4.8.2.12 Filter paper: Φ9cm Rapid qualitative filter 4.8.3 Preparation of disperse dye dispersion
Ratio of disperse dye separation liquid: dye + separation agent MF4 water = 10 + 7 +33. Weigh 7g of dispersed dark blue S-3BG original dye filter cake converted into a dry product, add water to a total of 50g, stir evenly, add 200g of glass beads, start the mixer for grinding, and the stirring speed is controlled by the voltage regulating transformer. After 24 hours of grinding, test the dye dispersion performance according to 4.8.4. When it reaches level 5 or 4-5, stop grinding and place the sand mill in a Büchner funnel with double-layer yarn for filtration. The filtrate is reserved. 4.8.4 Determination of dispersibility
4.8.4.1 Determination of original sample dispersibility
4.8.4.1.1 Preparation of test solution
Weigh 1.5 g of the above filtrate, accurate to 0.01 g, put it in a beaker, add 100 mL of 30°C water, stir at 30±2°C for 5 min, and set aside.
4.8.4.1.2 Determination
HG/T 2499 - 93
Use a graduated pipette to absorb 0.2mL of the above solution (4.8.4.t.1) and drop it on the center of the filter paper pre-placed on the cultured blood. When dropping and mixing, the graduated pipette should be kept vertical to the filter paper, and the distance is about 10mⅡ. After the previous drop of solution is completely penetrated, drop another drop, and each drop is placed on the same position. After dropping, dry it and grade it.
4.8.4.2 Determination of the thermal performance of silicon
Preheat the electric heating blower to 120±2℃ or 130±2℃, take about 2g of the above filter, apply it on the glass plate, place it in the center of the electric heating blower box, and blow it. Place two layers of gauze between the glass plate and the wire mesh plate. When the temperature reaches 120±2℃ or 130±2℃, start to dry for 5min. Weigh 0.5 of each sample dried at different temperatures, accurate to 0.01g, place in a beaker, add water to make a slurry, add 30c of water to a total volume of 100mL, stir at 30±2℃ for 5m, and perform performance determination according to 4.8.4.1.2.
4.8.5 Rating
Perform visual rating according to the dye spreading performance rating card in HG/T2-1120. Under the condition that the original sample separation performance reaches level 5 or level 4~5, after drying at 130, when the sample separation performance is level 4, the thermal stability is rated at 130℃. After drying at 120℃, when the sample dispersion performance is ≥ level 4, the heat resistance stability is rated at 120℃. 4.9 Determination of moisture content
Perform according to Article 2 of GB/T2386. The drying temperature is 100~105℃. 4.10 Determination of active stains| |tt||4.10.1 Reagents and materials
