SC/T1026---2002
The standard comprehensively stipulates the performance characteristics of compound feeds, and has testability and applicability. SC/T1026-1998 "Nutrient Standard for Compound Feed for Carp" only stipulates the content of nutritious ingredients in compound feed for carp and the corresponding detection methods. The nutritional indicators in this standard include the technical content of SC/T1026-1998, and some indicators have been adjusted. This standard also specifies important properties such as stability in water and particle size of raw materials to improve the utilization rate of raw materials. The provisions of safety and health indicators refer to the provisions of NY5072-2002 "Safety Limits of Pollution-free Food and Fishery Feed".
Appendix A of this standard is a data record.

Take 50g of sample and spread it evenly in a white porcelain plate, and check it under sufficient light without direct sunlight. 5.2 Processing quality index
5.2.1 Raw material crushing particle size
SC/T1026—2002
Depending on the type of feed, select a test sieve with an aperture of 0.600mm.0.425mm (or 0.425mm, 0.250mm) according to GB/T6003.1, and then measure the raw material crushing particle size according to GB/T5917. 5.2.2 Mixing uniformity
The mixing uniformity shall be measured according to GB/T5918. 5-2.3 Stability in water
Weigh the F0g sample (accurate to 0.1g) and put it into the prepared simple mesh sieve (the mesh frame height is 6.5cm, the point diameter is 6.5cm, and the metal mesh sieve hole is 0.850mm). The mesh sieve is placed in a container with a water depth of 5.5cm and the water temperature is 25℃~28℃. After soaking (the soaking time of pellet feed is 5min, and the soaking time of expanded feed is 20min), lift the mesh sieve out of the water and slowly sink it into the water to make the feed leave the bottom of the sieve. After repeating this three times, take out the mesh sieve and place the weighed material in the mesh sieve in a 105℃ oven to constant weight. Take another material that is soaked in water and place it in a 105℃ oven to zero weight to measure its water content. The solubility loss rate is calculated according to formula (1). G(I=X)-G × 100
Where:
4——Dissolution loss rate,%;
X moisture content of sample,%;
G maximum of sample, in grams ()
C(1-.. X)
Gi—The amount of sample in the metal mesh sieve after drying, in grams (g). Two parallel samples should be taken for each sample for determination, and the arithmetic mean value is the result. The relative error is allowed to be ≤4%. 5.2.4 Particle powdering rate
Depending on the type of feed, select a test sieve with an aperture of 0.600mm (adult fish feed) and 0.425mm (fingerling feed) according to CB/T6003.1, and then connect it to GB/T167651997 5.4.2.5 Water

6. 1 Batch rules
When the raw materials and production conditions are basically the same, the products produced by the same batch or the same team are one inspection batch. 6.2 Sampling method
The sampling of fish compound feed products shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14699.1. The sampling location of finished products shall be in the finished product warehouse of the cattle producer according to the batch number. When the batch is less than 1, one-fourth of the number of bags shall be sampled. When the batch is more than 1t, the number of samples shall not be less than 10 bags, and each bag shall be sampled in an X-shaped or W-shaped manner along the vertical surface of the product. When the product is not stacked, it shall be randomly sampled from various parts. When sampling, a trough sampler made of steel pipe or tube shall generally be used. The samples taken from each part shall be fully mixed and then sampled separately according to the quartering method. The number of samples for inspection of each batch of feed shall not be less than 500. Another sample of the same number shall be kept for reference, and the sampled samples shall be kept moisture-proof. Samples for determining the mixing uniformity shall be taken at the production site in accordance with the requirements of GB/5918. The number of samples for biological measurement shall be specified.
The sample form should be filled in, including sample name, sampling time, location, product batch number, sampling quantity, sampler signature, etc. If necessary, the sampling location, environmental conditions and storage conditions should be noted. 6.3 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3.1 Factory inspection
Each batch of products should be inspected before delivery. The factory inspection is carried out by the quality inspection department of the production unit. The inspection items are determined by the production unit. The main technical indicators that can quickly and accurately reflect the product quality should be selected, which are generally sensory indicators, moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, and crude ash. After the inspection is qualified, the inspection certificate is issued. The product shall be shipped with the inspection certificate database or the factory. 6.3.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: when the production is stopped for a long time and the production is resumed;
When the raw material changes and the main production process changes, which may affect the product quality; when the national quality supervision agency makes a request; when there is a big difference between the factory inspection and the last type inspection; when the belt is in production, at least a periodic inspection shall be carried out every year. The type inspection items are all items of 5.1~~5.4. 6.4 Judgment rules
SC/T1026—2002
6.4.1 The inspection results of all the inspection items on the day meet the requirements of the standard and are judged as qualified batches. 6:4.2 When one of the safety indicators does not meet the requirements or there are phenomena such as change, corruption, insects, etc., the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified and shall not be used again.
6.4.3 When other indicators fail to meet the requirements, double sampling and re-inspection shall be conducted, and the qualification of the batch of products shall be determined according to the re-inspection results. Labeling, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
7.1 Labeling
Product labels shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB10648, and shall indicate the product name, product component analysis guarantee value, raw material composition, product standard number, instructions for use, production phase II, shelf life, producer's name, address, production license, product approval documents and other contents. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging material shall be clean and moisture-proof paper and plastic woven bags, with plastic film bags inside and the seams sealed. 7.3 Transportation
Product transportation shall ensure that the transportation vehicles are clean and prevent contamination by pesticides, chemicals, coal, oil, lime and other toxic substances. During loading and unloading, they shall be loaded and unloaded gently: prevent sun exposure, rain, mildew and moisture, and do not use hooks during pollution loading and unloading. 7.4 Storage
Storage beds should be clean, dry, cool and ventilated to prevent moisture, mildew, insects, rodents and contamination by harmful substances. The shelf life of the product is 3 monthsSC/T1026-2002
