This standard is based on the requirements of the Notice No. 34 of the China Petroleum Quality and Safety Bureau, and is revised by China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline No. 1 Engineering Company on the basis of the "Petroleum Construction Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard Long-distance Pipeline Line [Procedure] $Y4029-93". This revision is based on the "Oil and Gas Pipeline Line Engineering The preparation of this standard is based on the "Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Petroleum Pipelines" SY0401-98, and the standards used or involved in SY0401-98 are also referred to. During the preparation process, the compilers conducted a relatively extensive investigation and research in accordance with the relevant national policies and guidelines, carefully summarized the practical experience in the quality inspection and evaluation of oil and gas pipeline projects in my country, and widely solicited the opinions of relevant units and experts. On this basis, it was repeatedly discussed and revised, and finally the Petroleum Pipeline Construction and Construction Professional Standardization Committee organized relevant experts to review and finalize. Taking into account the continuity, practicality and unity of quality and efficiency of the standard, this standard has made the following modifications:
1: Added a new chapter, including pipeline drying engineering, cut-off valve room installation engineering, pile piers, and line protection structure engineering: 2. The contents in this chapter have been supplemented: in the pipeline glass insulation patching project, the hot-baked tape or enamel coating anti-corrosion layer on-site patching, the polyethylene adhesive tape anti-corrosion layer on-site patching process, and the fusion epoxy powder anti-corrosion on-site patching process have been added.
3. The contents in some chapters have been added, deleted, and modified. 4. The name has been changed: the "Petroleum Construction Project Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard Long-distance Pipeline Line Project" has been changed to "Petroleum Construction Project Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard Oil and Gas Pipeline Line Project":
This standard will replace SY4029-93 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Petroleum Engineering Construction Professional Standardization Committee. The main editor of this standard is China Petroleum Gas Pipeline No. 1 Engineering Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Wei Guobai, Zhang Zhiqiang, Li Jianjun, Ge Ye, Wu Keli, and Wang Baozhong. This standard was issued for the first time in November 1988 and revised for the first time in March 1993. This is the second revision.
