3.1 Classification of dangerous goods packaging
Various types of dangerous goods are divided into three packaging categories according to their degree of danger: Class I packaging - high risk;
Class II packaging - medium risk;
Class III packaging - slight risk.
3.2 Classification of solid cyanide packaging
3.2.1 The dangerous goods list of the United Nations "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations" lists the packaging categories into which substances are classified. Solid cyanide is packaged in Class I. 3.2.2 Cyanide packaging is divided into steel drums and intermediate bulk containers according to the different packaging containers. 3.3 Cyanide packaging structure dimensions
The structural dimensions of cyanide packaging are shown in Table 1 for steel drum specifications and Table 2 for intermediate bulk containers. The structural diagrams are shown in Figures 1 and 2. Special specifications of packaging containers can be agreed upon by both the supply and demand parties. Equivalent packaging and new packaging are encouraged in terms of materials. Table 1

4.1 Quality appearance
GB 19268—2003
4.1.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the steel drum are smooth, without obvious scratches or rust. The curling edges are evenly hooked, wrinkle-free, burr-free, and iron tongue-free. The welds are flat and even. 4.1.2 The surface of the wooden box of the medium bulk container is flat and smooth, without burrs. 4.2 Basic requirements for steel drum packaging
4.2.1 The steel drum packaging is lined with a layer of plastic bags. 4.2.2 The barrel body, barrel top and barrel bottom are all made of a whole sheet of thin steel plate, and splicing is not allowed. 4.2.3 The barrel body weld is welded by resistance welding. 4.2.4 The barrel body has 2 ring ribs, or 3 to 7 corrugations. 4.2.5 The seals of the steel drum body, barrel top and barrel bottom are double curling edges, and are filled with sealing glue suitable for cyanide. 4.2.6 The inner and outer surfaces of the steel drum are coated with a protective layer as required. 4.3 Basic requirements for packaging of medium bulk containers
4.3.1 In a single-sided plastic-coated flexible container bag, lined with a layer of plastic bag. 4.3.2 The wooden box panel is made of a whole piece of plywood, and splicing is not allowed. 4.3.3 Four strapping straps are added horizontally and three strapping straps are added vertically on the outside of the wooden box. 4.3.4 There should be a pallet at the bottom of the wooden box. Three bottom plates are added under the pallet at the bottom of the B-type box. 4.4 Performance requirements
Performance requirements are shown in Table 3.

No obvious deformation and damage
No damage, no leakage
Maintain pressure for 5 minutes without leakage
No permanent deformation, no loss of contents
Visually check whether the appearance quality of the packaging and the basic requirements for steel drums and intermediate bulk containers meet the requirements. 5.2 Stacking test
According to the provisions of GB/T4857.3, the stacking time is 24h, the stacking height is 3m, and the stacking load P is calculated as follows: P=K×Hh×M×9.807
Wherein:
P is the stacking load imposed on the packaging, in Newton (N); H is the stacking height, in meter (m);
is the height of a single package, in meter (m); M is the mass of a single package after it contains articles, in kilogram (kg); K is the deterioration coefficient of 1;
takes the integer place.

5.3 Drop test
According to the provisions of GB/T4857.5, the following conditions shall be met: The container shall contain at least 95% of the volume of a simulant with a bulk density similar to that of the cyanide to be contained. Close the lid of the steel drum and drop the drum at the weakest part of the edge. The drop test height is 1.8m. 5.4 Airtightness test
After reaching the test pressure, the steel drum shall maintain the pressure for 5 minutes without leakage in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17344. The test pressure is 30kPa. 5.5 Bottom lifting test
5.5.1 Preparation before the test
The intermediate bulk container shall be filled to 1.25 times its maximum permissible gross weight, with the load evenly distributed. 5.5.2 Test method
The intermediate bulk container shall be lifted and lowered twice by a crane, and the fork bucket shall be inserted three-quarters of the way in the direction of entry. The test shall be repeated from every possible direction of entry.
Inspection rules
The product shall be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 6.1 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection items: the requirements of Articles 4.1 to 4.3 of this standard, and an additional airtightness test for steel drums. 6.1.2 Type inspection
6.1.2.1 Type inspection items
All items specified in Chapter 4 of this standard.
6.1.2.2 Type inspection conditions
Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases of cyanide packaging production: trial type identification of new products put into production or old products converted to production; a)
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; once every six months in normal production;
When the product is resumed after a long-term suspension; e)
When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results; The national quality supervision agency proposes to conduct type inspection. f)
6.2 Batch
Steel drums: one batch per month; medium bulk containers: one batch per 30 days. 6.3 Sampling
Use GB/T2828 normal inspection single sampling plan, the inspection level: special inspection level is S-2 (IL=S-2), qualified quality level is 4.0 (AQL=4.0), the sampling number and qualified judgment number are shown in Table 4. Table 4

6.4 Determination rules
GB19268—2003
Inspect item by item according to the requirements of this standard. If one item fails, the sample is judged to be unqualified. When the number of unqualified samples is equal to or greater than the number of unqualified judgments specified in Table 4, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 6.5 Handling of unqualified batches
After the cyanide packages in the unqualified batches are eliminated, they will be submitted for inspection again, and the strictness remains unchanged. 7 Labeling, transportation and storagewww.bzxz.net
7.1 Each cyanide package should be marked with the manufacturer's name or code, production date and trademark. Each batch of packages should have a certificate of conformity. 7.2 Avoid falling during transportation and avoid collision with hard and sharp objects. 7.3 Cyanide packages should be stored under a canopy to avoid exposure to the sun, rain and moisture. 7.4 The shelf life of cyanide packages is 1 year.
