Its structural features: a) The spindle moves axially or rotates in the spindle box; b) The spindle box is fixed at the upper end of the column or rotates on the column, and moves up and down; c) For machine tools with fixed spindle boxes, there should be a workbench that can rotate around the column and move up and down: For machine tools with spindle boxes that can rotate and move up and down, a workbench that can rotate around the column and move up and down can be added to expand the scope of use of the machine tool. The accuracy of the bench drilling machine should meet the requirements of JB/T5246. 4.1.2 High-speed bench drilling machine The spindle speed is relatively high, and it is mainly suitable for small hole processing of light metals such as aluminum alloy and thin plate parts. The rest is the same as 4.1.4.1.3 Bench tapping drilling machine Bench tapping drilling machine is suitable for drilling, expanding, reaming and tapping in single or batch production. It is a variant product with a tapping mechanism added to the bench drilling machine. The forward and reverse rotation of the spindle during tapping is generally completed by electrical control. 4.1.4 Floor-standing drilling machine Floor-standing drilling machine is suitable for drilling, expanding and reaming larger parts. It is a variant product based on the bench drilling machine with a higher column and larger base size. 4.1.5 Bench-type drilling machine Bench-type drilling machine is suitable for continuous processing of multiple hole diameters and multiple T-sequences on the same part in batch production. It is a variant product with more than two bench-type drilling machines or general bench-type drilling machines without a single base, installed side by side on a common base. 4.1.6 Multi-axis adjustable bench-type drilling machine JB/T5246.1—1999 Multi-axis adjustable bench-type drilling machine is suitable for the processing of multi-hole parts in batch production. It has multiple spindles with adjustable distance between axes, and can adapt to the processing of different parts by adjusting the distance between axes. 4.1.7 Turret bench-type drilling machine Turret bench-type drilling machine is suitable for concentrated processing of multiple processes. It has an indexable turret head and can be installed with tools required for multiple processes. 4.1.8 Coordinate table drilling machine Coordinate table drilling machine is suitable for drilling parts with certain hole spacing accuracy requirements. It is a variant product of a table drilling machine of corresponding specifications plus a coordinate T table. 4.1.9 CNC coordinate table drilling machine CNC coordinate table drilling machine is suitable for processing parts with certain hole spacing accuracy requirements. Its coordinate positioning and drilling process are automatically controlled by a digital control system. 4.2 General type General table drilling machine is a general basic series. The machine tool is mainly suitable for general machinery manufacturing industry. In single or batch production and maintenance of mechanical equipment in other industries, it can drill, expand and drill holes with general accuracy. Its structural features are basically the same as those of the table drilling machine. The variant products of the general table drilling machine, such as high-speed table drilling machine, table tapping machine, floor-standing drilling machine, table drilling machine, and multi-axis adjustable table drilling machine, have basically the same structural features and uses as the variant products corresponding to the table drilling machine. The precision of general-purpose drilling machines shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5245. 4.3 Lightweight Light benchtop drilling machines are the basic series of light-weight machines. The machine tools are suitable for agricultural machinery, farms, machinery repair factories and township enterprises, and are used for drilling, reaming and boring in single-piece and batch production. The structural characteristics of light benchtop drilling machines are basically the same as those of benchtop drilling machines, and their rigidity, weight and overall dimensions are generally lower than and smaller than the corresponding specifications of general-purpose benchtop drilling machines. The structural characteristics and uses of the variants of light benchtop drilling machines, high-speed benchtop drilling machines, floor-standing drilling machines and the corresponding variants of various drilling machines are basically the same. The precision of light benchtop drilling machines shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8647. The household benchtop drilling machine is suitable for drilling and reaming in the repair of daily-use machines at home.
