4.1 Determination of content
4.1.1 Summary of method
HG/T2717—95
Benzoyl peroxide reacts with potassium iodide in acetone solution to generate free iodine, which is titrated with sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution. 4.1.2 Reagents and solutions
4.1.2.1 Sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution: c (Na2S2Os) = 0.1 mol/L4.1.2.2 Acetone;
4.1.2.3 Potassium iodide solution: 100 g/L.
4.1.3 Analysis steps
Weigh 0.2-0.3g (accurate to 0.0002g) of the sample dried to constant weight, place it in a dry 250mL iodine volumetric flask, add 25mL acetone to dissolve it, add 15mL potassium iodide solution after dissolution, cover with a ground-mouth stopper, seal with water and shake the hook, let it stand for 3 minutes, and then titrate with sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution until the solution becomes colorless, which is the end point. 4.1.4 Result expression and calculation
The benzoyl peroxide content (X1) expressed as mass percentage is calculated according to formula (1): X - X0. 11 + 100....
Wherein: V--the volume of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution consumed by the sample, mL; -the actual concentration of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution, mol/L; -the mass of the sample, g;
the mass of benzoyl peroxide expressed in grams equivalent to 1.00 mL of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution [c(NazS20s)=1.000mol/L).
The arithmetic mean of the results of two parallel determinations is taken as the determination result. The difference between the two parallel determination results shall not exceed 0.3%. 4.2 Determination of moisture content
4.2.1 Vacuum drying oven method (arbitration method)
4.2.1.1 Analysis steps
Weigh about 2g of sample (accurate to 0.0002g), place it in a drying oven, and dry it to constant weight at 30-35℃ under a vacuum degree of 13332.2Pa (100mmHg column).
4.2.1.2 Expression and calculation of results
The moisture content (X2) expressed as mass percentage is calculated according to formula (2): Xz=
Where: m--mass of sample before drying, g;--mass of sample after drying, g.

4.3.1.5 Ammonium ferric Alum solution: 80g/L
4.3.2 Analysis steps
Weigh about 3g of sample (accurate to 0.01g), place in a 250mL conical flask, add 50mL of anhydrous ethanol, 12mL of sodium hydroxide solution, connect to a reflux condenser, heat in a water bath until boiling, boil for 1h, cool the solution, acidify with nitric acid solution to H=3, add 5mL of silver nitrate standard solution, 1mL of iron ammonium alum solution, titrate with ammonium thiocyanate standard titration solution until brick red is the end point, and perform a blank test at the same time.
4.3.3 Result expression and calculation
The total chlorine content (X:) expressed as mass percentage is calculated according to formula (3): X: = cV-V)× 0. 035 45 × 100m
Where: c——concentration of ammonium thiocyanate standard titration solution, mol/L; V. ——The volume of ammonium thiocyanate standard titration solution consumed in the blank experiment, mL; V——The volume of ammonium thiocyanate standard titration solution consumed by the sample, mL; (3)
