This standard is equivalent to ISO4254.3-1992 "Agricultural and Forestry Tractors and Machinery - Safety Technical Requirements - Part 3: Towing. This standard is part of the series of standards "Agricultural and Forestry Tractors and Machinery Safety Technical Requirements". When implementing this standard, the GB10395.1 standard should also be implemented.
1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the guidelines for preventing accidents when using agricultural tractors and the reasonable parameters that should be achieved when designing tractors to ensure that drivers and participants participate in normal operations and maintenance Maintenance personnel's personal safety. This standard applies to agricultural wheeled and crawler tractors, and other types of tractors can also be adopted by reference. 2 Reference standards
GB1593.1 Agricultural wheeled tractor three-point hitch part 1: Category 1, 2, 3 GB9480 Rural tractors and implements instructions and technical documents compilation requirements GB10395 Agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery safety technical requirements No. Part: General provisions GB10916 Agricultural wheeled tractor front suspension device Part 1: Category 1 and 2 JB/T6716 ??agricultural tractor doorway, emergency exit and driver working position dimensions 3 safety requirements
3.1 Suspension device
3.1 .1 In the space between the plane formed by the center lines of the two lifting rods and the tractor body, at every position within the lifting stroke n range (see Figure 1), a minimum safety distance of 25mm should be maintained between moving parts. If an accident occurs The angle between the sheared components changes within the range n, and the minimum distance should be maintained at 25mm or the minimum angle at 30° (Figure 2). a. The lifting stroke n is the power lifting range n minus 0.1n for the upper and lower ends, and is expressed by the vertical distance between A' and B. The lowest position A of the lower suspension point: for the rear suspension device, follow the provisions of Table 2 in GB1593.1; for the front suspension device, follow the provisions of Table 3 of GB10916. The highest position B is limited by the power lifting range. b. Within the range of lifting stroke n', the minimum safe distance between the outer surface of the lifting rod and adjacent components should be maintained at 25mm. State Bureau of Technical Supervision approved the implementation on 1995-07-01 on 1994-12-27

3.1.2 When the suspension device is equipped with a quick coupler 1\, since the operator does not need to stand between the tractor and the hanging implement, the following suspension point is the center and within a radius of 250mm, you do not need to comply with 3.1.1 the relevant provisions in the article. 3.1.3 Suspension device operating mechanism
3.1.3.1 Main control handle
The main control handle and its connecting rod should be appropriately arranged or protected so that the operator can They cannot be touched.
3.1.3.2 External control handles
If additional external control handles are installed, the operator should be able to operate them from a safe position, such as installing an external lifting handle or auxiliary handle on the left , outside the vertical plane of the inner wall of the right fender. Instructions for use:
1JISO4254.3 standard refers to when the front suspension device is equipped with a quick coupler. This standard has been expanded to also apply to when the rear suspension device is equipped with a quick coupler. GB15369-94
There are two ways to control the external control handle: a. Each time the handle is operated, the maximum movement of the lower suspension point is limited to 100mm; b. Control according to the principle of continuous action (the control force on the handle disappears, and the movement of the lower suspension point stops automatically). 3.1.3.3 The main operating handle of a narrow wheel (rail) gauge tractor The main operating handle of a narrow wheel (rail) gauge tractor should be installed in front of the transverse vertical plane passing through the driver's seat mark point. Note: Narrow wheel and rail distance tractors refer to agricultural tractors with a minimum wheel (rail) distance of no more than 1150mm. 3.1.3.4 Other layout forms
Other layout forms that are at least equivalent to the effects of 3.1.3.1, 3.1.3.2, and 3.1.3.3 are allowed. 3.2 Driver's working position
3.2.1 When the driver is sitting, there should be no shearing or squeezing in the hand reach area (see Figure 3) or foot reach area. Special tractors can be designed according to the provisions of Article 3.2.2 and do not need to follow the corresponding provisions in GB10395. Reach area B

Figure 3 Driver reach area
3.2.2 Driver The reach area is divided into spheres A and B (see Figure 3). The center of the sphere is 60mm in front of and 580mm above the driver's seat mark point. The spherical radius of the reach area A is 550mm, and the reach area B is the area between the spherical radius 1000mm and 550mm. In reach area A, the minimum clearance between operating mechanisms and between them and other adjacent components is 120 mm. In reach area B, the corresponding minimum clearance is 25 mm. In the above two extension areas, the minimum angle between components that undergo relative shearing motion is 30°. For tractors with narrow wheel (rail) gauge, a section at 45° to the cross section (which is perpendicular to the direction of travel) is made 230mm behind the driver's seat mark point. After the section, the above requirements no longer apply (see Figure 4). If there are dangerous parts, warning signs should be set up. 3.3 Passage and optional crew seat

Driver's seat mark point
3.3.1 Enter The driver's seat passage should comply with the requirements of JB/T6716, and the driver or his clothes should not be stuck or hung. If there are protruding components (such as a clutch pedal) where the driver stands, one foot of the driver should be able to rest near these components (front, rear or side).
The above requirements also apply to optional passenger seats (see Figure 5). In addition, if there are components in the lower section of the hemisphere with a radius of 800mm starting from the front edge of the passenger seat that endanger the passengers' feet, protective measures should be taken. Hazardous components within reach areas A and B centered at a circle 670mm upward from the front edge of the passenger seat should also be protected. Reach area B

2 The exhaust pipeline of narrow wheel (track) gauge tractors (whether installed vertically or horizontally) should be reasonably arranged to allow the driver to enter or sit down 3.3.2
Do not come into contact with hot components during operation, otherwise the heating components should be covered to protect the driver. When arranging the exhaust pipe outlet, the exhaust gas should be emitted from above or behind the driver. 4. The passage for maintenance and fuel level inspection bzxZ.net
should be equipped with appropriate ladders and handrails to facilitate daily maintenance and fuel level inspection. 5 Instruction Manual
The tractor instruction manual should be written in accordance with the provisions of GB9480, and should include the safety requirements for the tractor and other special requirements for the safe operation of the tractor. The book should also include the installation of various accessories and optional parts, Use and daily maintenance, etc. Additional notes:
