6.1 Appearance quality
Under the light of 600±200lx, the inspection distance is 300mm, and it is judged by visual inspection. 6.2 Machine performance
6.2.1 The adjustment mechanism is adjusted according to the method specified in the instruction manual in the prying seam item of Article 5.3. 6.2.2 Presser foot drop test: Lower the presser foot and measure it with a special block gauge. It can pass freely. 261
6.2.3 The workbench is judged by hand feeling and visual inspection. QB/T 1576-1992
6.2.4 Prying seam spacing ratio: Test in the prying seam item of Article 5.3. 6.3 Sewing performance
Preparation before the test:
Before the test, clean the surface of the machine head, remove dirt from the needle plate, feed dog and thread passing parts, add lubricating oil, run at the highest sewing speed of 80% for 5 minutes, and then test each item according to the provisions of Table 1; b. Trial sewing and adjustment are allowed before each test. The relevant parts that are adjusted according to the provisions of the instruction manual are not allowed to be adjusted again during the formal test;
The sewing speed is tested with a non-contact speed meter. The sewing speed tolerance during the test is -3%. Table 1

Check item by item according to the product manual or packing list. 7 Inspection rules
Each machine head leaving the factory must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by an inspection certificate before leaving the factory. 7.2 Under the presser foot of each machine head, a sewing sample of the continuous stitch of the machine head should be attached. 7.3 The consignee has the right to accept the factory inspection items specified in this standard. If the consignee has other requirements, the supplier and the buyer shall specify them in the order contract.
7.4 Inspection classification
Inspection items, unqualified categories, and inspection classifications shall be specified in Table 2. Unit product is counted as each machine head, category A and B are counted as defective products, and category C is counted as the number of defectives.

Factory inspection When a batch fails, the manufacturer shall conduct a full inspection, remove or repair the non-conforming products, and attach a rework record before submitting it for inspection again, but a stricter inspection must be used. If the products still fail to meet the standards when they are resubmitted, the batch of products shall not be submitted for acceptance again. 7.4.2 Type inspection Type inspection must be conducted in one of the following situations: a. Trial production and appraisal of new products; when there are major changes in the design, process or materials used; when products that are not frequently produced are produced again; c. Once every six months during normal continuous production. 7.4.2.2 Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the inspection batch of products produced in the current half year that have passed the factory inspection. The samples shall be fully inspected according to the factory inspection items. If unqualified products are found, they shall be replaced with qualified products, and the reasons shall be analyzed in time and included in the manned type inspection report, but shall not be used as the basis for the appraisal of the type inspection results. 7.4.2.4 The sampling plan for type inspection is shown in Table 4.
