1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the technical requirements for wire and cable plastic extrusion equipment. JB/T5820-91
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, acceptance, identification and quality assessment of SP series and SL series plastic extrusion equipment for extruding wire and cable insulation and protection.

3.1 The terms of this standard adopt the interpretation of GB2900. 4 Basic technical requirements
4.1 General
4.1.1 The design drawings of each series of equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB4457~4460. Electrical graphic symbols shall comply with the provisions of GB4728. 4.1.21
4.1.3 Products shall be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Self-made parts and components must be inspected and qualified according to regulations before they can be used for assembly. 4.1.4

Purchased parts and cooperative parts must have the manufacturer's product quality inspection certificate and can only be used for assembly after acceptance according to regulations. 4.1.5

4.2.6 Coating and appearance shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.11. 4.3 Assembly requirements
Before assembly, the accuracy of each link shall be reasonably allocated according to the drawings and assembly process documents. For interference fit or single matching, optional parts, the relevant dimensions shall be strictly re-inspected before assembly. 4.3.2
The level of the machine body, machine base, rotating body and reel rack shall only be adjusted, not forced. 4.3.3
The assembly of bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.3.5 The assembly of gears and worm transmission components shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.3.6 The assembly of interference fits shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.3.7
The assembly of fasteners shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.3.8 The assembly of connecting parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.3.9 The assembly of brakes shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 0Assembly accuracy, except as otherwise specified in this standard, shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.3.10
4.4 Electrical system
4.4.1 Electrical materials, independent components and self-contained parts must comply with their respective standards or technical requirements and can only be used after acceptance.
4.4.2 The design, assembly and processing of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10. 4.5 Safety requirements
4.5.1 The equipment shall have various signs and labels for lubrication, operation (mechanical, electrical or pneumatic and hydraulic) and safety that meet the specified requirements. These signs and labels shall remain clear for a long time. 4.5.2 Parts that may automatically loosen during the operation of the equipment shall have anti-loosening devices, and high-speed reels, gears, guide wheels, swing arms, etc. shall have protective devices.
4.5.3 Trench covers shall be installed in trenches where equipment or components are installed or trenches at operating positions. 4.5.4 The equipment shall have a good electrical grounding device, and the grounding resistance shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10. 4.6 Requirements for auxiliary devices
4.6.1 The wire-reeling device shall comply with the provisions of JB4015. 4.6.2 The traction device shall comply with the provisions of JB4032. 4.6.3 The wire-reeling and wire-reeling reels shall comply with the provisions of GB4004 and GB4005. 4.7 Plates and signs
4.7.1 The signs of electrical devices shall comply with the provisions of Article 4 of JB/DQ8124.10. 4.7.2 The nameplate of each device shall be fixed in an appropriate and obvious position. 4.7.3 The necessary plates shall be on the equipment, and the markings shall be clear and the position shall be correct. 4.7.4 The content and format of the nameplate and plate shall comply with special regulations. 5 Technical requirements

6.1 The packaging of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB2759, be firm and reliable, have anti-rust, anti-leakage and moisture-proof measures, meet the requirements of land and water transportation, and comply with JB/DQ8124.1 Article 6 of the regulations for inspection.
6.2 The instructions and signs on the packaging box should be appropriately located, obvious and clear, and the contents of the signs are as follows: a.
Manufacturer name;
Product name and model;
Factory number and date;
Product gross weight and net weight, packaging dimensions, center of gravity, lifting line; transportation attention characters;
Packing number.
Before packaging the product, the following should be done:
Each moving part should be adjusted to the minimum outline size and fixed; various liquid substances such as oil and water in the product should be removed; the surface should be cleaned, and the unpainted metal surface should be coated with anti-corrosion grease. Each equipment should be accompanied by the following documents:
Product qualification certificate, test report provided when required by the user; product instruction manual;
Packing list.
The above documents should be packed in a moisture-proof bag and sealed and fixed in the No. 1 packaging box. Test and Acceptance
7.1 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. 7.2 Products shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Table 6.
