General technical conditions for tropical electrical products
3.1 The products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The basic parameters and performance of the product shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 3.3 According to the characteristics of the product and the duration of operation, the product quota is divided into continuous quota and short-time quota. The quota category and time limit shall be specified in the product technical conditions.
3.3.1 Continuous quota: refers to the load and conditions specified for the product for long-term operation. The rated power of the product shall be measured under hot working conditions. 3.3.2 Short-time quota: refers to the load, time and conditions specified for the product for short-time operation. The time limit of short-time quota shall preferably be 5, 8, 12, 30s and 1, 3, 5, 10min. The rated power of the product shall be measured under cold working conditions. 3.4 The nominal voltage of the product is specified as 12 and 24V. The product shall be able to work in the voltage range of 1115V and 22~30V respectively. 3.5 The electroplating layer and chemical treatment layer of the parts made of ferrous metal in the product shall comply with the provisions of JB2864. 3.6 The paint layer on the outside of the product should be uniform, free of bubbles, missing paint, accumulation and flow marks, and should be firmly bonded to the surface of the covered object. When subjected to changes in the working environment temperature, there should be no shrinkage or delamination. The product performance should have the rated value when tested under the environmental conditions specified in Table 1. 3.7

3.8 Products are classified according to the grade of heat-resistant insulation materials used. The temperature rise limits of various parts should comply with the provisions of Table 2 and be indicated in the product technical conditions.

Temperature rise limit of different heat-resistant insulation materials
According to the installation position of the product, the product shall be subjected to fixed-frequency vibration test in three directions: up and down, left and right, and front and back. At the same time, according to the needs of product 3.10
, a sweep frequency vibration test or impact test in the up and down direction shall also be carried out. 3.10.1

3.10.2 After the fixed-frequency vibration, frequency sweep vibration, or impact test, the parts shall not be damaged, the fasteners shall not be loose, and the product performance shall meet the requirements of the technical conditions.

3.11 Each unconnected conductive part and the conductive part to the shell should be able to withstand a 50Hz, 550V sine wave voltage for 1min, and the insulation should not be broken down.
If the product is equipped with electronic components, these components should be disconnected or before installation for a withstand voltage test. 3.12 According to the installation location and use conditions, the working environment temperature of the product should comply with the provisions of Table 6. The product should be tested at low temperature, high temperature and temperature change at the temperature in Table 6. The test items and requirements are specified by the product technical conditions. After the test, the product performance should comply with the technical conditions. Table 6

3.13 Products should be subjected to damp heat test. The test cycle for ordinary products is 2 days, and the test cycle for damp heat products is 6 days. After the test, the product performance should meet the requirements of the product technical conditions. 3.14 Products used in coastal areas or products required by users should be subjected to a 16-hour salt spray test. After the test, the product performance should meet the requirements of the product technical conditions.
3.15 The protection level, marking method and corresponding test method of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB4942.1 and GB4942.2 respectively. The protection level preferred by this standard shall be selected according to Table 7. The protection level of various products shall be specified in the product technical conditions. Table 7

The durability of the product shall comply with the provisions of the product technical conditions. For products with a long durability test cycle, an enhanced test may be used, and the enhanced test conditions shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 3.16
After the damp heat test, the damp heat type product shall also meet the following requirements: a.
Comply with the product withstand voltage performance specified in Article 3.11; b. The appearance of electroplated parts and chemically treated parts shall not be lower than the second level requirements of the appearance quality grading method in Article 2.4.1 of JB4159; the appearance of metal plate or profile painted parts shall not be lower than the second level requirements of the appearance quality inspection method in Article 2.4.2.1 of JB4159, and the appearance of cast iron painted parts shall not be lower than the third level requirements; d. The adhesion of paint shall not be lower than the second level requirements in the standard grading in Article 2.4.2.2 of JB4159; the appearance of plastic parts shall not be lower than the second level requirements of the appearance quality grading method in Article 2.4.3 of JB4159. e.

3.18 Wet and hot products should have certain anti-mildew properties. After a 28-day mildew test, the mildew area on the surface of the insulating parts exposed to the air shall not exceed 50% of the surface area. 3.19 The product should be made into a single-wire system, and the products with polarity requirements should use negative grounding. When the user requires the product to be made into a two-wire system, it shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer.
3.20 The direction of the rotating parts of the product shall be clockwise (except for products where changing the rotation direction does not affect normal use). The method for determining the rotation direction is:
a.Motors with shaft extensions (including shaft extensions at both ends) should be viewed from the drive end: b. Speedometers and tachometers should be viewed from the scale end. Note: Under special circumstances, the product is allowed to rotate counterclockwise, and an arrow is used to indicate this in a conspicuous position on the product. If the product interferes with radio devices, anti-interference measures should be taken, and the degree of anti-interference should be specified in the product technical conditions. 3.21
3.22 If there are requirements for noise limits for products, they should be specified in the product technical conditions. 3.23 If there are requirements for overspeed and dynamic balance tests for products or their components, they should be specified in the product technical conditions. 3.24 The storage period of the product is 1 year (calculated from the date of entry into the warehouse by the manufacturer). At the end of the storage period, the product performance should still meet the requirements of the product technical conditions.
If the user complies with the installation, use and maintenance specified in the product manual, the product warranty period is not less than 12 months from the date of delivery. If the product cannot work normally due to quality during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge. 4 Test method
4.1 The voltage meter used in the test shall not be lower than 0.5 level, and other electrical measuring instruments shall not be lower than 1.0 level. When there are special requirements for test equipment and tools, they shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 4.2 The metal plating and chemical treatment layer inspection of the product parts shall be carried out according to the method specified in JB2864. 4.3 Paint layer inspection
The appearance quality of the paint layer shall be inspected by naked eye observation. The adhesion of the paint layer shall be inspected by the grid method. That is, 4 vertical and horizontal lines are cut on the paint layer on the surface of the fully dried product with a blade, and the spacing between each line is 1mm, forming 9 squares. The paint layer in the squares should not have any peeling or shedding phenomenon. The low-temperature and high-temperature performance of the paint layer shall be inspected after the low-temperature test and the high-temperature test respectively, and the paint layer shall not have any wrinkling or peeling phenomenon. 4.4 Temperature rise test
The temperature rise test of the product is carried out on the test bench, and the test environment temperature is not more than 40℃ and the air pressure is 86~106kPa. When measuring with a surface thermometer, the thermometer should be close to the surface of the measured component, and the measurement should be completed within 20 seconds at the end of the test. The resistance method is the basic method for measuring the temperature rise of the winding. The temperature rise △t of the copper wire winding is calculated as follows: R2-R (235 +t.)+t, to
Where: R, -- winding resistance value before the start of the test, 2; R2-- winding resistance value at the end of the test, Q; -- temperature value of the surrounding medium before the start of the test, ℃; -- temperature value of the surrounding medium at the end of the test, ℃. For other metal wire windings, the corresponding constant should be used to replace 235 in the formula. 4.4.1 The temperature rise test of continuous rated motors and electrical appliances should be carried out after the temperature rise is stable. If the temperature rise value within 30 minutes is not greater than 1℃, it can be considered as a stable temperature rise. During the test, its load, speed, continuous operation time and voltage value should be specified in the product technical conditions. 4

4.4.2 For motors and electrical appliances with a short-term rated time limit of 5 minutes or more, a temperature rise test shall be carried out within the specified time limit. For products with a time limit of no more than 5 minutes, the temperature rise test may not be carried out. 4.5 Motor commutator spark level test
The starter is carried out under no-load condition, and other motors are tested under rated load and specified speed. This test is carried out after the temperature rise test.
4.6 Vibration test
Fix the product on the vibration test bench and carry out the test in a non-working state. The upper and lower directions of the product during normal installation are defined as the upper and lower directions of the vibration test. When the product needs to be tested in the working state, it should be specified in the product technical conditions. The same group of products shall first be subjected to a fixed-frequency vibration test, and then a swept-frequency vibration test or an impact test. The vibration test waveform is a sine wave, and the acceleration waveform distortion shall not exceed 25%. The test sensor shall be installed on the product or on the mounting fixture. The frequency sweep vibration is carried out continuously, and the frequency changes exponentially with time. Frequency tolerance: 50Hz or less is 1Hz, and 2% or more is 2% or less. The pulse width calculated for the impact test is 10ms. After each test, the performance should be checked according to the product technical conditions. 4.7 Withstand voltage test
The capacity of the test transformer shall not be less than 0.5kVA. During the test, the initial voltage shall start from no more than 50% of the full value of the test voltage, and then rise to the full value evenly. The voltage rise time shall not be less than 10s, and the full value voltage shall be maintained for 1min, and then evenly dropped to 0V. This test is carried out after the vibration test.
4.8 Low temperature test
Put the product in a low temperature box starting from room temperature, and generally keep it for 2h when the specified low temperature is reached, with a temperature deviation of 3℃, and test the product performance in the low temperature box. If the conditions are not met, when the product needs to be taken out for testing, it should be completed within 2 minutes. 4.9 High temperature test
Put the product into a high temperature box starting from room temperature, and keep it for 2 hours after reaching the temperature selected from Table 6, with a temperature deviation of ±2°C, and test the product performance in the high temperature box. If the conditions are not met, when the product needs to be taken out for testing, the motor product should be completed within 3 minutes, and other products should be completed within 2 minutes.
4.10 Temperature change test
The product is exposed alternately in a low temperature box and a high temperature box to make it undergo rapid temperature changes. During the test, the product (except the battery) is directly placed in a low temperature box where the temperature has dropped to -40 ±3°C, taken out after 2 hours, and then placed in a high temperature box with a temperature selected from Table 6, with a temperature deviation of ±2°C, and placed for 2 hours. The above process constitutes a cycle, and a total of 5 cycles are performed. The product conversion time does not exceed 2 minutes each time. The test is completed, and the product is taken out and placed under the conditions specified in Article 3.7 for 1~2 hours to check the product performance. 4.11 Wet heat test
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.4.
After the test, take out the product and restore it to the conditions specified in Article 3.7 for 1~2 hours, then check the product performance. 4.12 Salt spray test
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.17. The product should be in a normal installation state in the test chamber. After the test, place the product under the conditions specified in Article 3.7 for 1~2 hours, then check the product performance, but do not assess the product appearance. 4.13 Shell protection level test
The performance test method of the product to prevent solid foreign matter and to prevent water and dust from entering the interior of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4942.1 and GB4942.25
, respectively.

After the test, check the performance in accordance with the product technical requirements. 4 Durability test
It can be directly loaded on the vehicle, installed on the machine or tested on the durability test bench. The test method should be specified in the product technical conditions. After the test, check the performance according to the product technical conditions. The test is allowed to be interrupted during the bench test, but for the continuous quota products, the continuous working time should not be less than 4h each time. During the test, maintenance, care and adjustment should be carried out according to the provisions of the product standard. 4.15
5 Longberry test
The mildew test is allowed to be carried out on representative parts. According to the test method specified in GB2423.16, it should be taken out of the box immediately after the test for appearance inspection.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department before it can leave the factory, and it must be accompanied by documents or marks proving the quality of the product. 5.2 Products are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2.1 The factory inspection should include the basic parameters, performance, appearance quality and marks of the product, and it should be specified in the product technical conditions. Type inspection shall be conducted from the same batch of products that have passed the factory inspection. The number of samples, test items and grouping shall be specified in 5.2.2
of product technical conditions. The samples shall be divided into 2 or 3 groups after passing the factory inspection. One group of products shall be tested for durability, and the remaining groups of products shall be tested for other items.
The grouping and test sequence shall be specified in the product technical conditions 5.2.3 The damp heat type products shall be tested for mildew growth, with the number of not less than 2 pieces. 5.3 The user has the right to accept in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. This standard recommends the following: a. General inspection level: II;
b. Qualified quality level: AQL0.4~6.5; c. Sampling plan: Normal inspection one sampling plan. The specific AQL value and acceptance items shall be specified in the product standard or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.4 During the product type inspection, if one item fails, it is allowed to re-sample double the number of products for re-inspection of the failed item. If there are still unqualified items, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified, but the durability test shall not be re-inspected. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each product should be fixed with a product label or logo in a conspicuous position, and the content is as follows: manufacturer name;
b. product name;
c.Product model or logo;
d Main parameters of the product;
e Manufacturing date or production batch number.
Additional items may be added according to specific circumstances, such as product manufacturing number, trademark, patent number, quality grade mark, validity period, etc. Small-volume products are allowed to only mark the contents of a, c, and e in this article, and special small products are allowed to only mark the trademark. However, the factory name and address should be indicated on the product packaging.

6.2 Packaging should be based on the specific situation of the product, and the following items should be considered: a. Moisture-proof, vibration-proof, and dust-proof requirements;
b. Adapt to the relevant requirements of transportation and loading and unloading; before packaging, the matching parts of the ferrous metal parts of the product without protective layers should have temporary anti-rust protection measures c.
6.3 The packaging box should be firm, and the product should not move in the box to avoid damage during transportation. Spare parts accompanying the product can be packed in the same box, and the total weight after packing should comply with the regulations of the transportation department. 6.4 Text and logo on the outside of the packaging box
Text and logo on delivery: name and address of the consignee, product name, model, quantity, name of the consignor, etc. 6.4.1
Text and logo on transportation operation: total weight of each box of products and other logos, such as "handle with care", "do not invert", "anti-vibration"6.4.2

6.5 Technical documents supplied with the product:
a. Product certificate;
b. Product instruction manual;
c. Packing list.
During transportation and storage, the product must not be exposed to moisture, corrosion, heavy pressure, collision, and must not come into contact with corrosive substances such as acid and alkali and organic solvents6.6
