Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality certificate before leaving the factory. 6.2 The same type of rubber hoses are grouped into one batch. The number of rubber hoses for mud discharge shall not exceed 300 per batch, and the number of rubber hoses for mud suction shall not exceed 50 per batch.
6.3 The specifications, dimensions and appearance quality of rubber hoses for mud discharge and mud suction shall be inspected one by one. 64 The physical and mechanical properties test of rubber materials for mud discharge and mud suction rubber hoses shall be conducted once per batch. If there is less than one batch, the test shall be conducted at least once a month.
6.5 The hydraulic performance test of rubber hoses for mud discharge shall be conducted once per batch. 6.6 The vacuum performance test of rubber hoses for mud suction shall be conducted once per batch. 6.7 If one of the indicators in the above performance tests is unqualified, double samples shall be taken from the batch of rubber materials or the batch of products, and the unqualified items shall be retested. If one of the indicators is still unqualified after the retest, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6
