The types of lubricating oil tanks for dynamic and static pressure bearings of deer bed are divided into ordinary type, temperature control, recovery type and precision temperature control type. 3.1.1 Ordinary lubricating oil tank

3.1.*Precision temperature-controlled lubricating oil tank
Precision temperature-controlled lubricating oil tank is suitable for precision lubricating oil tanks with high-precision lubricating system requirements. The oil tank should have the performance characteristics and structure of temperature-controlled and precision lubricating oil tanks. According to the structure and use requirements, the layout of the above-mentioned types of lubricating oil tanks can be divided into floating type and floating type. Suspended plate lubricating oil tanks are suitable for bearing lubrication systems with high viscosity of lubricating oil. The oil drain surface in the oil tank is higher than the oil pump suction port. The oil belt is generally placed above or on the side of the oil recording device. The layout is shown in Figure 2. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Performance
The performance requirements of the lubricating oil tank shall comply with the assumptions in I2 and Table 2 Performance requirements of the lubricating oil tank

4.2.6 An oil sampling device should be installed in the oil circuit to monitor the oil filter. When the performance index of the oil is lower than the specified value of the relevant standard, the oil must be changed.
4.2. 4.4.1 The material of the pipe and pipe joint should be compatible with the lubricating oil and can withstand 1.5 times the rated pressure. 4.4.2 The bending part of the metal pipe should be smooth, and there should be no obvious dents, folds and pressure fans. The short-to-long axis ratio should not be less than 0.75.4.4.3 The hose should generally be used in the field with relative motion, and its length should be as short as possible. 4.5 Assembly requirements
4.5.1 The assembly should be carried out according to the assembly process requirements. 4.5.2 The parts should be cleaned before entering the assembly. 4.5.3 The screw thread of the liquid pump connected to the motor should not be greater than 0.06mm. 4.5.4 The pipes should be arranged neatly, and there should be certain gaps between the pipes. In order to avoid shaking or rubbing against each other, they should be fixed with pipe lights when necessary. 4.5.5 The hose should not be twisted.
4.5. No debris should remain in the oil tank. 4.5.7 Under the specified pressure, there shall be no vibration at the joints and the joint surfaces of the fluid parts, and there shall be no abnormal noise. 4.5.8 After the commissioning, all external ports shall be blocked immediately. It is prohibited to use materials with fibers or that will produce debris to block them. 5 Test method
5.1 External inspection
5.1.1 Fill the oil tank to the upper limit of the oil mark, and let it stand for no less than 30 minutes. There shall be no stagnation. 5.1.1 Check that the external dimensions and external dimensions meet the requirements of the design drawings and shall comply with the provisions of 4.22, 4.2.3, 4.2.7, 4.2.9, 4.3.5, 4.4.2, 4.5.4, and 4.5.6.
5.2 Oil supply pressure, flow and vibration test
The pressure gauge used for testing shall be not less than level 1.5, and the pressure gauge shall not be equipped with a damper and the range shall be 1.5-3 of the rated pressure. 6

Under the rated pressure, it runs continuously under load. When the oil filter temperature rise is less than or equal to 2 degrees, the temperature and temperature rise shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
5.6 Safety performance test
