This standard is not equivalent to ISO 7440-1:1991 "Road Vehicles - Fuel System Test Part 1: Standard Injector Assembly" is not difficult to compare with 1S07440-1:1991, adding standard injector technical conditions, inspection rules and test methods: and listing the parameters and tests of the oil inlet pipe joint with a gap filter in Appendix B. This standard is a revision of ZB J94 017-90 "Technical Record of Standard Injector Assembly for Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench" - the original standard was edited during the revision.
This standard also formulates the technical conditions of single-hole standard injector assembly and throttle shaft needle standard injector assembly. This standard is consistent with ZB J94 01790 Compared with the BT9734 standard, the main technical content has changed as follows: the technical conditions of the single-hole orifice plate standard fuel injector assembly have been added: ... "This standard applies to the standard fuel injector assembly used in the fuel pump and nozzle repair station" has been added in the scope. The requirements for the use and replacement of parts have been added: 1. 3.2 Main parts structure

3.2.1 The fuel injector body is shown in Figure 3. It has two different types of structures: with exhaust hole and without exhaust hole. 3.2.2 The injector pressure regulating spring is shown in Figure 4, and the injector assembly is shown in Figure 5. Standard injector is actually a mother tool, so it must be carefully operated and maintained. Only by following this regulation can the required calibration accuracy be achieved.

When the actual opening pressure is 2MPa lower than the actual opening pressure, the oil from the joint surface should not form oil droplets within 10 (when testing. If there is a droplet, it should be removed)
The oil volume of the standard injector assembly used in the injection pump test bench of the maintenance station should be checked regularly. There should be a clear corresponding relationship between its injection volume and the oil volume value of the standard injector manufacturer's products when they leave the factory, and the difference should not be too large. 4.5 Unevenness of injection volume of the injector assembly The unevenness of the oil volume of the standard injector assembly on the same test bench is 8-2%, and 8-4% is allowed for maintenance and use in the maintenance station. The single-hole orifice plate has a great influence on the dynamic flow rate of the standard injector assembly. The orifice is manufactured by the manufacturer according to 6. And the flow test is carried out according to the requirements of Appendix A. 4.7 Throttle shaft needle type standard injector pair
The value and flow measurement method of the throttle shaft needle type standard injector pair shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9730. 4.8 The oil inlet pipe joint with the gap filter The oil inlet pipe joint with the gap filter is another component that has an important influence on the dynamic flow of the standard injector. When the flow rate changes significantly, it needs to be replaced. For the measurement of the flow rate of the oil inlet pipe joint, see Appendix B (Standard Appendix). 4.9 The tightening torque of the injector fastening nut is 60N·m±20N.ma4.10 The stiffness of the pressure regulating spring is 290-360N/mm. 5 Inspection and elimination rules
5.1 Each standard injector assembly must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's quality inspection department in accordance with the provisions of this standard before it can be shipped. 5.2 When the user inspects, the sampling rules and the judgment of whether it is qualified or not shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T2828. 6 Test method
6.1 Test conditions

[The pressure gauge accuracy of the nozzle opening pressure shall not be less than Class 1. 6.1.2 The hand pressure injector tester shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6293. 6.1.3 The fuel injection pump test bench shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9734. 6.1.4 The fuel injection pump for the test shall be an A-type T-tech flow pump with a plunger diameter of 29.5 mm and a rack fixed at a position where the oil volume is 50 mm/cycle. It is allowed to select a BH, B-type standard pump that meets the requirements of JB9733. 6.1.5 The test oil shall comply with the provisions of GBT8029 or GB252. The test oil shall be filtered, kept clean, and replaced regularly. 6.1.6 The high-pressure oil pipe assembly shall comply with the provisions of JB Hall 8121. 6.1.7 The oil inlet pressure during the test is 0.0~0.1 MPa. 6.1.8 The oil temperature of the calibration pump oil used in the fuel injection pump test bench is 40℃±2℃. 6.2 Test method

6.2.2 When using BH, B standard pump to measure the injection amount of standard injector assembly, the number of cycles is 1000 times, and the injection pump speed is 1000 r/min:
Marking, storage and use
7.1 Marking
Standard fuel injectors that comply with the provisions of this standard. The assembly shall be marked with JB/T9735 and the manufacturer's factory mark or registered trademark on the fuel injector body. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Standard fuel injectors shall be equipped with various protective parts (shields, caps, etc.) to prevent the nozzle parts and oil inlet and outlet of the standard fuel injector from being contaminated.
7.2.2 Standard fuel injectors packed in paper cones shall be shipped in a sturdy packaging box lined with moisture-proof materials: Each packaging box shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity signed by the inspector and relevant factory documents, and the outer surface of the packaging box shall be marked with: a) Name;

7.3 Transportation
The packaging should fully ensure that the standard injector will not be damaged or damp during normal transportation. 7. 4 Storage
The standard injector assembly should be stored in a dry warehouse and should not be stored with acids, alkalis and other chemicals that can cause corrosion. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the product will not rust within one year from the date of leaving the factory. 102 Use and Replacement of Parts
