According to the provisions of GB2926-82 "Technical Specifications for Title Headers and Ends for 35mm and 16mm Film Distribution Films", the distance from the horizontal center line of the picture to the corresponding sound track should be 26±1 frame. Emulsion surface orientation When 16mm sound films are projected directly frontally, the process of printing with the emulsion surface facing the projector lens should be preferred. Note: 1mm films can also be produced with the emulsion surface facing the projector light source, but the emulsion surface orientation in the same film should not be different, and the emulsion surface orientation should be indicated on the film box label. 5 Sound reproduction speed The soundtrack of 16mm sound films should be recorded and reproduced at the normal projection speed of 24 frames per second.
