AI, Definition, Symbol
This specification adopts the following definitions and symbols.
A1.1 Center plane
1B/T9828—1999
(Appendix to the standard)
Front axle bending fatigue test method
The plane passing through the midpoint of the axle and perpendicular to the axis of the front sheath, AI.2 Static test of the front axle
When towing underwater, the load distributed on the front axle of the whole machine. When the push-pull machine is used at a low speed, the static load of the front axle is represented by F: when the maximum counterweight is added to the front axle, the static load of the front axle is represented by A2 Front axle bending fatigue test case
AZ1 Test sample
When the whole fatigue life distribution curve is determined, the test sample shall be randomly selected from no less than 5 qualified products. A2.2 Test equipment
Sugar compression whole fatigue test machine or other similar test machines: the test load error shall not exceed ±1%, A3 Front axle vertical bending fatigue test
A3.! Clamp the front axle on the test bench as shown in Figure A. The distance between the two ends of the support point is suitable for normal use, and ensure that the parts do not rotate when the cross section is cut off. The axis of the swing shaft is parallel to the horizontal plane: Figure A1
A3.2 Apply a positive wave pulsating cyclic load of equal amplitude to the symmetric plane of the front axle. The lower limit of the load F is 0.5F and the upper limit is 4F. Its direction is multiplied by the horizontal plane. The test frequency is generally above 4Hz.
A3.3 Test evaluation
The vertical bending fatigue life of the front axle is expressed by the number of load cycles it can withstand. The curve obtained by fitting the life data of the 5 tested samples according to the logarithmic normal distribution is taken to evaluate the life under 95% survival rate. The value should meet the requirements of 3.13. A4 Front axle bidirectional bending fatigue test method A4.2 Clamp the front auxiliary, bracket and other related components on the test bench as shown in Figure A2, adjust the front axle to the maximum wheelbase, connect the support plate to one end of the front wheel with a support bolt so that the front axle can be loaded vertically and in the forward and backward directions at the point corresponding to the center line of the wheel, and support the front axle at the other end: keep the test piece in a horizontal position during the test and the steering knuckle so that the wheel will not rotate. A2.2 Apply alternating loads Fxr and Fac in the forward and backward directions to the wheel, see formula (A) and formula (A2) respectively. 1. N: Fxr=121F
Fac= 242F
Where: - rated power of power output shaft, kw. A4.3 A vertical load F is applied to the wheel during normal operation [see formula (A3) 1, N: FJ.5F, +
A4.4 Each complete loading cycle may include two vertical loads, one forward and one backward, in the following order: 8 add vertical load:
b) add horizontal load;
c) remove horizontal load;
d) remove vertical load.
A4.5 The test frequency is 0.150.25Hz.
44.6 Test evaluation
The fatigue life of the front axle is expressed by the number of loading cycles to which the fatigue failure part is subjected. The life of the test specimen must comply with the provisions of 3.12:
