This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection and marking, packaging, transportation management and storage of alternating current generator with vacuum pump for automobiles, tractors, agricultural transport vehicles and engineering vehicles. This standard is applicable to alternating current generator with vacuum pump for automobiles, tractors, agricultural transport vehicles and engineering vehicles (hereinafter referred to as pump generator). When working, the alternating current generator with vacuum pump must be used in conjunction with the corresponding vacuum pump and voltage regulator, and connected to the battery. 2 Referenced Standards

Tractor, internal combustion engine alternator technical conditions 3. 1 Generators with pumps are divided into two categories: brushless AC generators with vacuum pumps and brushless AC generators with vacuum pumps. 3.3 AC generators are divided into two types: integral and non-integrated. 4 Requirements
4.1 The generators shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The pump generator shall be able to work under the following conditions: a) The ambient humidity is -40-+85:
The relative humidity is not more than 90%
4.3 The appearance and installation dimensions of the generator with pumps shall comply with the provisions of the product appearance drawing. In the product drawings and technical documents, the tightening torques of oil and gas, joint screws, pump seat, body connection, pulley fastening nuts, front and rear cover fastening nuts shall be indicated. The recommended values of this standard are shown in the table! Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on August 6, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000. 4.11 Generator with ticket should be made into single-wire system, with negative pole grounded. It can also be made into double-wire system after consultation between the user and the manufacturer, but there must be obvious signs indicating polarity.
4.12 The main output voltage of the generator with pump is specified by the product technical conditions, and the generator with non-integrated system should specify the corresponding voltage regulator.

4.15.1 The cold regulating voltage value is specified by the product technical software. 4.17 The pump generator can withstand the overspeed test of 2.1 rated speed (not less than 10000min) for 2min. After the test, the components are not damaged or deformed, and the accumulator is not loose. Its performance meets the requirements of 4.10 and 4.13. The integral pump generator shall also meet the requirements of 4.15.[.
4.18 The generator should be able to withstand the vibration test specified in 3.10 of JB/T6697-1993. There should be no damage to the components during the test, and only loose parts should be deformed. Its performance should comply with the provisions of 4.10 and 4.13. The integral generator should also comply with the provisions of 4.15.1. 4.19 The conductive parts of the generator (excluding the electronic parts) should be able to withstand the positive withstand test specified in 3.11 of B/T6697--1993, and should not be damaged.
4.20 The generator should be able to withstand the low temperature test of -40℃ for 2h. After the test, its performance should comply with the provisions of 4.10 and 4.13. The integral generator should also comply with the provisions of 4.15.1. 4.11 The generator with pump should be able to withstand the high temperature test of 85℃ for 2h. The test is carried out at a fixed speed and 2/3 rated current. During the test, the high temperature regulating voltage performance of the integral generator with pump should comply with the requirements of Table 8. The test shows that its performance complies with the requirements of 4.0 and 4.13. 4

4.22 The generator with pump should be able to withstand the temperature change test of -40~15℃ for 5 cycles. After the test, its performance should comply with the requirements of 4.0 and 4.13. The integral generator with pump should also comply with the requirements of 4.15.1. 4.23 Pump generator can withstand humidity and heat test, the severe level is temperature 40°C, the test of ordinary products has 2 days, the test of humidity and heat products has a duration, the test performance is in accordance with 4.10 and 4.13, the integral generator also meets the provisions of 4.15.1, 4.24: the protection level of the generator is in accordance with 4.2.1, the open generator is 120 level: the sealed generator is IPX4 level.
4.25 The vacuum protection of the generator, rotor assembly, stator assembly, and throttle (for pump integral generator) should be interchangeable. After interchange, its performance should meet the provisions of 4.104.13, and the integral generator should also meet the provisions of 4.15.1. 4.26 Generators with pumps shall be able to withstand the durability test of 3000h of the frame test or 200h of the high temperature test. After the test, the vacuum residual performance shall also meet the requirements of 4.10, but the vacuum time can be extended by 10%. The rated output current of the generator in hot state is allowed to be 10% lower than the value specified in Table 5. When the current of the integral generator with pump is equal to 10% of the rated current (15A) at a constant speed, the hot regulating electrical performance shall meet the requirements of Table 6:
4.27 The damp heat type generator with pumps shall be able to withstand the salt spray test of 4.10. After the test, its performance index shall meet the requirements of 4.10 and 4.13. The integral generator with pumps shall also meet the requirements of 4.15.1.
4.28 The damp heat type non-pump generator shall be able to withstand the long-term test specified in B/T6697-19933.18. 5.1 The test meter shall not be lower than 0.5 level, and other electrical measuring instruments shall not be lower than 1.4 level. The air pressure gauge shall not be lower than 0.4 level, the oil pressure gauge shall not be lower than 2.5 level, the timer reading sensitivity shall be 0.1s, and the accuracy shall be ±0.25%. Unless otherwise specified, the test environment temperature shall be 23±5. The torque used to tighten the firmware of the pump generator is used to check the appearance and installation size. The caliper with an accuracy of not less than 0.05mm is used to check the special measuring tool.
5.3 The appearance and assembly quality of the generator shall be checked by visual inspection. The pump generator shall be checked under the rated current condition: listen to the pump generator for abnormal mechanical noise at a distance from the pump generator. 5.4 The parts shall be inspected according to the provisions of B2864. 5.5 The paint layer inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 of JB/T6697-1993. 5.6 The vacuum residual performance inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.10. 5.7 Mechanical seal performance inspection: in the belt generator durability test. Use daily test and touch method to check whether there is oil leakage in the generator part. 5.8 The cold and hot electrical working performance and working characteristic test of the generator with pump shall be carried out according to the provisions of 4.6 of IB Standard 67i0-1993. 5.9 Function test of the regulator of the integral generator 5.9.1 Cold test is to detect the regulating voltage value at the rated speed and 10% rated current (35A) of the generator. The test time shall not exceed 305e
5.9.2 Hot test is to run the generator at rated speed and rated current until the regulator rises and stabilizes, and check the regulating voltage performance: 5.9.3 Load dump test is to run the generator at rated speed and rated current for 1 minute, and immediately dump the load (including battery) and switch to no-load operation for 15s. This is one load dump, and it shall be carried out 100 times. JB/T10134-1999
5.10 Wet rise test is to check the temperature of the relevant electrical parts of the generator under the condition of rated speed and rated current output until the temperature rise is stable, and the temperature knife is determined according to the provisions of 4.4 of JB/T669-193. 5.11 The overspeed test of the pump generator is carried out in the non-excitation state. After the test, check according to the requirements of 4.17. 5.12 The vibration test of the recording generator is carried out in the non-working state according to the provisions of 4.6 of J/TGG97-199.3. After the test, check according to the requirements of 4.18.
5.13 The electric resistance test of the ticket generator is carried out according to the provisions of 4.7 of JD/T6697-1993: 5.14 The low temperature test of the generator is carried out according to the provisions of 4.8 of IB/T6697-1993. The test is carried out in accordance with the requirements of 4.20. 5.15 The high temperature test of the belt generator is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.9 of B6697-1993. After the test, it is inspected in accordance with the requirements of 4.21. 5.16 The excitation change test of the belt pump generator is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.10 of JB/T6697-1993. The belt pump generator is in the state of non-excitation and non-operation. After the test, it is inspected in accordance with the requirements of 4.22. The reverse pump generator combustion test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.11 of B6697-15953. After the test, it is inspected in accordance with 4.23. 5.17
5.38 The external anti-expansion level test of the pump generator is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/14942.1. 5.19 The interchangeability test of the belt generator: replace the interchangeable parts of three products of the same model according to the provisions of 425, and the final assembly is inspected in accordance with the requirements of 4.25.
5.20 The durability test of the generator must be equipped with a corresponding vacuum cylinder. The lubricating oil supplied to the vacuum pump should meet the requirements of 4.10. The opening and closing cycle of the vacuum cylinder is: 45, on, 165. 5.20.1 Assembly test: The generator is operated at rated speed and rated current output conditions, and the continuous operation time is not less than 4 hours each time, accumulating 3a0 hours. After 2000 hours of testing, it is allowed to replace the brushes, maintain the collector rings and bearings once each. 5.20.1 High temperature continuous test: The generator is operated under the conditions specified in Table 9, and the continuous operation time is not less than 4 hours each time. The cumulative operation time is 200 hours. After 150 hours of testing: It is allowed to replace the brushes, maintain the collector rings and bearings once each. After the durability test, the generator with pump shall be inspected according to the requirements of 4.26. The speed of the generator with pump shall be 85 ± 2 rpm (>8500 rpm) (85%-90%)/5.21 The salt zero test of the damp heat type generator with pump shall be carried out according to the requirements of 4.12 of JB/T6697-1993. After the acid test, it shall be inspected according to the requirements of 4.27. 5.22 The inspection of the sensible heat type generator with pump shall be carried out according to the provisions of 4.15 of JBT6697-1993. Inspection rules Each generator with pump shall be inspected and qualified before it can leave the factory, and shall be accompanied by documents or marks proving the qualified quality of the generator. 6.1 6.2 The inspection of the generator with pump is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3 Factory inspection of generator with pump The following items will be inspected: a) External drum installation dimensions:
