This standard is formulated based on the characteristics and use requirements of the lubricating oil tank for dynamic and static pressure bearing of grinding machine and the experience of dust production. When formulating, it refers to JB/T7451-1994 "Technical Conditions for Oil Supply Device of Static Pressure Bearing Lubrication System". This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal Cutting Machine Tools. This standard specifies the series composition, parameters, models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging and storage of dynamic and static pressure bearing lubricating oil tanks for grinding machines.
This standard is applicable to dynamic and static pressure bearing lubricating oil tanks for grinding machines with oil supply flow of 2.5T.min-100L/min, oil tank capacity of 10L-500L, and oil viscosity of 2mm/s-6%mm\s. Other machine tool lubricating oil tanks can also be adopted. 1 Referenced Standards

The types of lubricating oil tanks for dynamic and static pressure bearings of deer bed are divided into ordinary type, temperature control, recovery type and precision temperature control type. 3.1.1 Ordinary lubricating oil tank
Ordinary lubricating oil tank is the basic series of lubricating oil tanks. It is suitable for general purpose bearing lubricating oil tank system. The oil tank should have the following performance characteristics and structures: a coarse filter and full filter:

3.1.2 Induction control type lubricating oil tank
Temperature control type lubricating oil tank is suitable for lubricating oil tank with temperature control requirements in bearing lubrication system. In addition to the performance characteristics and structure of the basic series, the oil tank should also have the following structural features: bright refrigerator;

Precision type lubricating oil tank is suitable for lubricating oil tank with higher requirements for lubricating oil filtration. In addition to the performance characteristics and structure of the basic series, the oil tank should also have the following structural features: a) semi-precision and precision devices with core resistance signaling cover; b) nuclear alarm high and low alarm signaling and interlocking device; c) oil reduction magnet (tt)

3.1.*Precision temperature-controlled lubricating oil tank
Precision temperature-controlled lubricating oil tank is suitable for precision lubricating oil tanks with high-precision lubricating system requirements. The oil tank should have the performance characteristics and structure of temperature-controlled and precision lubricating oil tanks. According to the structure and use requirements, the layout of the above-mentioned types of lubricating oil tanks can be divided into floating type and floating type. Suspended plate lubricating oil tanks are suitable for bearing lubrication systems with high viscosity of lubricating oil. The oil drain surface in the oil tank is higher than the oil pump suction port. The oil belt is generally placed above or on the side of the oil recording device. The layout is shown in Figure 2. The floor-standing type lubricating oil tank is suitable for the bearing lubrication system with low viscosity of marine lubricating oil. The oil level in the oil sheath is lower than the oil pump suction 1, and the flushing box is placed on the floor. The oil pump effect is on the oil tank. The layout is shown in Figure 3. 2

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Performance
The performance requirements of the lubricating oil tank shall comply with the assumptions in I2 and Table 2 Performance requirements of the lubricating oil tank

The operating energy device should have a striking mark and cut-off stop. 4.2.4 The oil used in the lubrication system should comply with the provisions of △B/T7632 or the machine tool manual. The oil should be filtered before being injected into the oil tank. 4.2.5 The oil used for dynamic and static pressure bearings should generally be soundproofed from the pressure system or other lubricating oils. If oil is required to be used together, the performance requirements of the oil brush must meet the performance requirements of the dynamic and static pressure bearings. 16-1998
4.2.6 An oil sampling device should be installed in the oil circuit to monitor the oil filter. When the performance index of the oil is lower than the specified value of the relevant standard, the oil must be changed.
4.2. The outer surface of the oil tank should be smooth and the size should comply with the requirements of the design drawings. 4.2.8 The capacity of the oil tank should comply with the requirements of this standard. 4.2.9 The coating speed of the lubricating oil tank shall meet the requirements of relevant regulations. 4.2, 10 The electrical system of the lubricating oil tank shall meet the relevant provisions of A/T5226.1 4.3 Oil tank
4.3! The oil tank shall adopt a sealed structure. 4.3.2 The welding of the oil tank shall meet the relevant provisions of 2BnJ50008.2 4.3.3 The oil tank shall generally be equipped with a baffle to separate the oil suction and return oil. 4.3.4 The oil pin must be made of oil-compatible materials. For oil tanks made of general steel plates, the inner wall shall be treated with phosphating or electrochemical treatment methods with excellent chemical stability. After the inner wall treatment, the oil tank shall be checked for leakage and no leakage shall be allowed. 4.3.5 The oil level shall be set with an oil mark that can indicate the height of the oil level. 4.3.6 For oil tanks larger than 160L, a flexible port shall be set to facilitate the cleaning of the inner cavity. 4.3.7 An air filter shall be installed on the cover of the oil tank. 44 Jinlu
4.4.1 The material of the pipe and pipe joint should be compatible with the lubricating oil and can withstand 1.5 times the rated pressure. 4.4.2 The bending part of the metal pipe should be smooth, and there should be no obvious dents, folds and pressure fans. The short-to-long axis ratio should not be less than 0.75.4.4.3 The hose should generally be used in the field with relative motion, and its length should be as short as possible. 4.5 Assembly requirements
4.5.1 The assembly should be carried out according to the assembly process requirements. 4.5.2 The parts should be cleaned before entering the assembly. 4.5.3 The screw thread of the liquid pump connected to the motor should not be greater than 0.06mm. 4.5.4 The pipes should be arranged neatly, and there should be certain gaps between the pipes. In order to avoid shaking or rubbing against each other, they should be fixed with pipe lights when necessary. 4.5.5 The hose should not be twisted.
4.5. No debris should remain in the oil tank. 4.5.7 Under the specified pressure, there shall be no vibration at the joints and the joint surfaces of the fluid parts, and there shall be no abnormal noise. 4.5.8 After the commissioning, all external ports shall be blocked immediately. It is prohibited to use materials with fibers or that will produce debris to block them. 5 Test method
5.1 External inspection
5.1.1 Fill the oil tank to the upper limit of the oil mark, and let it stand for no less than 30 minutes. There shall be no stagnation. 5.1.1 Check that the external dimensions and external dimensions meet the requirements of the design drawings and shall comply with the provisions of 4.22, 4.2.3, 4.2.7, 4.2.9, 4.3.5, 4.4.2, 4.5.4, and 4.5.6.
5.2 Oil supply pressure, flow and vibration test
The pressure gauge used for testing shall be not less than level 1.5, and the pressure gauge shall not be equipped with a damper and the range shall be 1.5-3 of the rated pressure. 6

Under the simulated T working state, the two-section pressure valve makes the system pressure reach 150% of the rated T working pressure. Especially the abnormal phenomenon. There should be no leakage between the joints and pipes of each rated pressure component. 5.4 Noise test
Under the rated pressure, measure according to the method specified in G8/T 6769. The noise level should meet the requirements of Table 2. 5.5 Oil temperature rise test
Use a condenser with a temperature not lower than 1.5 level and a range not greater than 100℃. The temperature rise meter is kept near the full inlet. Under the rated pressure, it runs continuously under load. When the oil filter temperature rise is less than or equal to 2 degrees, the temperature and temperature rise shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
5.6 Safety performance test

Type inspection is required in any of the following situations: a) Trial and type identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b) When there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) When the product is discontinued for a long time and production is resumed; d) During normal production, it should be carried out every 3 years. Spot inspection and type inspection shall be carried out according to all items in Table 2 and 5.1-5.6 requirements. Samples for spot inspection and type inspection shall be randomly selected from the inventory products. Marking, packaging and storage
