4 Technical requirements
4.1 Sedimentation tank
4.1.1 The design of sedimentation tank shall meet the requirements of GBJ14. JB/T7257-94
4.1.2 The sand (mud) content of the influent is less than 5000mg/L, and the sedimentation retention time is 1~2h. 4.1.3 The particle size of the influent sand is less than 1mm, and the maximum particle size of the slag is less than 10mm. 4.1.4 The moisture content of the sediment sand is 98%,
4.1.5 When the pool width is greater than 7m, the scraper should be designed as a double plate, and the plates and the plates and the pool wall should be designed to be sloped to avoid dead corners on both sides. 4.1.6 The pool bottom is designed to be flat.
4. 2 Motors and electronic control equipment
4.2.1 The motor shall be a three-phase asynchronous motor with electromagnetic brake - type YEJ. If explosion-proof is required, type YB shall be used. The motor shall comply with the provisions of GB755.
4.2.2 The electronic control equipment shall be equipped with a main circuit switch, operating buttons, and protective electrical appliances and signal devices for overcurrent, overload, and undervoltage. When the control is in progress, an emergency stop button must be added next to the machine. 4.2.3 The electronic control equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB4720. The electronic control equipment shall be box-type with protection level IP55. 4.3 End beams and steel structure trusses
4.3.1 The steel structure design specification shall refer to GBJ.17. 4.3.2. Steel structure welded parts Manufacturing, assembly, welding, installation and acceptance shall all comply with the provisions of GBJ205. 4.3.3 The maximum span of the steel beam shall not exceed 1/1000 of the span L, and the manufacturing error of the steel beam shall comply with the provisions of Tables 3.9.1 to 4 in GBJ205.
4.3.4 The welds of each part of the welded parts shall be flat and smooth, and shall not have any cracks, pores, slag inclusions, false welds and other defects. 4.4 Travel transmission mechanism
4.4.1 The size tolerance of this mechanism shall refer to GB10183. 4.4.2 The material of the wheel, gear and coupling is 2G270-500, which shall comply with the provisions of GB11352. The surface rate of the wheel rim is fire and the hardness is 350HB.
4.4.3 The transmission main shaft needs to be tempered and the hardness is 207 to 241HB. 4.4.4 The wheels should rotate flexibly without blocking or looseness. The wheels should be in contact with the track surface and should not be suspended. 4.4.5 The parallelism tolerance of the wheels: the diagonal angle is not more than 6mm: the same side is not more than 3mm, and the flatness tolerance is not more than 5mm. 4.4.6 The wheel track deviation is not more than ±5mm. 4.4.7 The wheel wheelbase deviation is not more than ±2mm. 4.5 Track (steel rail or terrazzo track surface)
4.5.1 The track track gauge deviation is not more than ±5mm. 4.5.2 The horizontality tolerance of the track top surface is not more than 5mm, the flatness tolerance is not more than 5mm, and the track straightness tolerance is not more than (1/1500) the pool width.
4.5.3 The gap between track joints is 23mm in summer and 5~6mm in winter (below 0℃). 4.5.4 The height difference of the track joint is not more than 0.5mm, and the end face misalignment is not more than 1.0mm. 4.5.5 The joints of two parallel guide rails must be staggered, and the staggered distance should be greater than the wheelbase. 4.5.6 Both ends of the guide rails should be installed with firm limit devices, and their height should be equal to 2/3 of the wheel diameter. 4.5.7 The horizontality tolerance of the terrazzo track surface for trolley travel shall not exceed 10mm. 4.5.8 The distance deviation between the contact surfaces of the two guide wheels is ±10mm. 4.6 Scraping (mud) mechanism
4.6.1 The lifting transmission mechanism of the scraping (mud) plate must meet the requirements of the drawings, ensure its size, shape and position tolerance, material and heat treatment requirements, ensure its flexible operation after assembly, without jamming or loosening, and ensure that its push rod can freely extend and retract in the cylinder. 3

4.6.2 The swing shaft seat hole must be concentric and parallel to the left and right support frame pins, left and right digging rod pins, and support shaft seats. 4.6.3 When assembling the rocker and the sand (mud) scraper frame, it is necessary to ensure that the pins are concentric, the pins are parallel to the mud scraper without distortion, and the parallelism tolerance is not greater than 5mm.
4.6.4 After the sand (mud) scraper mechanism is assembled, the lifting and lowering plate tests are carried out, and its horizontality and parallelism are checked. The horizontality is checked at both ends of the scraper, and the horizontality tolerance is not greater than 10mm.
4.6.5 After the horizontality is corrected, adjust the upper and lower limit switch contacts to make them accurately contact and release, and check the operating conditions of the electric control components in the electric control box. 4.7 Scraping mechanism
4.7.1 The scraping roll must be processed with tolerance to ensure close fit with the reducer shaft, and the center of the roll and the center of the guide wheel must be on the same straight line.
4.7.2 The pin holes of the left and right brackets must be drilled after welding. When installing, it is necessary to ensure that the four bracket pin holes are concentric and parallel to the truss bottom beam, and the parallelism tolerance is not greater than 3mm.
4.7.3 When assembling the left and right scraping frames, it is necessary to ensure that the four pin holes are concentric and parallel to the scraping plate, and the parallelism tolerance is not greater than 3mm. 4.7.4 After the scraping mechanism is assembled, the lifting and lowering plate test is carried out, and the horizontal tolerance of the scraper is not greater than 10mm. 4.7.5 After the horizontality of the scraper plate is corrected, adjust the upper and lower limit switch contacts to make it difficult to accurately touch and release, and check the operating conditions of the electric control box and electric control components.
4.8 Painting
4:8.1 Before painting, burrs, scale, rust, blisters and oil stains must be removed to keep the surface smooth. The surface treatment of steel materials should meet the requirements of SYJ4007.
4.8.2. When painting, there shall be no appearance defects such as blistering, peeling, wrinkling and sagging. 4.8.3 The paint for the above-water part of the equipment shall be of good performance such as moisture-proof, heat-resistant, color-retaining and atmospheric-resistant. The paint for the underwater part shall be of good performance such as water-resistant, anti-corrosive and wear-resistant. Its quality shall meet the requirements of ZBJ98003. 4.8.4 The thickness of the paint film shall meet the following requirements: 150~200μm above water, 200~300um underwater. 4.9 This machine can be used for outdoor operation, suitable for ambient temperature of -16~40C. When the ambient temperature is 40C, its relative humidity shall not exceed 50%.
.5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Assembly inspection
5.1.1 The walking mechanism shall be inspected according to 4.4.5~4.4.7, and 5.1.2 The scraping sand (mud) mechanism shall be inspected according to 4.6.1~4.6.4. 5.1.3 The scraper mechanism shall be inspected according to 4.7.1 and 4.7.4. 5.1.4 There are 15 items of factory tests and inspections for products, see Table 2. 5.1.5 Judgment rules
5.1.5.1 Check according to 5.1.1~5.1.3. 5.2.6 Debugging of the traveling mechanism: drive the trolley to the terminal, adjust the travel switch to ensure that the scraper plate enters the sand (mud) collecting tank, then drive the trolley to the starting point, adjust the travel switch to make the scraper plate enter the slag collecting tank. 5.2.7. Program control test: after the inspection and debugging of each part, set the selection switch to the automatic operation gear, start the scraper (mud) machine three times, check the operation of each part, and check and record the traveling speed in the middle of one operation, stop the machine, and do a jog test. Check and record the scraper lifting and delay time at the starting and terminal to see if they meet the design requirements. 5.2.8 Shear surface: Tests in 5.2.2~5.2.7 can be performed in a micro-simulation test at the manufacturing plant according to user requirements, or in actual operation tests can be performed at the installation site.

5.3.1 Before the trial production of a product is put into mass production, or when the product is modified or the process is significantly changed, a comprehensive assessment of the product quality should be conducted, that is, all technical requirements specified in the standard should be inspected. 5.3.2 The product on-site test shall have an idling time of no less than 2 hours and a load run time of no less than 24 hours. 5.3.3 For load operation measurement, electrical measuring instruments and tachometers can be used according to the actual situation of the factory, and force measuring instruments can also be used to measure power, speed, transmission torque, running resistance and other items, and make identification records. While measuring the load, check the running stability (vibration) and noise of each part, the leakage of each seal, and the temperature rise of the lubricating oil. 5.3.4

7.1 After the product passes the inspection, the surface dirt and residual water marks should be removed. 7.2 All transmission parts that are not suitable for painting must be coated with anti-rust grease, wrapped and protected, and must be protected with linoleum when packing. 7.3 Product packaging shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T13384.
