Some standard content:
1 Scope of application National Standards of the People's Republic of China Synthetic rubber grade regulations Codification of types for synthetic rubbers This standard is applicable to the formulation of synthetic rubbers Rubber variety and brand, does not apply to hand latex: 2 Synthetic rubber grade regulations Synthetic rubber grade regulations consist of the rubber variety code and four Arabic numerals. 2.1 Synthetic rubber variety code Synthetic rubber is represented by the rubber variety code specified in GB5576-85 "Synthetic Rubber Naming". 2.2 Relevant regulations on the number of digits in Arabic numerals UDC 678. 7 .004.1 GB 5577—85 stipulates that the first two digits of the four digits represent the rubber type main features. The main characteristics can be expressed in terms of monomer type, structural content, combined monomer amount, catalytic system and processing method. The last two digits of the four digits are serial numbers arranged according to different properties such as filling conditions, degree of contamination, Mooney viscosity or molecular weight (unless otherwise specified for individual rubber varieties). The degree of product contamination and filling conditions are mostly represented by the third digit, and the Mooney viscosity or molecular weight is represented by the fourth digit, and the numbers are arranged in the order of low, medium and high. 2.3 Latex polystyrene butadiene rubber grades The emulsion polystyrene butadiene rubber grade compilation method is consistent with the series specified by the International Association of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP). That is, SBR1000 series represents hot poly glue, SBR1500 series represents cold glue, SBR1600 series represents carbon black-filled glue, SBR1700 series represents oil-filled glue, and SBR1800 series represents oil-filled carbon black masterbatch. 2.4 Liquid rubber grade The liquid rubber grade is specified by adding a lowercase English letter 1 and four Arabic numerals in the lower right corner of the rubber variety code. The first two digits are the main features, and the last two digits are the serial number. 2.5 Please see Appendix A (Supplement) for the numerical regulations on main features. Appendix A lists: rubber variety names, rubber variety codes and specific regulations on main characteristics. 2.6 For synthetic rubber grades, see Appendix B (Supplement). Appendix B lists the synthetic rubber grades arranged in accordance with the provisions of this standard, as well as the characteristics of the corresponding grades. The performance range listed is for users to choose varieties. 3 Naming procedures Synthetic rubber research and development and production units, when identifying new varieties of synthetic rubber or selling products, should provide relevant technical information on the products to the synthetic rubber technology focal point in advance. The responsible unit for synthetic rubber technology should work with the research and development and production units to determine the name and brand of the new product according to the naming and brand standards, and submit it to the competent department for approval.
