5.2. The purpose of the test run is to check the quality of the equipment and run the pump. 5.2.2 The test run includes no-load test and load test: a) The no-load test should be carried out when the inlet and outlet valves are fully opened and the liquid is transported. The no-load test is less than 0.5h; b) The load test should be carried out at the rated speed, and the discharge pressure is continuously increased from the pressure when the discharge pressure is fully opened to the rated discharge pressure. Each specification of pump is tested at four pressure levels of 25%, 0%, 75%, and 100%. Each pressure level is operated for no less than 15 minutes.

5.3.1 Performance test of manual pressure test pump
5.3.1.1 The test pressure of the pump should be 95%~105% of the rated discharge pressure. 5.3.1.2 Measure the no-load flow, and the measured value should not be lower than the rated flow. 5.3.1.3 Determine the handle force by hanging a heavy object, that is, block the discharge outlet, make the handle in the upper limit position, and then hang a heavy object at the handle force point to make the handle reach the balance position. The weight of the heavy object is the handle force. The handle force point should be at the center of the axial dimension of the handle.
5.3.1.4 The performance test of factory inspection does not measure the force 3.3.2 Performance test of electric pressure test pump
3.3.2.1 The performance test is to determine the relationship between the discharge pressure, power, pump efficiency and discharge pressure, and draw the performance curve. 5.32. The performance test of the system is carried out under the condition of the pump ball being turned over. The discharge pressure starts from the minimum value (the discharge pressure required to overcome the resistance of the test system when the discharge pipeline valve is fully opened) and the pressure is increased according to different types of pumps. For pumps with high and low pressure sections, the pressure increase/pressure is carried out in two stages. There are no less than 2 pressure test points in the low pressure section of the pump, and 4 to 6 pressure test points in the high pressure section of the pump. The maximum value is the rated discharge pressure value. For pumps without high and low pressure sections, there are no less than 5 pressure test points, and the maximum value is the rated discharge pressure value. All test pressure points should be distributed approximately in the measured range. 5.4 Continuous operation test
5.4.1 Continuous operation test of manual pressure test pump 5.4.1.1 The reverse operation test of the pump should establish a motorized mechanism that simulates manual test. The reverse operation test in 5.4.1.2 is to check the service life and operability of the recorder. It uses the hand to simulate the motors in the manual test to run continuously at a constant pressure according to the number of operations specified in Table 15. 5.4.1.3 The number of operations in the continuous operation test is counted by a digital counter. 5.2 Electric pressure test for continuous operation under non-discharge pressure. 3B/T9099-1999. 5.5.1 For the dynamic pressure test, the pump is installed at a constant pressure and checked at the rated outlet pressure.
