The intermediate test item is gain, and the test result should not vary more than ±3dB relative to the initial test value. The test items after high temperature, constant humidity and heat, swept frequency vibration, and collision tests are gain and in-band fluctuation. After low temperature test and free fall test, performance test shall be carried out according to the items specified in Table 1, and the test results shall comply with the relevant provisions of Table 1. 3.4 Reliability The lower limit of the reliability index of the equipment, MTBF (mean time between failures), shall not be less than 10,000 hours. The failure criterion is that the output level changes more than ±3 dB compared with that before the test or the accompanying sound is abnormal. 3.5 The safety requirements of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of 4.5 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 3.6 Electromagnetic compatibility The electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of 4.6 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 4 Test methods 4.1 General requirements The test methods for the general requirements of the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.2 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 4.2 Performance parameters The performance parameter measurement methods of the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 4.2.2 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 358bZxz.net 4.3 Environmental adaptability GB/T11318.5—1996 The environmental adaptability test method of the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 4.3 of GB/T11318.1-1996. The test temperature group is Group 1. 4.4 Reliability The reliability test method of the mixer shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 4.4 of GB/T11318.1-1996.
