This standard is equivalent to the German DIN55468-1-87 "Corrugated Fiber Board" in terms of technical content, and conforms to the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993 in terms of format.
This standard is formulated to meet the needs of the rapid development of my country's heavy duty corrugated fiber board production and the adoption of foreign advanced standards. Appendix A in this standard is the standard appendix. This standard is proposed by China Packaging Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Packaging Standardization. This standard was drafted by Chongqing Huaya Modern Paper Co., Ltd., and was participated in by Huaxi Packaging Group, Chongqing Packaging Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, Changzhou Changfeng Packaging Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Dongfang Carton Company. 3 Definitions and codes
3.1 Definitions
This standard adopts the definitions of GB/T16717 and the following definitions. 3.1.1 Heavy-duty corrugated fiberboard is a corrugated board used to make heavy-duty corrugated boxes. 3.1.2 Corrugated lamirated paper is a corrugated paper formed by gluing and pressing two layers of corrugated base paper. 3.1.3 Four-ply heavy-duty corrugated laminated board is a corrugated board made by laminating one layer of composite corrugated paper with one layer of face paper and one layer of lining paper. 3.1.4 Five-ply heavy-duty corrugated board is a corrugated board made by laminating two layers of corrugated paper with one layer of face paper, core paper and lining paper. 3.1.5 Six-ply heavy-duty corrugated laminated board is a corrugated board made by laminating one layer of composite corrugated paper, one layer of corrugated paper, one layer of face paper, core paper and lining paper. 3.1.6 Seven-ply heavy duty corrugated board is a corrugated board made by laminating two layers of composite corrugated paper with one layer of face paper, one layer of lining paper and one layer of core paper. 3.1.7 Seven-ply heavy duty corrugated board is a corrugated board made by laminating three layers of corrugated paper with one layer of face paper, one layer of lining paper and two layers of core paper. 3.2 Code

4 Structure, classification and grading
4.1 Structure
The provisions of the structure of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard are shown in Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). 4.2 Classification
Heavy-duty corrugated cardboard is divided into five categories: four-layer composite heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, five-layer heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, six-layer composite heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, seven-layer composite heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, and seven-layer heavy-duty corrugated cardboard. 4.3 Grading
Heavy-duty corrugated cardboard is divided into three grades: A, B, and C according to the quality level of the materials used. The quantity and quality level of the materials used should comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.1 Fluted structure of heavy corrugated board

The fluted structure of heavy corrugated board shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Paper material quality level requirements
The material quality level of the corrugated paper and boxboard used shall meet the requirements of Grade A in GB13023 and GB13024 respectively

5.2 Thickness of corrugated board

The thickness of various heavy-duty corrugated boards shall be higher than the sum of the lower limits of the corresponding flute heights specified in Table 2. 5.3 Size
The length and width of heavy-duty corrugated board shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.4 Mounting
5.4.1 Use starch adhesive or other adhesives with equivalent effects. 5.4.2 The surface of the corrugated board should be flat and clean, no missing materials are allowed, and the surface paper should not be spliced; the trimming should be neat and the bonding should be firm. The sum of the areas of the debonded parts should not exceed 20cm per square meter. 5.5 Physical and mechanical properties
The physical and mechanical properties of heavy corrugated board such as edge compression strength, bursting strength and puncture strength should not be lower than those specified in Table 3. 6.1 The sampling and pre-test treatment of the sample shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB450 and GB/T4857.2. 6.2 The thickness of the cardboard shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB6547. 6.3 The length and width dimensions shall be tested with a steel tape measure or ruler with an accuracy of 1mm. 6.4 The mounting shall be tested by visual inspection and a steel tape measure or ruler with an accuracy of 1mm. 6.5 The edge compression strength shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB6546. 6.6
The burst strength shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB6546. 6-7 Puncture strength shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2679.7. 7 Inspection rules
Penetration strength
7.1 One batch is considered as one delivery. The inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect in accordance with the provisions of this standard or the contract and issue a certificate of conformity. 7.2 The user has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If there is any objection to the quality of the batch, the manufacturer shall be notified within half a month after the arrival of the goods for joint re-inspection. If the re-inspection still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch shall be judged as unqualified and the manufacturer shall handle it. 7.3 The sampling and pre-test treatment of the samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB450 and GB/T4857.2. However, the number of samples taken shall be based on the number of deliveries at one time, and each batch shall be sampled at one-fifth, with a minimum of 3 samples. 7.4 In the test results of the edge compression strength, bursting strength, and puncture strength of the physical and mechanical properties, as long as one item is unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 The packaging method and requirements of the products shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 3

8.2 The products shall be protected from rain, exposure and pollution during storage and transportation, and the transportation and loading and unloading methods that damage the products shall not be used. 8.3 The product storage environment shall be kept ventilated and dry, away from fire sources, and the height of the stacking from the ground shall not be less than 150mm. 8.4 The product ex-factory storage period shall generally not exceed half a year.
