The screen shall meet the requirements of JB/T4266. The carbon steel plates used shall meet the requirements of GB/T709. The welds shall meet the requirements of GB/T985. After welding, the flatness error of all steel plates shall be less than 2mm per square meter. The parallelism tolerance of the two side plates of the screen box is 3mm. All surfaces except stainless steel should be coated with two coats of anti-rust primer, and the exposed surface should be coated with two coats of topcoat. The exposed painted surface should be free of flow marks, bubbles, and uneven colors. Test method The appearance of welding quality is visually inspected, and the strength of the weld is checked according to the physical and chemical test records of the material. The external dimensions are measured with conventional measuring tools with a scale value of 1mm. Flatness can be replaced by straightness, and measured with a ruler and a feeler gauge. The parallelism of the two side plates of the screen box is measured with a special measuring tool. The thickness of the steel plate is measured with an outside diameter micrometer. Inspection rules Each curved screen must pass the factory inspection of the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and a certificate of conformity should be attached when it leaves the factory. The factory inspection should meet the requirements of 4.3~4.5 and 4.7. 6.2 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Each curved screen should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position.
