4 Product classification
4.1 Varieties and specifications
4.1.1 Generators are divided into two varieties according to the heating method, as shown in Table 1. Table 1

4.1.2 Generators of each variety are divided into multiple specifications according to the gas production rate. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the supply and demand parties, the gas production rate of the generator shall comply with the following provisions: Minimum specification: 10m/h

4.2 Model
The model of the generator shall be compiled in accordance with ZBK60001, in which the "main parameter" is the "rated gas production rate" (m/h). 4.3 Main parameters

The main parameters of each type of generator shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2 of JB2841. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
The generator shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 5 of JB2841 and GB5959.4. When there is a discrepancy between this standard and the provisions of these standards, this standard shall prevail.
5.2 Supplementary requirements for design and manufacturing
5.2.1 Overall design
The generator usually consists of the following five parts:. Gas generation part: It consists of a heating chamber, a reaction tank with a catalyst, a cooler, etc. b. Raw gas-air mixing system: It generally consists of a solenoid valve, a pressure reducing valve, a flow meter, a zero pressure valve, a proportioning mixer, a pressure gauge, a pressure gauge, etc. c. Gas production rate control part: It generally consists of a booster pump, a circulation valve, a relief valve, a three-way valve, a flow meter, a pressure gauge, etc. d. Safety part: It generally consists of a melter, an explosion-proof device, etc. Temperature, dew point or CO, measurement and control system: It consists of a control cabinet, a temperature instrument, a dew point or a gas analyzer, etc. e. The design of the generator should be able to select the required raw gas-air mixing ratio. During the operation of the generator, the selected mixing ratio should be able to be automatically adjusted within a certain range. 5.2.1.1 QX type generator QX type generator adopts electric heating. Unless otherwise specified (see Article 9.2), the power supply of the generator should be a three-phase power supply of 380V and 50Hz. Its heating chamber is composed of shell, furnace village, electric heating elements, etc. 5.2.1.2QXQ type generator
QXQ type generator adopts gas heating. The type, calorific value and supply pressure of the gas used shall be specified in the enterprise production standard or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties (see Article 9.2). Its heating chamber is composed of shell, furnace lining, gas combustion device, etc. 5.2.2 Shell and base
The shell and base of the generator shall be welded with steel plate and steel section respectively to form an integral structure with sufficient strength and rigidity. 5.2.3 Reactor and catalyst
The materials of the reaction shall be made of heat-resistant alloys that can meet its working conditions and service life. The design and manufacture of the reactor shall ensure that it has sufficient strength at its working temperature and does not produce deformation and leakage that hinders normal operation within the specified service life.
The catalyst shall have sufficient strength and suitable shape to prevent it from pulverizing and compacting in the reactor, and shall provide sufficient surface area required for gas production reaction. The catalyst should have sufficient catalytic activity and high anti-poisoning ability to accelerate the reaction and ensure normal gas production rate. 5.2.4 Furnace lining
The material and structure of the furnace lining should meet the performance requirements of the generator (see Table 5.3). 5.2.5 Heating system
5.2.5.1 The design of the electric heating parts of the QX type generator should meet the heating requirements of the generator to reach the rated temperature. The heating element is made of electric heating alloy, and its installation should ensure that no displacement and deformation that affects the working performance occurs under normal working conditions. 5.2.5.2 The gas heating system of the QXQ type generator should be a complete set. When the generator is working at the maximum gas production rate, the combustion temperature shall not be lower than 1050°℃. Each gas combustion device shall be equipped with its own flame control device. If a combustion blower is used in the design, the system should be equipped with an air filter, various pressure gauges, and control equipment with a gas regulator and a proportion mixer. 5.2.6 Raw gas-air mixing system
The system should be able to adjust and stabilize the mixing ratio of raw gas and air and make them mix evenly. 5.2.7 Cooler
When the generator is working at the maximum gas production rate, the cooler should be able to rapidly cool the produced gas to below 300℃ to avoid the precipitation of carbon black due to the decomposition of CO.

The circulation valve should be connected in parallel with the booster pump. When the gas production amount becomes smaller, part of the mixed gas forms an internal circulation with the booster pump through the circulation valve to ensure the normal operation of the booster pump.
When the circulation valve is opened and the booster forms an internal circulation, if the gas production volume continues to decrease, part of the mixed gas should be discharged through the venting to ensure that the booster pump can work normally. 5.2.9 Flame arrester and explosion proof device
When the system pipeline flashes back, the flame arrester should absorb the heat of the gas, extinguish the flame, and ensure the safety and integrity of the generating device. The explosion proof device should relieve the pressure when the reaction tank is over-pressurized. 5.2.10 Measurement, control and recording
The measurement, control and recording of the generating device shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.2.7.1, 5.2.7.2, 5.2.7.4, 5.2.7.5, 5.2.7.6 and 5.2.7.12 of GB10067.4.
The accuracy of the temperature instrument shall not be less than Class 0.5. When otherwise specified or required (see Article 9.2), it can also be Class 1. The accuracy of flow meter and pressure gauge should not be less than 2.Level 5.
The generator shall be equipped with instruments and corresponding sensor elements for indicating, controlling and recording the gas composition. The type and technical performance of the instruments used shall be specified in the enterprise product standards or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties (see Article 9.2). 5.2.11 Other safety devices
The generator shall be equipped with an upper and lower limit alarm system for furnace temperature, and the circuit of the system shall be independent. When the temperature of the heating chamber of the generator reaches the upper and lower limit control points of the furnace temperature, the system shall issue an alarm signal. In the event of a power supply, gas supply or combustion failure, an alarm signal shall be issued or the gas source shall be shut down. When the pressure of the raw gas inlet (before the pressure reducing valve) is lower than 0.05MPa, an alarm signal shall be issued or the gas source shall be cut off to stop the gas supply to ensure safety and gas production quality.
A normally closed electric valve with a normally open auxiliary contact shall be installed on the gas pipeline connected to the mixing system. When the booster pump is started, the electric valve shall be opened, and when the electric valve fails, the auxiliary contact shall stop the booster pump. 5.2.12 After cold adjustment, the generating device shall meet the following requirements: a. The pipeline system shall be free of blockage and leakage; b. The mixer, zero pressure valve, circulation valve and relief valve shall work in coordination to match the pressure of the air and raw gas circuits, ensuring that the air and raw gas are mixed in strict proportion and sent to the reaction tank; c. The mixing ratio of air and raw gas shall be adjusted arbitrarily within the range specified by the enterprise product standards, and the pressure difference between the two gas circuits shall not be greater than c.
±30Pa (±3mmH,0); |tt||After meeting the above requirements, when the total outlet pressure of gas production changes, as the pressure increases, the circulation valve starts to act from a certain pressure signal (e.g. 3500Pa). When the pressure increases to a certain value (e.g. 4300Pa), the circulation volume should reach 1/3 of the mixed gas volume at the rated gas production rate. When the pressure continues to increase, the relief valve starts to act. When the pressure increases to a certain value (e.g. 5000Pa), the relief volume should reach 1/3 of the mixed gas volume at the rated gas production rate:

When the circulation valve is working, as the circulation volume increases, the air flow rate and the raw gas flow rate should decrease proportionally accordingly. The difference between the percentage decrease of air and raw gas flow should not be greater than 2% (for example, if the air flow decreases by 30%, the raw gas flow should decrease within the range of 28% to 32%).
r. When the circulation valve is in effect, the zero-pressure valve should still ensure that the pressure difference between air and raw gas is no more than 30Pa. 5.3 Performance requirements
The performance of the generator shall comply with the requirements of Article 5.3 and the following articles of JB2841. 5.3.1 Rated temperature
The rated temperature shall be specified in the enterprise product standard. When operating at the rated temperature, the generator shall meet the requirements of Articles 5.3.2 to 5.3.4. 5.3.2 Rated gas production rate
The rated gas production rate of the generator shall comply with the provisions of the enterprise product standard. 5.3.3 Gas outlet pressure
The recommended gas outlet pressure values ​​of the generator at different gas production rates are as follows: 3500±100Pa at rated gas production rate;
3200±100Pas at maximum gas production rate
5000±100Pa at minimum gas production rate.

5.3.5 Furnace temperature stability

When the generator is in rated working condition, its gas production energy consumption shall be specified in its enterprise product standards. 5.3.8 Gas dew point or CO. control accuracy
The gas dew point control accuracy of the generator shall not exceed ±1℃, or CO, the control accuracy shall not exceed ±0.02%. 5.3.9 Others
Other aspects of the performance of the generator shall comply with Article 5.2 of this standard, as well as the corresponding provisions in the enterprise product standards and supply contracts. 5.4 Complete set requirements
5.4.1 The complete set supply scope of the generating device specified by the supplier shall be listed in the enterprise product standards, which shall mainly include the following items: a.
Generator (including cooler, heating chamber, reaction tank, base, pipeline system, etc.); temperature control cabinet;
thermocouple;
compensation wire:
gas control cabinet (including dew point meter or infrared gas analyzer, etc.); spare parts,

Necessary supplements may be made to the above items in the enterprise product standards, and the specific contents of each item shall be listed, including model, specification and quantity.
If the purchaser has different requirements for the items supplied by the supplier, it can be proposed in accordance with Article 9.2. 5.4.2 When the purchaser requires the provision of the following accessories or devices, it can be proposed in accordance with Article 9.2, and the necessary technical requirements shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 8. 6 Test method
The test method of the generator shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding provisions of Chapter 6 of JB2841 and the following supplementary provisions. If necessary, it shall be supplemented in the enterprise product standard.
When the generator is cold-adjusted and the gas production rate and gas production outlet pressure are measured, compressed air can be used to replace the raw gas to be sent into the reaction tank. When the generator is cold, feed the raw gas (compressed air can be used instead) and air to adjust the regulators and valves in each gas system according to the specified mixing ratio, so that the operation of the generator meets the requirements of Article 5.2.12. 7
Inspection rules
The inspection rules for the generator should be carried out in accordance with Chapter 7 and the following articles of JB2841. 7.1
