3.1 Classification
3.1.1 According to the printing material, it can be divided into soft brown paper printed products, flexible plastic printed products, flexible sales packaging corrugated paper box printed products and flexible transportation packaging corrugated paper box printed products.
3.1.2 According to the quality of printed products, it can be divided into fine products and general products. 3.2 Terms
3.2.1 Flexographic Decorative Prints
Printed products printed with resin plates and rubber plates as substrates, anilox rollers to transfer ink, and liquid inks. 3.2.2 Flexographic Fine Prints
Fine products of various printed products are high-grade flexographic printed products produced with high-quality printing materials and fine plate-making technology, and the quality meets the various indicators of fine products.
3.2.3 Flexographic General Prints

4.1.1 The printed product is neat and tidy without obvious dirt or incompleteness. 4.1.2 The text is printed clearly and completely, without missing strokes or broken lines. 5 Test method
5.1 Test environment

5.1.1 Test temperature is 25°C±5°C, relative humidity is 60%±5%, 5.1.2 Sample pretreatment: in accordance with 3.1.2 of GB/T 7705. 5.1.3 Light source: in accordance with 3.1.3 of GB/T7705. 5.2 Test equipment
5.2.1 Radiation densitometer and measurement and control strip.
5.2.2 Ruler (accuracy is 0.1 mm).
5.2.3 For routine inspection, use a magnifying glass with a magnification of 10 times or more, and for quantitative inspection, use a reading magnifying glass with a magnification of 30~5u times. 5.2.4 Colorimeter.
5.2.5 Disc off the machine.

5.3 Sampling method
5.3.1 Random sampling.

Measure the solid density value with a reflection densitometer; with the corresponding measuring and controlling strips, measure the image density contrast and the dot gain value. 5.4.3 Bonding fastness and abrasion resistance of printing ink layer 5.4.3.1 The bonding fastness of printing ink layer of plastic printed products conforms to the method in 2.7 of GB/T 7707. 5.4.3.2 The abrasion resistance of the printing layer of paper, carton and other printed products conforms to the method in 3.8 of GB/T 7706.
5.4.4 Registration accuracy
Conforms to 3.4 of GB:17/05 and 2.3 of GB/T 7706, 5.4.5 Color difference
Conforms to 3.6 of GB/T 7705 and 3.6 of GB/T 7707 5.4.6 Dot gain
Measurement of dot gain by reflection densitometer and control strip conforms to 5.3 of CY/T 5.5. 6. Inspection rules
shall comply with the provisions of 43 in GB/T7705/4 in I7706. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
shall comply with the provisions of 5 in GB/T7706 and 4 in B/I7707.
