Some standard content:
GB18556—2001 This standard is formulated for the first time based on toxicological experiments, on-site labor hygiene surveys and blood drug concentration monitoring data. It is a hygienic standard used for workplace environmental monitoring and health supervision. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Beijing Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Disease Prevention and Control. The main drafters of this standard: Yong Ailun, Zheng Hexin, Sun Yan This standard is entrusted to the Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine for interpretation. 712 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Occupational expusure limit for norgestrelin the air of workplace GB18556—2001 This standard specifies the maximum permissible concentration and time-weighted average permissible concentration of norgestrelin in the air of factory workshops and its monitoring and inspection methods. This standard is applicable to various workplaces where norgestrelin raw materials and processed preparations are produced. 2 Hygiene requirements The maximum permissible concentration of norgestrel (levorotatory iso) in workshop air is 2 mg/m3, and the time-weighted average permissible concentration is 0.5 mg/m3 Monitoring and inspection methods This standard adopts the high performance liquid chromatography determination method, see Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on December 4, 2001-KAONr KAca- Implementation on May 1, 2002 A1 Principle GB 18556—2001 Appendix A (Appendix to the standard) High performance liquid chromatography determination method for norgestrel in workshop air Norgestrel dust and smoke in the air are collected with perchloroethylene filter membrane, eluted with methanol, separated by C18 liquid chromatography column, detected by ultraviolet detector, qualitative by retention time, quantitative by peak area. A2 Instruments A2.1: Ethylene peroxide filter: Φ40 mml. A2.2 Dust sampler: flow rate (5~30) L/min with dust sampling clip. A2.3 Air sampler: flow rate (0~~3) l/min with small plastic sampling clip. A2.4 Ultrasonic cleaning tank. A2.5 10 ml. Volumetric flask. bzxZ.net A2.6 25 mL stoppered ground colorimetric flask. A2.7 High performance liquid chromatograph with UV detector, chromatographic column: column length 150 mm, inner diameter 3.9 mm, stainless steel column. Column packing: C. (5μm). Column temperature: room temperature. Mobile phase flow rate: 0. 8 mL/min UV detector wavelength: 240 nm. A3 Reagents A3.1 Experimental water is double distilled water. A3.2 Norgestrel: purity is 99.90%: A3.3 Methanol: AR grade. A3.4 Mobile phase: weigh 0.967 g tetrabutylammonium bromide (AR), dissolve in 750 mL methanol, add 250 mL water, and mix. A3.5 Standard solution: weigh 0.1000 g norgestrel, dissolve in a small amount of methanol, quantitatively transfer to a 10 mt. volumetric flask, and dilute to volume with methanol. This solution is a 10.0 rng/ml. standard solution. A4 Sampling A4.1 Fixed-point sampling: Install the filter membrane into the sampling clip, and collect 100L of air sample at the sampling point at a flow rate of 20L/min. A4.2 Individual sampling: Connect the small plastic sampling clip with filter membrane to the air sampler, wear it on the monitored person, and place the sampling port as close to the breathing zone as possible. Collect air samples for 2~8 hours at a flow rate of (12)1./min. A5 Analysis steps A5.1 Control experiment: Bring the sample clip with filter membrane to the sampling point. Except for not collecting air, operate the remaining samples as blank controls. A5.2 Sample treatment: Place the filter membrane after sampling into a true stopper glass tube, add 5mL methanol, and ultrasonicate in an ultrasonic cleaner for 20 minutes. A5.3 Draw a standard curve: Take the standard solution and dilute it with medium alcohol to 0.001, 0.010.1 and 1.0mg/mL standard series, take 20μL for injection, inject each concentration three times, take the average value of peak area, qualitatively determine the retention time, and plot the norgestrel concentration (g/ml.) against the peak area to draw a 714 standard curve, GB18556—200T A5.4 Determination: Take 20uL of sample eluate for injection and analysis, qualitatively determine the retention time, and quantitatively determine the peak area. After subtracting the blank control value from the sample measured value, the norgestrel concentration (mg/mL) of the sample eluate is found from the standard curve. A6 Calculation A6.1 Convert the sample volume into the volume under standard push conditions according to formula (A1). V. -Vx -the sampling volume converted to standard conditions, L; where Vp- -the volume of air sampled when the temperature at the sampling location is tC, L; p the atmospheric pressure at the sampling location, kPa; t-the temperature at the sampling location, °C. Calculate the concentration of norgestrel in the air according to formula (A2): c-ExV where: C- the concentration of norgestrel in the air, mg/m: -the concentration of norgestrel found on the standard curve, mg/mLtV-the volume of the sample eluent, mL: A7 explains converted to the sampling volume under standard conditions, I.。 101.3 X 1000 A7.1 The detection limit of this method is 1.0×10-2mg/mL, and the minimum detection concentration is 0.05mg/m2 (collecting 100L of air). A7.2 After collecting norgestrel through a nitrogen vinyl filter, methanol elution was performed, with an average elution efficiency of 95.0% and a sampling efficiency of 98.3%. A7.3 The sample can be stored at room temperature for at least 7 days. A7.4 If the sample concentration exceeds the linear range, the sample can be diluted with methanol.
