Start the machine, first adjust the shot supply mesh door so that the shot flow rate reaches the maximum shot supply within the allowable range of the shot blasting machine motor power, and the shot inlet pipe does not overflow the shot, and continue for one minute, and there is still no overflow. Then close the shot supply gate, stop the shot supply, remove the funnel and the shot inlet pipe, and put a container under the shot supply gate. During the test, open the shot supply gate and the stopwatch at the same time, and close the shot supply room door at 30 minutes! : Then weigh the net weight of the shot in the container (converted to kg/min). Use the same method to measure three times, and take the arithmetic mean, which is the shot blasting amount of the shot blasting machine. 5.4 This standard 4.1.14 and 4.1.15 are tested according to the provisions of GB/T17421.1. 5.5 Noise is tested according to the provisions of JB/T6331.2. 5.6 Cleanliness is tested according to the provisions of JB/T5365.1. 5.7 Dust emission concentration detection
a) The measuring instrument is a dust sampler and a full set of accessories. b) The measuring section should be selected at the straight section of the dust removal system outlet as far away as possible from the fan, fan, elbow and other components that disturb the airflow and change the direction of the airflow.
c) The measuring points are on two mutually perpendicular sampling lines passing through the center line of the pipeline on the measuring section. For circular sections with a diameter of less than 1m, 2 measuring points can be taken on each sampling line, see Figure 1. For sections with a diameter greater than 1m or poor airflow distribution, 4 or more measuring points can be taken on each sampling line, see Figure 2. Guoxiang line

Zg—the sum of the dust weight accumulated on each filter membrane, mg; 29.
The sum of the gas volume collected at each measuring point under standard conditions, m\. 0.866D
5.8 When the manufacturer is unconditional to conduct the final assembly test of the whole machine, it is allowed to be carried out at the user's factory, but the assembled parts must be tested for idling before leaving the factory. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The machine must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's technical inspection department and accompanied by a product quality certificate before leaving the factory. 6.2 The machine must be tested for idling. The number of machines for load operation test shall be sampled at 2% of each batch, but not less than one. If unqualified products are found during random inspection, they shall be re-inspected with double the number. If they are still unqualified, the batch of products shall not be accepted. 6.3 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with 4.1.6, 4.1.17, 4.1.19, 4.1.20, 4.2 and 4.3. 6.4 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) When new products are identified:
b) When there are major changes in design, process and raw materials; c) When normal production is resumed after suspension for more than one year: d) Once every three years during normal production. 6.5 Type inspection shall be carried out on all items in this standard and relevant items in the referenced standards. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
