The blades of the induced draft fan impeller and the volute plate of the casing should be made of materials with good wear resistance. When the dust concentration of the medium meets the design requirements, the service life of the induced draft fan blades should be no less than 4000h, and the service life of the blower should be no less than 10000h. The design life of 3.6 rolling bearings is not less than 30000h. 3.7 The bearing box of the induced draft fan should be designed with water cooling and no positive pressure in the bearing box. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on July 12, 1999 314 2000-01-01 Anshi JB/T4358—1999 3.8 There are no special requirements for the bearing temperature of delivery and induced draft fans. When operating, the bearing temperature rise (referring to the bearing) should not be higher than the ambient temperature by 40°C. 3.9 The spindle is designed as a rigid shaft, and its critical speed should be more than 1.25 times the maximum operating speed. 3.10 The gap between the air inlet of the supply and induced draft fans and the impeller inlet ring should comply with the requirements of the drawing, and the adjustment door should rotate flexibly. 3.11 The materials used in the supply and induced draft fans should comply with relevant standards and have material certificates. If there are special requirements, they can be stipulated in the contract between the supplier and the buyer. 3.12 The materials used in the rotor should undergo mechanical performance testing and non-destructive testing, and have qualified inspection certificates. 3.13 The materials selected for welding parts should have good weldability. 3.14 The surface of the welding seam of the welded parts should be smooth and flat, without cracks, slag inclusions, pores, lack of fusion and welding burrs. 3.15 After welding of rotating parts, the weld should be inspected externally or internally, and there should be no cracks. 3.16 Welders must pass the examination before they can weld rotating parts. 3.17 The painting of the ventilator should comply with the regulations of JB/T6886. 4 Test methods 4.1 The balance test of the impeller or rotor of the draft fan or induced draft fan shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9101. 4.2 The impeller of each blower and induced draft fan should be subjected to an overspeed test. The overspeed test method should comply with the provisions of JB/T6445. 4.3 The rotors of the blower and induced draft fans must undergo an operation test. The continuous operation test time shall not be less than 20 minutes after the bearing temperature rise stabilizes.
