4.1|| tt||The portable micro welding torch uses liquefied butane gas as fuel and industrial oxygen as supporting gas. 4.2 Each gas valve of the welding torch should ensure that the gas path can be opened and closed flexibly and the gas flow can be adjusted evenly. 4.3 All connections and air valves of the welding torch should be well sealed, and no air leakage is allowed under the following conditions: a.
b.
Oxygen passage: increase by 50% according to the maximum oxygen working pressure ;Butane gas passage: according to the maximum working pressure of butane gas. 4.4 The appearance of the welding torch should be beautiful and clean, without mechanical damage, bends or surface defects. 4.5 welding torch matching Gas cylinders must be qualified products provided by manufacturers with production licenses. Gas path components should be made of corrosion-resistant materials.
4.6 The thread on the welding torch should comply with the relevant regulations of GB192, GB196, and GB197. The thread pitch at the seal should have sufficient adjustment margin. 4.7 The flame burning of the welding torch should be stable, and no deflection, bending, tempering, etc. are allowed. 4.8 The welding torch should be guaranteed to be able to be used normally within the temperature range of -30 to +40°C. 4.9 Under normal operating conditions, the maximum flame temperature of the welding torch should be higher than 2000°C. Under normal operating conditions, the flame core length of the welding torch should comply with the requirements in Table 1. 4.10
4.11
4.12
The safety factor of the integral micro welding torch should be greater than 3. Portable micro-torches must be equipped with reliable flashback prevention devices. 5 Test methods
5.1 Air tightness test
The welding torch is passed through the gas without grease under the pressure conditions specified in Article 4.3, and placed in the two states of the gas valve closed and open. 205 in water continuously, and all air valves and all connections must not leak. 5.2 Combustion test
Carry out the combustion test under normal operating conditions. The welding torch shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.7 and 4.10. 5.3 Temperature test
Conduct temperature test under normal operating conditions. The welding torch shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.9. 5.4 Safety valve opening test
When performing the safety valve opening test on the integral welding torch, the gas cylinder is in a closed state and pressurized from the outlet of the mixing chamber. The pressure when the safety valve is open and leaks shall not be less than 0.25MPa.
5.5 Safety factor test
When performing the safety factor test on the integral welding torch, pressurize the butane cylinder to the test pressure and maintain it at the test pressure for 30 minutes. The ratio of the test pressure when the cylinder is damaged to the butane gas limit pressure of the cylinder at 40°C should be greater than 3. 557
6 Inspection Rules
JB/T6968—93
6.1 The product must be accompanied by a product certificate and instructions for use when it leaves the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection
When the product leaves the factory, it shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of Articles 4.2, 4.3, 4,4 and 4.10 of this standard. 6.3 Type inspection
When one of the following situations occurs, type inspection should generally be carried out: a.
b.
c
d.
e.
Trial prototype identification of new products or old products transferred to factory production; under normal production conditions, every year or when the production reaches 3,000 units (whichever is lower); after formal production, such as structure, materials, When there are major changes in the process that may affect product performance; when the product is resumed after half a year of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f.
The national quality supervision agency proposes to conduct type inspection upon request. During type inspection, a comprehensive assessment shall be carried out according to the technical requirements specified in this standard. When necessary, additional test projects may be added through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
6.4 Appearance, air tightness test and combustion test, the sampling quantity is 0.5% of each batch, but not less than 5 sets. 6.5 If there are any unqualified items during the random inspection, the unqualified items should be double re-inspected. When all re-inspections pass, only the products that failed the initial inspection will be returned for repair. If there are still unqualified items after inspection, no matter how many, the batch of products will be regarded as unqualified products and must be repaired and resubmitted for acceptance. 7 Logo and packaging
7.1 Each set of welding torch and accessories is packaged in a separate suitcase. Suitcase-style packaging should be portable and strong enough. Several suitcases are packed into one carton. The carton packaging should be beautiful and sturdy to ensure that it is not damaged under normal transportation conditions. 7.2 The carton packaging should have the following markings: a.
b.
d.
Product name, model:
Manufacturing date or production batch number;
Mark of vulnerable items;
Name of manufacturer, etc.
