GB/T1219—1985 Definitions Dial gauge This standard applies the following definitions. 3.1 Thickness gauge A device used to measure the linear displacement (thickness) of the measuring surface of the dial gauge head fixed on the gauge stand relative to the measuring surface of the gauge stand. The measuring instrument is called thickness gauge. 3.2 Depending on its depth, the distance between the measuring surface of the gauge and the measured property. 3.3 Indication error The difference between the indication value of the dial gauge on the thickness measuring surface and the distance between the measured surface and the measured surface. + Type, basic number and size 4.1 See Figure 1 for the type of potential gauge (the figure is for illustration only and is not used to show detailed results. 4.2 The thickness gauge has 30mm, 120mm and 15mm. 4.3 The measuring surface of the station and the measuring head should be 6.8mm or 10mm. According to the production requirements, the measuring surface of the measuring head can be spherical or spherical. Approved by the State Machine Plate Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 5 Technical requirements JB10016-1999 5. There shall be no influence on the thickness gauge. 5.2 The installation of the dial indicator on the gauge should be firm and reliable, and the movement of the dial indicator should be smooth and flexible without jamming. 5.3 When the measuring surface of the monitoring pan head contacts the measuring surface of the measuring station, the pointer of the dial indicator points to the top of the measuring rod axis, and the total error should not exceed ±5' 5.4 The technical requirements of the dial indicator used for the thickness gauge shall be in accordance with the provisions of GBT1219, and the special supply can be provided according to the user's requirements. 5.5 The hard seat of the thickness gauge measurement shall not be less than 7661IV (62HRC. When the measuring pan head is made of stainless steel, its hardness shall not be less than S2BHV (S2.SHRC J. 5.6 The surface roughness R of the measuring surface of the gauge is 0.1um. 5.7 The flatness tolerance of the measuring surface of the gauge is 0.001mm5. The flatness tolerance of the measuring surface of the measuring egg surface and the measuring surface is 0.008mm5.9 The indication error of the thickness gauge is not more than 0.02mm5.10 The indication variation ratio of the thickness gauge is not more than 0.005mm6 Marking and packaging 6.1 The thickness gauge should be marked with: a) manufacturer, "name or registered trademark; b) graduation value ; ) Product serial number 6.2 The packaging tray of the thickness gauge should be marked with: a) Manufacturer name or registered trademark: b) Product name; ! Measuring range. J8 Hall 0016-1999 6.3 The thickness gauge should be treated with anti-inducing agent before packaging and should be packed first: the product should not be damaged during transportation due to poor packaging. 6.4 The thickness gauge should be accompanied by a product certificate if it meets the requirements of this standard. The product certificate should have a standard number, product Product number Issue date JB/T10016-19bzxZ.net Appendix A (Standard Appendix) Inspection method of thickness gauge This is about production output! Inspection of thickness gauge, Al indication error The inspection of thickness gauge indication error is to place the 3-dimensional measurement between the two measuring surfaces of the thickness gauge, and the difference between the calculated value in the table and the missing size is the calculated error. This inspection is carried out on the four devices arranged within the measuring range. The size of the block is 2.2mm, 4.mm, 7.7mm, 10mm. The inspection of the small value variability is to measure the same measured plate repeatedly for several times by simulating a chain. The difference between the maximum indication and the minimum value is the parallelism of the measured thickness. The inspection of the parallelism of the two main measuring surfaces is to place the measuring block at four different positions of the measuring area (see Figure A1: above) and read the readings of the dial indicator. The difference between the maximum and minimum readings is the parallelism of the measured surface. Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
