be replenished in time. It is strictly prohibited to operate without water. 6.1010 When the penetration is less than 20mm, the operation should be stopped. 6.11 It is strictly prohibited to lift the diesel hammer when the column is tilted back. When driving inclined piles, the piles should be lifted up and stabilized first, and then the columns should be tilted back. When driving inclined piles with a crawler three-fulcrum pile driver, the rear support rod must be used. 6.12 When the pile driver is lifting the diesel hammer, the diesel hammer should be lowered to the lowest position. When the crawler three-fulcrum pile driver is walking, there must be a dedicated person to direct it; when walking on the slope, the center of gravity should be moved above the slope: the slope should not be greater than 5°. 6.13 When the pile driver rotates, the diesel hammer should be lowered to the lowest position; the rotation system Movement should be slow; continuous rotation in the same direction should not exceed one week. 6.14 It is strictly prohibited to carry out two or more actions at the same time such as lifting piles, lifting hammers, turning and walking. 6.15 Overloading of lifts is strictly prohibited. 7 Safety Precautions after Operation 7.1 After operation, the diesel hammer should be placed on the pile head or the ground pad, the cylinder head, intake and exhaust port covers should be installed, and the safety limit should be locked. device. After winter operations, the cooling water should be drained. 7.2 If the diesel engine is not used for a long time, remove the diesel hammer, drain the fuel, lubricating oil, and cooling water, clean the combustion chamber and piston impact surface, and take anti-corrosion measures.
