This standard specifies the product type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electronic water meter for mixing water.
This standard applies to the manufacture, inspection, user acceptance and quality evaluation of electronic water meters (hereinafter referred to as products) for mixing oil and water. Reference standards

Type and basic parameters
3.1 Product classification by display mode
a: Direct reading type: The transmitter is equipped with an electronic counter, which directly displays the accumulated flow number, b. Remote transmission type: The transmitter is equipped with a front stomach amplifier, and the flow signal is transmitted to the receiving instrument through a three-core shielded cable for display or data processing.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Working conditions
SY/T 5565--93
4.1.1 Ambient temperature: 045C, relative humidity not more than 90%. 4.1.2 The working medium is clean water and oily sewage. a, mechanical impurities not exceeding 150mg/L
b, sewage content not exceeding 30mg/L.
4.1.3 The working medium temperature is 0~95C.
41.4 Working medium pressure: not greater than the nominal pressure of the electronic water meter. 4.1.5 The external magnetic field strength should be less than 400A/m. 4.1.6 The electronic counter should be protected from water immersion and direct sunlight. 4.1.7 Power supply voltage:
a. Direct reading type: D.C4.5V+5%
b, forward transmission type: D,C5V±5%.
4.1.8 The electrical signal sent by the reverse transmission type should meet the following requirements a, the amplitude after 50m transmission is not less than 3V, waveform: square wave, leading edge 0.520us, duration 0.2550ms 3b Pulse polarity: positive.
4.2 Stability
The calibration cycle of the product under normal working conditions is 180. During the calibration cycle, the error of its indication shall meet the following requirements: a. The allowable error of nominal flow is ±2%;
The allowable error of boundary flow is ±3
C. The allowable error of minimum flow is ±5%.
4.3 Energy consumption index
a. The daily power consumption of direct reading type is not more than 80J; b. The daily power consumption of remote transmission type is not more than 3200J. 4.4 Appearance requirements
4.4.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the transmitter housing are painted with anti-rust paint, and the outer surface of the housing is green. The coating is required to be even and beautiful, and the paint film should be firmly attached. 4.4.2 The surface of the electronic counter should be smooth and complete, the key switch operation should be flexible and reliable, the welding of the wires should be flat and smooth, and there should be no cold soldering or desoldering. The plug-in must be firm and reliable and should not fall off due to vibration. The digital display should be clear and complete, the operation should be reliable, and there should be no random jumping or stopping of characters.
4.4.3 The digits of the electric counter with a reading of 1m\ should be marked with a red mark (with "." or "*"). 4.5 Error adjustment device
The product has an error adjustment device or a programmable error correction system. When the error adjustment device can be adjusted from the outside, the "+" and "-" symbols should be marked next to the adjustment hole on the case. 4.6 Seal
The product should have a hole or device for sealing. If the seal is not destroyed, the inside of the product and the error adjustment device cannot be accessed. 4.7 Materials
The materials used in the product should be able to work normally under the water temperature conditions specified in this standard. 4.8 Indication error limit
The indication error limit of the product should comply with the following provisions: a. From the low area including the minimum flow to excluding the boundary flow: soil 5%s2

b, From the high area including the boundary flow to the high area including the maximum flow: 32%. 4.9 Water pressure strength
a, During type inspection, the product should be able to withstand a water pressure strength test with a pressure of 1.6 times the nominal pressure for 15 minutes, and should not leak or be damaged, as well as withstand a water pressure strength test with a nominal pressure of 2 Cr for 1min, and should not be damaged. b, During factory inspection, the product should be able to withstand a water pressure strength test with a nominal pressure of 1.6 times the nominal pressure for 3min, and should not leak or be damaged.
5 Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection
Inspect by hand and visual inspection to ensure that it meets the requirements of Articles 4.4 and 7.1. 5.2 Water pressure strength test
Put the product in water On the pressure test bench, first pass water to expel the air in the test equipment and the product, and then conduct the test in accordance with Article 4.9. 5.3 Indication error test
The indication error test method shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.2 of GB778, and the test results shall comply with Article 4.8 of this standard. 5.4 Determination of flow rate-error curve
The determination of flow rate-error curve shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.4 of GB778, and the test results shall comply with Article 4.8 of this standard. 5.5 Stability test
The stability test adopts the accelerated wear test method and shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.7 of GB778. The test results shall comply with Article 4.2 of this standard.
5.6 Thermal shock test
a. Make hot water and cold water (the water temperature is 10 lower than the maximum working temperature)土5C) Periodically and alternately flow through the product, that is, after hot water flows through the product at a nominal flow rate for 8 minutes, the hot water is turned off and naturally cooled for 2 minutes, and then cold water flows through the product at a nominal flow rate for 5 minutes, and then the cold water is turned off and naturally cooled for 2 minutes. This process is a cycle: b. The thermal shock hot and cold alternating test should be no less than 25 cycles c. When the product type inspection is carried out for the nominal diameter of 25mm and below, the thermal shock test should be carried out. The series products are allowed to select products with smaller nominal diameters as representatives:
d. After the test, the flow rate and error curve are re-measured, and the offset of the corresponding points is not more than 1.5%. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection items
Product factory inspection items include: appearance inspection, water pressure strength test and indication error test. 6.2 Factory inspection methods and handling of inspection results 6.2.1 The appearance inspection shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.1, 4.4 and 7.1. 6.2.2 The water pressure strength test shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2 and Article 4.9b. 6.2.3 The indication error test shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3 and Article 4.8. 6.2.4 Products that meet the requirements of this standard after inspection shall be stamped with a qualified seal and a qualified certificate shall be filled in. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. The trial design of a new product or an old product for production transfer is signed, b. After formal production, if there are major changes in the structure, materials, and process, which may affect the product performance: c. During normal production, a periodic inspection shall be carried out regularly or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension: 3

e. When the results of the final inspection are significantly different from those of the first type inspection, f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.3.2 Type inspection items
Product type inspection items include: appearance inspection, water pressure strength test, flow error curve measurement, stability test and thermal shock test.
6.3.3 Sampling plan and judgment rules
6.3.3.1 When the product is type inspected, the sampling plan shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Sampling plan

6.3.3.2 If all products are qualified in the first individual inspection, they are judged as qualified. If the total number of unqualified items in the spot inspection is more than 2 (including 2 items of the same item in different units), they are judged as unqualified. If the total number of unqualified items in the spot inspection is no more than 2 (including 2 items of the same item in different units or 2 items of the same item in different units), a second double spot inspection is allowed. If all products are qualified in the second spot inspection, only the unqualified products in the first inspection are returned for repair and judged as qualified. If there is still 1 item that is unqualified, all products are judged as unqualified.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Product marking
7.1.1.1 The product label should be fixed on the appropriate part of the product, which shall comply with the provisions of JB8 and include the following contents: a. Product name and model,
b. Power supply;
C. Power consumption of the whole machine
d. Manufacturing date and number
e. Manufacturer name and address

7.1.1.2 The transmitter housing should have a nipple indicating the direction of water flow, nominal diameter and nominal pressure. 7.1.2 Packaging mark
The packaging box of the product should have the following marks: a. CMC mark of the manufacturing measurement instrument license, b. Indicate the product name, diameter, pressure #4

c. Indicate the manufacturer name, address, weight, quantity and date of production, d. The mark on the box should comply with the requirements of GB191. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging of the product should comply with the provisions of ZBY003, and the packaging protection type shall be specified by the manufacturer. 7.3 Transportation
Attention should be paid during transportation: Be careful and gentle when loading and unloading, and prevent from falling, falling and moisture. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry place with an ambient temperature of -20 to +60°C, a relative humidity of no more than 90%, and no corrosive media in the air.
