They may also be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 4.2 Materials 4.2.1 The materials used to manufacture the main pressure-bearing components of the condenser shall have a material certificate. 4.2.2 The materials used for the condenser shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 1168 4.3 Gray cast iron parts JB/T 7659.2--95 Gray cast iron parts refer to the relevant provisions of JB/T6421. 4.4 Cold and hot processing The cold and hot processing of the condenser shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.5 Welding and flaw detection The welding and non-destructive flaw detection of the condenser shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.6 Test plates and test specimens The test plates and test specimens of the condenser shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.7 Parts and components The parts and components of the condenser such as the cylinder, support, tube sheet, tube or tube bundle shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.8 Safety accessories In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6917, the safety accessories of the condenser shall also comply with the following provisions: the overpressure relief device shall comply with the provisions of GB12241 and relevant standards; a. The liquid level gauge and sight glass shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6918; the pressure gauge shall comply with the provisions of GB1226. 4.9 Pressure resistance and airtightness requirements The condenser shall be subjected to pressure test and airtightness test, and the requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.10 Cleanliness The interior of the condenser should be clean and dry, and the impurity content of the surface in contact with the refrigerant should not exceed 3001g/m2.4.11 Appearance quality The condenser should be beautiful and elegant, and the weld surface should be free of cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. The outer surface should be painted, and the paint layer should be uniform and smooth, with consistent color, and should not have defects that affect the appearance. 4.12 Completeness The shell and tube condenser supplied in a complete set should include:4. 12. 11 Refrigerant inlet and outlet joints, Cooling water inlet and outlet joints; Safety device joints and safety devices: Refrigerant inlet and outlet connection assembly flange or pipe nut; support or saddle. 2The complete set of shell-and-tube condensers shall include: 4.12.2 Refrigerant inlet and outlet joints, Cooling water inlet and outlet joints, Bracket. 4.13 Warranty period If the user complies with the provisions in the product manual, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the condenser is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall replace or repair it free of charge. 5 Test method 5.1 Performance test The performance test method of the condenser can be industrial operation test. 5.2 Nondestructive testing The method of nondestructive testing of condensers shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 1469 5.3 Pressure and air tightness test JB/T7659.2—95 The pressure and air tightness test methods of the condenser shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.4 Cleanliness determination The cleanliness determination of the condenser may refer to the provisions of ZBJ73029. 5.5 Gas filling protection At the end of the test, the remaining water in the condenser shall be drained and dried to ensure that there is no water vapor in the condenser. The condenser shipped separately shall be filled with positive pressure dry nitrogen or specially treated dry air (with a dew point below -30°C), with a maximum pressure not exceeding 0.1MPa, and immediately sealed. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 General requirements The condenser shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and technical documents, and can be assembled or shipped only after passing the inspection. 6.2 Inspection items 6.2.1 Inspection classification The inspection of condensers is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.2 Inspection items The inspection items of condensers shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content marked on the label can refer to the provisions of 1470 JB/T 6917. 7.2 Packaging and transportation JB/T 7659.2-95 7.2.1 All pipes of the condenser should be properly sealed. The exposed ferrous metal parts without coating protection should be coated with rust inhibitor. The packaging and transportation of the condenser shipped separately can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 7.2.2 The factory documents of the condenser can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. The condenser shipped separately should also provide product instructions and packing lists.
