Each specification of gauges is composed of 1 to 3 gauges for different purposes (see Chapter 5 for details). 4 General technical requirements 4.1 The basic dimensions of the gauges shown in the attached drawings of the standard are in mm. 4.2 The main technical conditions such as the material, working surface hardness and surface roughness of the gauges shall meet the corresponding requirements in GB1957. 4.3 The non-working surface of the gauge shall have the following clear and firm markings: a. Gauge model (consistent with the lamp holder to be tested); A, B, and code specified in the gauge type size; this standard number QB1550; Publication date and manufacturer's mark. 4.4 The chamfer size of the working surface of the gauge marked with "chamfer" is 0.2~0.3×45° or a fillet of 0.2~0.3; the chamfer size of the unmarked chamfer is 0.5×45°. 4.5 Gauges that have passed the manufacturer's inspection shall have a certificate of conformity. 4.6 Finished gauges shall be rust-proofed before packaging and shall be packaged with hard materials. 5 Types and dimensions of gauges for pin-type lampholders 5.1 General gauge for G4 lampholders Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1992 394 Implemented on March 1, 1993 Dimension symbols Surface Y Surface 2 QB1550-92 Note: 1) Dimensions E and L specify the dimensions of the two ends of the gauge. Purpose Comprehensive inspection of G4 lampholders. Dimension symbols Surface X Inspection Insert the two ends of the gauge into the lampholder in turn. The pins of the gauge should be able to reach the reference surface of the lampholder. At this time, there should be a clear gap between the gauge surfaces X, Y and Z and the corresponding surfaces of the lampholder. After this test, the corresponding gauge in 5.4 should be used to inspect the minimum clamping force of the contacts. 5.2 Go-through gauge for GZ4 lamp holder Surface Y Surface X Dimension symbol QB1550-92 Inspect the connector and installation of GZ4 lamp holder. Purpose Dimension symbol Inspection Insert the two ends of the gauge into the connector in turn. The surface X or surface Y of the gauge should contact the adjacent connector surface. Inspect Insert the two ends of the gauge into the connector hole of the lamp holder in turn. The surfaces X and Y of the gauge should be able to contact the adjacent surface of the connector. After this test, the corresponding gauge in 5.4 shall also be used to check the holding force of the contacts. Gauge for checking the minimum holding force of G4, GZ4 and GZ6.35 lampholders 5.4 Dimension symbol Note: 1) This dimension is the gauge dimension of G4 lampholder. QB1550—92 Purpose To check the minimum holding force of G4, GZ4 and GZ6.35 lampholder contacts. Bias Test Place the lampholder downward and insert the gauges into the contacts one by one. When the gauge is inserted to the bottom and released, the gauge should not fall out of the contact hole under its own weight. Before this test, G4, GZ4 and GZ6.35 lampholders shall be tested respectively with the through gauges specified in 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3. 5.5 Go gauge for G5.3 lampholders Surface X Dimension symbol Dimension symbol Whip surface X Purpose To check the fit of the lampholder with the lampholder when the length and diameter of the lampholder pins are at their maximum values and the center distance is at its minimum and maximum values respectively. At the same time, the minimum positioning area (AXB) and the maximum depth of the recess (C) are also checked. Each end of the gauge shall be inserted into the lampholder in turn and the surface X shall be in contact with the lampholder positioning surface. In any case, the other surface X shall be coplanar or convex with the edge of the recess of the lampholder body under test. 5.6 Go gauge for CX5.3 and GY5.3 lampholders Dimension symbol Dimension symbol Note: ① The deviation of the gauge only takes into account the extreme diameter and displacement of the paired pins. ②The installation of the lamp holder in the connector and contact is auxiliary. The size of the lamp holder gauge is not completely consistent with the lamp holder gauge. Purpose To inspect the installation of the lamp holder in the GX5.3 and GY5.3 lamp holders. GY5.3 Inspection For the lamp holders of the types shown in Figures 4 and 6 of QB1549, insert the two ends of the gauge into them in turn, and the surface Y of the gauge should contact the surface of the connector. Test so that the pins of the gauge are perpendicular to the reference plane of the lampholder. Ruler For the connectors of lampholders of the types shown in Figures 4 and 6 of QB1549, insert the gauge into the connector hole. The force required to extract the gauge should not be greater than 8.9N specified in QB1549 for GX5.3 and GY5.3 lampholders. For the contact device of the lamp holder of Figure 5 and Figure 7 in QB1549, place the pin of the gauge on the groove of the lamp holder in the specified direction, and then push the gauge into the groove from the side so that it contacts the support surface. The force required to pull out the gauge should not be greater than 8.9N specified in QB1549 for GX5.3 and GY5.3 lamp holders. 5.8 GX5.3 and GY5.3 lamp holder contact minimum clamping force test gauge GX5.3 Dimension symbol QB155092 Test the minimum clamping force of the individual contacts of the lamp holder on the lamp cap pin of the smallest diameter. Test the gauge completely inserted into each contact, and the force to pull out the gauge should not be less than 3.3N specified in QB1549 for GX5.3 and GY5.3 lamp holders. 5.9G9.5 Through gauge for lamp holder Dimension symbol Surface X Dimension symbolwwW.bzxz.Net Purpose To inspect the depth of dimension "C" at the lamp holder recess, and the installation of lamp caps with minimum and maximum pin center distances, maximum pin lengths and pin diameters in the lamp holder. Inspection Insert the two ends of the gauge into the lamp holder in turn, so that the gauge surface X contacts the lamp holder surface X.
