5.2.1 When the bucket is fully loaded and parked at the maximum unloading height, the displacement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the working device shall not exceed 100mm within 1h. 2
SL/T66-94
5.2.2Simulate the working condition, make the cylinders of the working device extend and shorten, the slewing mechanism rotate and brake for no less than 10 times, and each action should reach the rated working pressure. At the same time, observe the noise of the hydraulic system and the diesel engine, the operation should be normal, and the operation of each control valve should be reliable.
5.2.3Simulate the working condition, work continuously for 2 hours, and check the working stability of the diesel engine at low and high speeds. Each operating mechanism should be flexible and reliable, and the oil supply, cooling, lubrication, and hydraulic systems are not allowed to leak. The hydraulic oil temperature shall not exceed 80℃ after reaching equilibrium. All parts shall not be loose, stuck or broken.
5.3 Industrial test
5.3.1 In addition to completing the tests in 5.1 and 5.2, in order to comprehensively evaluate the reliability of the amphibious silt remover, the wear resistance of the main parts, the stability of the performance indicators, the comfort of operation, and the economic indicators such as productivity and fuel consumption, industrial tests should be carried out on the prototype and the first product of the new product.
5.3.2 Test conditions and requirements:
a. The working time of the industrial test shall not be less than 1000h, the average time between failures shall not be less than 200h, and the attendance rate shall not be less than 80%. b. The average productivity of the excavation operation shall not be less than 70% of the theoretical productivity. 5.3.3 During the test, except for normal repairs, maintenance and adjustments, key parts shall not be replaced, otherwise the test time shall be recalculated.
