1.1 This standard specifies the general requirements for the compilation method of series models of special wire and cable equipment. JB/T5824.1-—91

1.2 This standard applies to the compilation of series models of special wire and cable equipment, including mainframes, units, production lines, auxiliary devices, test equipment, trays and molds.

3.1 The terms of this standard adopt the interpretations of GB2900, GB3935, JB3750 and JB/Z263. 3.2 Host
Refers to the special equipment for wires and cables used to complete the main process of wire and cable manufacturing and processing - an independent unit that realizes the main process in a unit or production line.
3.3 Auxiliary device
A unit that is matched with the host to form a special unit or production line for manufacturing wires and cables, and assists the host to realize the functions of the host. 3.4 Unit
Specialized equipment for manufacturing wires and cables, consisting of the same type of main machine and other auxiliary devices. 3.5 Production line
Specialized equipment for manufacturing wires and cables, consisting of different types of main machines and other auxiliary devices. 3.6 Detection device (online detection device)
Specialized instrument or device installed on the unit or production line to directly conduct continuous or monitoring inspection and testing of its components during the production process of wires and cables, or it can also realize feedback adjustment while continuous testing, the latter can also be called a measurement and control device. 3.7 Main parameter
Invariant parameter that characterizes the structural characteristics or functional characteristics of the special equipment for wires and cables. As the specification symbol of the equipment, the main parameter generally only selects one invariant parameter, and it can be selected when it cannot be satisfied. 3.8 Design serial number
Represents the different design sequences of products of the same model and specification. The specified symbol is suffixed at the end of its model: to indicate different design sequences, when a product with a certain design serial number is improved or modified, the specified symbol is suffixed to the design serial number. 3.9 Derived code
For products of the same model and specification, when the basic type remains unchanged but the basic functions of the products are different, the symbols specified in the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry approved on October 17, 1991 and implemented on October 1, 1992 shall be added to the end of the product model.
3.10 Combination code

For units or production lines of the same model and specification, when the main parameters remain unchanged but only the specifications or the number and position of the combination of the auxiliary devices are changed, the specified symbols shall be added to the end of the second part of the specification, i.e. the product mark, to indicate different combinations. 4 Product level series
4.1 The determination of product levels shall comply with the provisions of JB/Z263. According to the characteristics of special equipment for wires and cables, its product levels are as specified in Table 1. 4.2

Product level series name
Special equipment for electric wires and cables is divided into four levels: category, series, type and specification. Special ones are allowed to be divided into three levels: category, type and specification. Category: divided according to the processing technology characteristics of cable products and the main functional characteristics of equipment products. a.
Series: divided according to the working principle or structural characteristics or processing object characteristics of the product in the same category. b.
Type: divided according to the structural type of the product in the same series of products. Based on the basic product, there can be derived products. c.
Specification: divided according to its main parameters in the same series or the same type of products. 6 Product model
6.1 The product model consists of concise symbols indicating the technical characteristics of the product category, series and type. a. Series model: consists of symbols indicating the product category and series. b. Product model: consists of symbols indicating the product category, series and type. 6.2 The model characters are uppercase Latin letters and should generally not exceed 4 characters. The letters "I" and "0" shall not be used, and footnotes or corner notes shall not be added.
The symbols of derived types are uppercase Latin letters, added in alphabetical order. 6.3 The meaning of the model characters shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 7.1 The design serial number is composed of a line "two" and Arabic numerals at the end of the product model. 7.2 The code for equipment improvement or modification consists of the symbol "/" and Arabic numerals. 102
