Some standard content:
GB/T6975—2001
This standard adopts ISO8115:1986 "Cotton Bales - Size and Density" in a non-equivalent manner. The main technical differences are as follows: 1. The cotton bale density range is removed, and the cotton bale quality and quality deviation are added. 2. The cotton bale height range is removed, and the lower limit of the height is selected as the height of the first and second type cotton bales in my country. 3. The 800mmX400mm×600mm bale type is added. 4. In terms of standard content, the cotton bale wrapping cloth, binding materials, markings, inspection methods and other contents are added. This standard is a revision of GB/T6975-1986 "Cotton Packaging". The main revisions are as follows: 1. The 1400mm×530mm×700mm bale type is mentioned from the standard appendix to the standard text and is used as the I type cotton bale. 2. The 800mm×400mm×600mm cotton bale is changed from the original type 1 bale to the type I bale. 3. The three-dimensional diagram of cotton bale size marking has been removed, and the plane diagram of cotton bale shape, size and code have been added with reference to ISO8115:1986. 4. The diagram of the marking method of the six sides of the cotton bale has been removed. 5. The specifications of steel wire with diameters of 3.2mm and 4.0mm have been added. 6. The specifications of steel wire with diameters of 4.5mm have been removed.
7. Wrap cloth: No. 101 coarse plain cloth and No. 128 medium plain cloth have been removed. White pure cotton wrap cloth with Fu brand yarn has been adopted. 8. The inspection method has been added.
This standard will replace GB/T6975-1986 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Cotton and Linen Bureau of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: China Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Cotton and Linen Engineering Technology Design Institute of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives; participating drafting units: Nantong Cotton Machinery Co., Ltd.
