ICS 71. 120; 81 060 No. 1975—1998 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T 3177--7998 Acid-resisting ceramic vessels Acid -resisting ceramic vesselsPublished on 1998-03-—17 Implemented on 1998—10-07 Published by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of ChinaWHG/T3117-1998 Acid-resisting ceramic vessels are a kind of main products in acid-resisting ceramic equipment, with a wide range of applications and many production units. For a long time, there has been no industry standard for this kind of products in my country, and there is no unified basis for the production and quality evaluation of products, so this standard is formulated and implemented. Management and technical personnel at all levels must be familiar with the various technical requirements specified in this standard, and make planned improvements and replacements to the production process equipment and testing methods of their units as soon as possible, so as to create the necessary basic conditions for the smooth implementation of this standard. This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Non-metallic Chemical Equipment. The drafting unit of this standard is Jiangsu Yixing Non-metallic Chemical Machinery Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Longshun, Zhang Yuchang and Sun Hui. .1 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Acid-resistant ceramic containers resisting ceramic vesselsbZxz.net HG/T 3117—1998 This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage and transportation requirements of acid-resistant ceramic containers. This standard applies to acid-resistant ceramic containers for chemical industry and other industries (hereinafter referred to as containers). 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. The versions shown are all valid at the time of publication of this standard. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. ZBG94002—86 General Technical Conditions for Acid-Resistant Ceramics Equipment ZB/TG94003—86 Test Methods for Acid-Resistant Ceramics Performance 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 3.1 Cracks Surface cracks that do not penetrate the thickness of the product 3.2 Bubbles Bubble protruding from the surface of the product. 3.3 Melt pits Local pits on the surface of the product caused by the melting or decomposition of fusible impurities during the firing process. 3.4 Magnetization Local defects or residues caused by impact on the product 3.5 Kiln tears Defects caused by the high-temperature reaction and erosion of the surface of the product due to the low-temperature melt falling from the top of the dense during the firing process. 4 Classification 4.1 Structural type The containers in this standard are divided into four categories: storage tanks, metering storage tanks, four-mouth metering reaction tanks, and vacuum filters. Their structural types are shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively. Other types of containers can be manufactured by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 4.2 Specifications and dimensions The specifications and dimensions of storage tanks, metering storage tanks, four-mouth metering reaction tanks, and vacuum filters shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1, 2, 3, and 4. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 17, 1998 and implemented on October 1, 1998 W.
