5.2.1 Capacity
Weigh the empty bottle with a scale with a sensitivity of more than 1, and then weigh it with water at room temperature. The difference between the secondary masses is the capacity. 5.2.2 Outer diameter and roundness of the bottle body
Measure the bottle body with a vernier caliper (it needs to deviate from the seam line). The maximum value measured is the outer diameter of the bottle body, and the difference between the maximum and minimum values is the roundness. 5.2.3 Vertical axis deviation
Perform in accordance with GB/T8452.
5.2.4 Bottle height
Measure with a height gauge or height measuring device.
5.2.5 The thickness of the bottle wall and bottom
shall be measured with a thickness gauge.
5.2.6. The thickness difference of the same bottle wall
shall be measured with a thickness gauge on a horizontal plane between the bottle bodies, and the ratio of the thickest point to the thinnest point shall be measured. 5.2.7 The thickness difference of the same bottle bottom
shall be measured with a thickness gauge on a horizontal plane between the bottle bodies, and the ratio of the thickest point to the thinnest point shall be measured. 5.2.8 The bottle mouth and bottle neck
shall be measured with a special through-type gauge or caliper, and the insertion depth of the bottle neck gauge shall not be less than 35mm. 5.2.9 The tilt of the bottle mouth
BB/T 0018—2000
shall be measured with a height gauge, and the difference between the highest value and the lowest value from the bottle bottom to the bottle mouth is the tilt of the bottle mouth, that is, the parallelism. 5.3 Appearance quality
Visual inspection, if necessary, use a 10× reading magnifying glass for measurement 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Product handover acceptance shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828 on the secondary sampling plan for batch inspection. The ordering party has the right to inspect the product quality in accordance with this standard. If there are other circumstances, the acceptance can be carried out in accordance with the contract or agreement between the supply and demand parties. 6.2 Product acceptance is expressed in terms of the number of unqualified products per hundred units. The qualified quality level (AQL) and inspection level (IL) of the batch of products submitted for acceptance shall comply with the regulations in Table 5.

7 Packaging, marking, transportation, and storage
7.1 Packaging
It is recommended to use pallet packaging, and carton packaging can also be used to reduce the impact of improper packaging and transportation on the quality of wine bottles. The packaging materials should keep the products clean and not easy to break. 7.2 Marking. .
Each product should be marked with the manufacturer's mark within 20mm above the bottom of the bottle. Each package should have a certificate of conformity or a qualified label, indicating the manufacturer's name, factory address, product name, specifications, number of trays, production date, name (code) of the person inspecting the package, and words such as "fragile" and "handle with care". 7.3 Transportation
Violent movement must be avoided during transportation, and it should be handled with care during loading and unloading. 7.4 Storage
It is suitable to store indoors. Products stacked on the ground should avoid rainwater from entering the bottle to prevent water marks. Packaging of the People's Republic of China
